I never thought it would really happen, but it did. I followed through with the request. It only took what, four months? Longer?

Ah, procrastination, thou art a fine skill I have mastered.

Everything looks cold and uninviting. I'd use this sort of layout if I wanted Microsoft to buy out the site and sell it on like a whore. Without the feature box in the top of every page, what good is it for me to try and aim for it if only people on the front page can see it? I want my featured stories to be seen by all, not by a few.

Writers block!

Something that I'd never wish upon any author, regardless of how successful they may be or how jealous of them I am. Alas, I have been struck by it and can see no point in my writing. Every time I look at my current piece of work with determination and enthusiasm, the feelings get quickly crushed and I can't think of a way to end this train of thought properly.

Honestly, words just won't go together in my head. I've been sat staring at this blog post wondering what the hell I should put here. I'm only typing down what's going through my head at the minute. As soon as I try turn it into a story of some kind everything shuts down, like, everything.

Wow, I have nothing to do all night and it's 1:00am.

Sometimes, there are too many words.

I've re-formatted the chapter so it looks like I wanted it to look like. Uploading it during the sites '502 Era' screwed with its layout and removed things here and there. No storyline has been changed or altered, but if you want to read the chapter as I originally intended, go for it.

Here's the deal. I'm not going to be within a 20 mile radius of my PC from Monday to Friday and the same goes for next week as well. Unless I can pull 1800 words out of no-where on Saturday, the fics' schedule is going straight out of the window. To put it simply, chapter 15 is going to be delayed.

I know this is bad, considering Messages From Beyond Pt.2 was already a week late when I released it, but all will soon change when I get my hands on one of these. I wish I could say I had some spoilers or a pre-view of chapter 15 to give out to make up for it, but I am yet to start work on the chapter. As soon as this blog post is out, I'm going to head-butt the keyboard a few times and see what I come up with.

Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience.

I was in the feature box! As of 30/06/2012 around 10:40am I was in the fifth placement for the featured box. However, merely five minutes later I was replaced by another fic...

The moral of this story is that easy come, easy go.

As I said in one of my comments, I'm taking down the April Fools bonus chapter as of the 14th. If anyone wants me to leave it up or upload it as a separate story, say now. If no one objects I plan on removing it from the site permanently, do not worry though as I will keep a copy of it via .txt format and would be glad to PM whomever asks a link to the copy of the document AFTER it's gone.

My fic has been out for a while now, too long for me to remember honestly. It's only now that I've decided to actually use an automated word checker, which is really bad of me to say so. There are some things that a human can miss out on, and I'm not mentioning anyone as it's my own fault, that Microsoft Word can pick up on as soon as it receives input. If anyone is wondering why my fic looks like I only released it a couple of weeks ago, you now know why.

Hard work pays of later, laziness pays off now.
