Hello guys.

This is an update blog post that nearly none of you will read. Anyway, Old Habits Die Hard

I have finished out planning out the next few chapters and I have begun to transfer that into actual story telling. I am taking my time on this one, since I want this to be as good as I possibly can. This isn't much spoilers, but I will posting the first few chapters as one lump sum. I firmly believe that I should take my time before everything will get moved to Equestria. And I do mean Equestria. The story will at first take place in New York, but eventually John and Joe (the other cop from Die Hard With A Vengeance) will have some fun in Cloudsdale, Canterlot, Apploosa and Ponyville. As I said, the story is going to take their time, but their will be benefits for that. Here's a list of stuff:

1. Character Development.

Even though this is a Die Hard fic, I believe that story will need character development for both the humans and the ponies. Expect some witty dialouge between John and Princess Celestia.

2. Nothing Phoned in.

Everything that happens will happen as naturally as I can possibly can.

3. It's Die Hard.

It's a Die Hard fic. Expect some awesome.

Anyone that wants to help me make this, feel free to tell me. Also tell me which version of Old Habits Die Hard, you prefer. Changelings and Discord taking over Rikers or terrorists invade Equestria and cause chaos.

Also, I know I write a lot of HiE fics. I admit it. Not entirely original. But I am trying to make originality out of unoriginality.

Yeah. The chapter I just posted for RDNIE is going to be the last for a while.

As you can guess June is around the time when schools end (unless yours end in May), and you would think "Yay! More frequent updates!" Sadly, no. My school supplies us laptops and by the end of June I would be forced to return it until the next school year starts. I also sadly, don't own a laptop and the only computer in my house is mainly used by my dad editing his nature photos. I am planning on getting a job over the summer so I could get my own laptop, but sadly that might not happen for a while. So I am going to ask you to be patient and wait until I could make updates.

Also let me explain about this chapter.

I finally hit writers block.

After Chapter 7, I was ready to take a rest. I thought that was a good way to leave a cliffhanger. which is why I decided to get it unpublished. I just don't think it is a good chapter and needs to develop. I'm sorry, but this is my final decision. I know you might not read this since you might not care. I respect that.

Okay more on the laptop situation. My school struck a deal with Apple (yes the laptops are mac books.) and we are getting newer laptops. This year, I was able to get the laptop in August, but since new laptops are involved, that is up in the air. When I do get the laptop back, I will return to writing more chapters for RDNIE. And you have no godly idea how happy I am that I am getting newer laptops. the laptops my school has right now break easily and just simply suck.

Anyway, for you "Revenge" fans. I might not make a sequel. I said this before. You can write your own sequel, prequel, or make a crossover with your fanfic. Go to town. I'm not stopping you. Just that I am more focused with RDNIE right now.

Now to adress the story that you don't know about. "A Nightmare Through Time" is really, really, really close to cancelation. I at first wanted this to be what RDNIE is today, but when I released the prologue to the public, they thought otherwise. I might return to it and try to fix it, but that is becoming less and less likely. I'm sorry and I hate giving up on stories, but I'm loosing touch on this fic.

RDNIE will be updated to hiatus so no one will pester me about updates. Well, I wouldn't be able to see them since I am giving up the laptop, so don't expect me to reply.

If you want to help out RDNIE is anyway, Here is a list of things that you can do:

1. Send me ideas for future chapters IF you have an idea for the more hilarious aspect of RDNIE that popped in your sick little minds, feel free to send them to me. I will NOT except any clop related stuff. If you do, your ideas will be sent to the trash. I mean it.

2. Recommend Yeah, yeah, I know. "What don't you do it yourself." School laptop is brought up again. They block sites. So I can't go on some sites that shouldn't be blocked in the first place. Again, recommend RDNIE to other bronies. Hell, pester EQD about it. (email is oatesdaniel7@gmail.com {I DARE YOU TO TROLL ME! I DOUBLE DARE YOU!}). send it to Bronyville, see how they like it.

Here is the news update about Rainbow Dash Network In Equestria:

1. By the end of May of this year, I plan on posting the third chapter of the Rainbow Dash Network.

Though the story that I am writing isn't one of those depressing fics, it is more a Action/Adventure/Comedy type of brony fic. Similar to Ceehoff's "Equestria's First Human".

Well glad I got that stuff out of the way.

Hello all. Thank you for reading "Rainbow Dash Network In Equestria" and for the feedback so far. I am looking for pre-readers for the rest of the story. I do have some from the actual site, but I am looking for some from this site as well. I write all the original stuff on a google doc, so if you have a google account, message me, not comment your account and I will add you. Thank you, again.

Now some of you might know what Rainbow Dash Network (RDN) is. If you don't know what it is, it is a social-netowrking site for bronies across the globe to socialize with other bronies in the world. I have been a user for a short time, it is a blast and you can pretty much know everyone on the site by hand. As appreciation for the warm welcome I received when I joined the site and for the awesome time I am having, I decided to write a fanfic in honor of the site.

The description goes like this:  It was just an average day for the people of RDN [Rainbow Dash Network], until some of the users were teleported to Equestria. They are spread out through the country, not knowing how they got there or how to get out. Featuring actual users of RDN and their adventures in Equestria.

I am having the permission of other users to use them in the story and their OC's. The first chapter is almost done, and here is a preview of it:

It was an average day for the Internet. Particularly the site known as, Rainbow Dash Network. If you haven’t heard of RDN, then you are dumb. Nah, just kidding! :D It’s a site devoted to the popular show My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. If you know anything about the Internet, then you have heard of the odd fan base that spawned from it; commonly known as the bronies. Naturally, some websites were created to act like a base of this fandom. Equestria Daily is the world-renowned king of the websites.

But some decided to create a social networking site based on bronies. Many were made, but there is a clash between only two. Pony Square and the subject of this story, Rainbow Dash Network. You see there are many users on the site. Some on that site would say that it it is the best site they ever been on because they can actually talk to people and socialize. Though, today, something different happened to some of them.

APPLEOOSA

‘...Whoa....What happened?’ Thought the pony, ‘Where am I? What is this place?’ The pony looked around at his surroundings to figure out where he was. From what he saw, he was in an alley of sorts between two wooden building-like structures. He slowly walked out, wincing at the sun, and noticed that he was in the middle of a town reminiscent of the wild west. The pony looked around to see if there were anyone in the town. But he didn't see any people; oh no, he saw ponies.

‘Ohhhhhhh, crap,’ he thought. ‘This is going to be a loooooooong day.’

I would like to thank all of you for making Revenge a successful story and a good way to debut my fics.

Now, you might be asking where is the prologue for A Nightmare Before Time? The answer to that is because when I orginally posted it, i reread it and found it kind of rushed and forced and seeing the reaction towards, decided to can it. Now the story isn't going away, just that the prologue and the first chapter are going to be tweaked a bit so they can be readable.

Also, I have sent Revenge to Equestria Daily and seeing if they are going to post it. i am going to be honest that I don't think they will, but if they do, i would be impressed. Anyway, sorry for the absence for the prologue, I just don't think it is going to be ready to be viewed.
