A one-shot that I wrote for Anon in Equestria's 700th thread over on /mlp/.

Living in Fillydelphia has taught you a lot about how getting up in the world works. You have to look out for yourself, otherwise everything goes up in flames. But when you see a flyer informing you of a celebration in Canterlot, where the jewels of the kingdom will be on-display for all to see, will you resort to petty theft to collect your fortune?

Of course you will. Because the world can kiss your glorious ass for all you care.

After a Hearth's Warming Eve spent together, Anonymous goes through a revolutionary phase when he realizes that Rainbow Dash, his closest friend in this world, has been harboring feelings for him that he never even noticed. How did he never notice? Why him, and not a stallion? Is he some kind of xenophiliac deep down?

Rated for language, along with various sexual-themed exploits. But no sex. Because sex with pastel-colored horses shouldn't be posted on websites that are meant to be browsed by anyone who can click a check box on a dropdown list used by anyone browsing a website. Or at least made to be more secure than that. Because really, who would want to read something like that?

You are Anonymous, one of the ten World Controllers, leaders of the World State. Through you and your colleagues, you have created the perfect utopia.

However, the utopia is in dire need of materials to resupply their quantities of soma. Which is where you come in. After an experiment gone wrong, you are thrust through a wormhole into another dimension.

And when you are a leader of a utopian society, and are suddenly thrust into a world so unlike your own... Will you be able to adjust to the change?
