I had random what if idea based on a eventuality that would have occurred in Guardian_Gryphon's TCB: Option Gamma. The idea itself is more of halo/TCB crossover. What if gammaverse humans were infact the same humans that the forerunners wanted to inherit the mantle. It takes place prior to the events of Halo series even prior to the invention of slipspace FTL chronologically. The ponies and various races of Equestria effectively become a type of posthumans. Would they by proxy have to take the mantle?
