1)PERMANENT inflictions (normal treatment works if he is not there or lets it work.(non cancer tumors are his fav for pain.))

2)Cure any non-magical non-genetic condition.(poison joke he can stop and re-activate later.)

3)Look at the past.(time travel spell re-worked to observe.)

4)Master alchemist and caster.

5)"chaos bio warp" which lets him do random crap to life in general.

6)Given time(or a close emotional bond) he can fine tune genes.(Eternal youth a "basic" one)

And for those invoking Gary Stu, he is 10-20 years away from Luna in age.

You can nerf him with age, making him "normal" in age.(15-25 years old)

Who he is

1) Military position:

He is in charge of all changelings in the Canterlot area, Hence his title. His second only to the Queen in authority for those under his command, with 3 direct subordinates at any time. His usual favorite is the one in charge of the information network, for he values knowledge above power. The second is in charge of abducting and demoralizing foes. The third is the field commander, who he prefers to teach tactics if they listen, and if not, he teaches them all he can on combat and composure. Each one holds one part of his own practices, so they can manage if he is absent.

2) Psychology:

He lacks most emotion, but has a fierce sense of justice, only following Chrysalis because she is the best available. He is quick to forgive, but never forgets. Preferring to work from the shadows, he has only used his full power twice, the first was what gave him eternal youth, the second to rid the world of Discord's creations. He is quick to respond to a crisis, but slow to get moving otherwise.
