I've been asked to give you guys a status update on The Urban Moose. Why not?
He is doing well. He tells me his missionary work is very rewarding, if very exhausting and all-consuming.
He appreciates all of your good wishes.
I have been informing him of all the crazy pony news that's happened since he left. Twilicorn, Equestria Girls, Cadance used to be a pegasus, etc. Like any sane man, he thinks EqGirls is the dumbest thing ever, but is cool with the rest, regardless of how it may or may not affect Stranger's canon.
He's told me that he does try to do some writing in his spare time, but mostly little random scenes to stretch his creativity. He doesn't have the time to write the next chapter. Sorry guys. Though if he did, I'd totally type it up and post it (just don't hold your breathe for that possibility).
I've printed and sent him all of the work I've done on Ask Cotton Cake. He is very pleased with what I've done with it. Or, at least, he hasn't threatened to murder me... yet.
Speaking of Ask Cotton Cake, it now has 202 followers, which is more than how many watchers this FiMFic account has. Hahahahahahahaha, I win.
Naturally, if you don't follow it, you don't care for it, and that's fine, but here's some tidbits you may care about:

Thank you, sir. I am starting to feel extremely nervous, something I have heretofore avoided, and the one thing that keeps me going is knowing I'm doing the right thing. In addition, people's amazing support has been, well, amazing. I did not expect such a positive response, and I feel very blessed for it. Unfortunately, I hadn't talked to anyone that had read the fanfic, but someone said he'd heard of you for sure, so you are getting out there. I get what you mean...when it comes up in a discussion somewhere else that isn't directly related to it?
"The Capacity of Forgiveness" is actually my serious fanfic. I don't have the "counter-trollfic" on FIMFiction yet, but I have a link to a Google Docs page with it here. Be warned, the original doc is part of an "ideas" page (I copypasted into another doc), so there's some obscenity where Scriber, a fellow FG member and FIMFiction user, added his own part.
Anyway, for the counter-trollfic, I'm basically taking something another FG team member linked to us over Skype (I pasted the original in there for comparison), and making it into a full story. I've had to fill in plenty using poetic license or whatever you'd call it, since it's prose, not verse. So, enjoy, I guess?
It's somewhere around 4 pages long, I think. Will be much longer when I finish.
