Hey. I'm a student studying engineering and I spend an absurd amount of time daily reading stories on this site instead of studying. My heroes are people like Ben Krasnow, NurdRage, Thunderf00t and of course all the usual scientists like Richard Feynman, Carl Sagan, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Bill Nye, etc. The youtube channels made by Brady Haran are excellent as well.

Also, I despise religion and Ponyfall, Conversion Bureau, Chess Game of the Gods and meta fics. And most other lowest common denominator shit.

If you're here because I have 'followed' you, then know that would be because I think you're one of the better authors on this site or because you have helped out one of those authors in some way, or because you are interesting! I add all the stories of everyone I follow to my Read Later list, which is currently >3300. I'll get around to reading them all eventually. Probably. (No I won't.)

Also, I'm sorry for not leaving more constructive and insightful comments on stories that deserve them. I know these epic stories take a lot of time and effort to write, I do feel a bit guilty sometimes to only leave a generic "Nice work, write more" type thing but sadly there aren't enough hours in the day.
