Warmare is going on a brief hiatus. I need to revamp the storyline and improve the outline. (right now it consists of a few sentences-writing tends to come to me in scenes, and I really want to make sure I don't accidentally write myself into a corner like I did with the chapter that I'm working on right now-one stupid little oversight and now I've got a hunk of useless text) Once this is done in a week or two, there will be much faster updates! I will also have a couple other fics and/or story updates coming out during that time, so chin up everyone!

Aww frack! Sorry, I misread the Notification. That's what I get for checking FIMFiction when I'm dead tired! Bon Hadescream is a Mature-rated (strictly for action movie violence) story that I updated with a massive re-write and expansion on Monday. The rating's probably why it's not showing up for you! It's a crossover with Team Four Star's Hellsing abridged, bringing the core storyline of Hellsing into the FiMverse and casting Vinyl Scratch and Octavia as the main characters. Essentially it's Vinyl fighting vampires with her Bass Cannon, and Octavia covering her with a really big sniper rifle. I tried to work in some deeper themes, but for the most part it's just bringing the Princess Solar's wrath down on the monsters. And the weepy emo kids who sparkle.
Wow, now I'm even more curious! What turned you on to Love Is Its Own Reward? It's hard for a story to pick up viewers after it's left the frontpage, and you're not part of any groups that it's in as far as I know. It's awesome to know you liked it! LIOR is a massive undertaking for me, it really requires a lot of effort to write letters that still preserve each character's unique voice and way of speaking. I didn't plan to have even three chapters, just one and a little 500-word followup from Celestia, but the response from the community was so awesome that I went ahead and expanded Celestia's letter to a full response worthy of her. It's people like you who tell me that there's an audience for my work, and that's what directs my talents. After all, I like to write a lot of things, but nobody wants to read a story about Pinkie Pie advising children to eat their veggies!
I don't think you'll be disappointed by the upcoming chapter, but it will be something of a wait! Hopefully not as long as the gap between 2 and 3, but I've really carved out a challenge for myself with Celestia's "response". I'm aiming to make it the last entry in the story, a story I never intended to last longer than one and a half chapters, so I want it to end in a way that leaves the reader satisfied. I can almost guarantee you'll be surprised by it, though!

Hey, I wanted to stop by and say thanks for faving Bon Hadescream! I don't like to leave copy-pasted junk all over other folks' pages, so this is actually me typing this and not a bot!
If you don't mind me asking, what is it you like most about Bon Hadescream? What attracted you to the story, was it the description or the image? Likes and faves are great, but feedback from readers is what really lets me improve my stories. If you could comment on the story or even just respond to this with a few words, it would really help a lot!
