When Twilight is searching the Everfree Forest for a certain 'mystery potion', she accidentally stumbles onto Zecora's front door step. However, Zecora is not acting herself, the zebra preaching to the unicorn about an impending 'disaster' the day when the traditional Zebrian calendar ends, and that day is tomorrow. How does Twilight react to such ominous and shocking accusations regarding the future? And what does she plan to do about it?

When attempting to fool Trixie into removing the Alicorn Amulet from around her neck, Twilight seemingly turns Applejack into a stallion. However, when everypony realizes that Twilight actually transfigured Applejack into a real stallion, it flips the apple farmer's life upside down.

Well, at least her friends can now hit on her without it being weird, right?

When Twilight receives a letter from Princess Celestia asking her to come to the castle for something very important, Twilight is puzzled. What Princess Celestia and Luna have to tell her will change the Unicorn's life forever.

Thus, when Twilight discovers a strange magical book in the library basement that provides her with unlimited information in just mere seconds, it's only natural for the studious Unicorn to... grow attached to the book, right? And what will Princess Celestia think of her new "method" of studying?

Miss Cheerilee informs Applejack that she never passed elementary mathematics. Since every pony in Equestria is legally required to understand rudimentary math, Applejack must retake and pass a basic exam in order to avoid going back to school.

Sounds simple enough, right?

When Applebloom comes across some spades in the apple-orchard, the crusaders are ecstatic. They believe the discovery has opened up a whole new door of opportunity in the ongoing quest of earning their cutie marks. Armed with their new commodities, the three young fillies embark on a digging adventure.
