Absolutely nothing to do with ponies, but I noticed something in the Avatar universe:
The Earthbenders live on a continent primarily made of Deserts and Savannah, with a few dry, wooded forests.
The Waterbenders live in featureless, frozen tundras where the only thing worth seeing is more or less the things they build.
The Airbenders live on tall snowtopped mountains and in deep fissures in the earth, with a bird's eye view of the surrounding landscape, and majestic cloud formations.
The Fire Nation...good god! They basically ARE Japan! They got volcanoes, forests, plains, massive rivers, mountains and lots and lots of GREEN!
Ok, clearly at least two of the four elements have been completely gypped.

If this "problem: is happening often enough to make a rule over it, than we already have more than one Pony with Threstral Genes. And again, the Pony with Threstral Genes can mate with other threstrals to create more threstrals as well.
Moving the discussion here. I can see your point about it going to waste anyway but considering how reclusive the thestrals are it's very unlikely they will come across another mare with the recessive gene.
Thank you for the favorite on Address Unknown! I appreciate your interest very much and hope I can keep you coming back for more!

Don't Thank me. You got Fav'd because I enjoyed your story; Not because you wanted me to, or as a favor.
On that note, I'm pleased Featherweight never took his freind's stupid "better than you" advice. That cliche is way to old and I'm glad you let Featherweight judge the advice before following it blindly.
Thanks for the fav!
