I think that the chapters so far have been excellently written, in both style and content. I think that you should continue with Windy's first encounter with Ranger, then perhaps cover the events that led up to this told from rangers point of view. You could continue this as Windy cares for Ranger and they grow closer. Eventually leading up to the events in chapter three.

Say! Thanks for the fav on A New Road. I am currently stuck on where that story should go but I am warming up to an idea. Any input would feed the writing monster!
