Hello everyone, Uros here with some news, since the latest chapter is going slow an' all.

1º The chapter is done, in fact it was done quite a while ago mind ya, but my beta reader NRI (Nobodyreallyimportant) has been busier than I with school, so he is taking his time and so I ask for some patience :3

2º I want to thank this guy http://www.fimfiction.net/user/DaMobbs for being the one that is fixing the many grammatical problems the already posted chapters have. I have been quite busy and haven’t thanked him enough, so here goes one for everyone to see.

3º The 10 chapter is halfway done already, but I have abruptly stopped as, after many months working in this story, something came to me in the middle of the frigging night.

HELL! I have improved after 13 years! I wasn’t expecting that (No, really, I wasn’t).

Believe it or not, yes, this was a sudden realization. The only think I am still crapy with is a bit of grammar and punctuation (In Spanish it is HELL! FUCKING AND BURNING HELL!), which is quite a progress after… what was it again? Oh yes… THIRTY FUCKING YEARS!

Why am I pestering everyone with this? Because I had a long talk with one of my best buddies and he was quite direct with me, which means that in the end he said: “Hey, if you want to try your luck, why don’t you write a short story and show it to some of the editorials?”

The reason as to why he said that is because when I start I hardly finish, period.

So here I am, writing in ENGLISH something that I will translate in Spanish later, a ‘short story’ (Yea, count around 20 to 30 pages, short my ass) with a SCI-FI theme about what COULD happen in the 2012 (Heh, those Mayans) as the aliens come to the Solar system and, eventually, end human civilization as we know it, but not in the usual way most would think of…

I know this genre has been exploited to infinity and beyond, but I think I can give it an edge somehow, besides, I like aliens. I have already designed four species (not uberly imaginative mind you, they are humanoids except for one of them), have planned a lot of mutants, subspecies, plot and all. If this short story kicks in, then I will make a big ass book out of it, and if it works…well, it would mean I have accomplished my dream more or less ^^.

With all this said you have the reason as to why the hell the title is ‘Work, work, work…’. With school, the story and my original one I am pretty much tied to the pc 24/7, also the nerves are a wreck as I try to not have a single plothole and make the story enjoyable for every brony, with my original one soon to be such a headache I gather.
