well, I think I'm gonna have to officially take a step back from tAoME... sorry, it hurts me, and i hope it is not permanent, but the story is on hiatus until further notice, but i am starting a new project, its another AJ love story, but i think this one's gonna be a bit darker. so without further ado, here's what I've got so far, tell me what you think, and if you think it should be pursued.

Calling it home

“Get out of here! y’all made it clear you don’t care none for me anymore, so get out!”

And that was the last thing she said to me before she kicked me out... Now I’m just sitting here alone in a field just outside Ponyville... The world has given me some time to think, try to find out what I had done wrong, how I had led her to believe I didn’t love her anymore... It’s been a crazy time since I came to this town, but it’s my home, and I do love her...

My name is Sound Brush, I’m an earth pony from the beach city pensacolta. All my life I've been thrown between a home with parents who are never there, and the one place I've ever really felt at home, the place my grandparents owned, it was a simple little farm. It was nothing special to any random onlookers, but it was more than they could ever know. I hated the busy city life, and it was my only escape, but one day, dad died. They always used the term "passed on", Though it never stuck with me. Even though it hurt me I wasn't able to see why everyone thought I had suddenly needed all of their attention, eventually my mom had to be hospitalized due to depression, she didn't get better, and one day I was all alone. I thought I'd be able to go live with my grandparents, but they were seen as "too old and frail to handle a child"... I never saw them after that. So eventually, I had become old enough to be seen as an adult by society. I had gotten a job and a place to live, but I could never bring myself to call it home...

Though I hated my environment, I found solace in my hobby, I had come to love drawing, and soon after started to get into creating music, I could only make electronic, but I enjoyed it, seemed fitting to my name, and my parents had been musicians but my father was a unicorn so he had a bit easier time. My mother had done some painting in her younger days, until she learned of her talent and love with the piano, but I think she had longed to return to painting. Anyways, as I got better at my crafts, I began to enjoy it more and more, it went from being a hobby to my burning passion. One day, a shaggy stallion came up to me and asked what I was listening to, I told him it was my own work, he said he'd give me four bits for a copy, so I asked for his address and he gave it to me, a few days later I had mailed him a copy, he replied asking if I wanted to make a deal and sell him the song. He was willing to pay a substantial amount for it, but I refused, the letters kept coming and he started to get progressively more aggressive. Eventually, it got to the point where he had tried to get someone to break into my house to try and get me to give him it. One day I went to his business and told him I was not selling it, this had made him furious, later when I was going home, he ran up and hit me in the side, he then began punching me in the face and chest, I fought him off and ran away. Once home I decided that it was time to leave this city full of hate, pain, and bad memories...

            Hey guys!!

               first off how are you guys? how have you all been?

Secondly, I am now finally well enough to actually make at least a status update, I am truly sorry for taking so long, between an injurry and repetitively getting sick i have had no time to do anything, also having to juggle school and work on top,I've been sick and swamped, so I'm sorry if I've displeased or lost any fans...  but in another month i should be up and semi well again. So fear not!

I haven't updated at all for like a month, sorry guys!

1st: I recently sustained an injury that has drastically slowed my writing progress,

2nd: My progress will come again soon though because my good friend AJ has offered his assistance in my story until im better.

3rd: The Rainbow Dash fic. I have in mind won't be here for a while due to my injury, but fear not, for I will have time to plan for it in the mean time.

Lastly i wanna thank anyone who has read my story, and for the support ive gotten, and i hope that you all will continue your support into the future

Wow... I have procrastinated so much on these new chapters, but I really did want to put them up sooner, but a couple of factors prevented me from doing so,

1. The chapters either weren't done, or I wasn't happy with them

2. I had bit off a bit more than I could chew recently, with art commissions, writing, andschool just being piled up on all that,

I have had way too much to do lately, but when I'm posting this cahpter four is just about to go up, and chapter five will probably be up in a few days, not that anybody is really interested in my stories, but the Rainbow Dash fic will be up and started sometime this week, plus I'm almost done with chapter six and preping for seven I have quite the busy week ahead of me, but if any of you actually read my stuff, a bunch of new stuff on trhe way
