I'm sorry, but I haven't kept the userscript up to date, since I haven't been around pony sites for quite some time. I'll take a look if I can fix it, though it may take a while depending on what's broken.

Edit: You are probably better off uninstalling my script and using the now built-in importer by linking your Account with Google. Then in the editor you can go to File->Import File where you can browse to your chapters on Google Docs. The formatting is a bit different, but this method definitely has better support than I can provide.
