Lieutenant Jack Ventralis isn't having the best of days. Trapped on The Sprawl, pinned down by a horde of Necromorphs, and making a desperate last stand with a rookie security team, he believes his death is all but assured. And to think, he was so close to retiring...
But, in a twist of fate, he finds himself plucked from the raging battle and transported to the mystical land of Equestria, home to colorful, sentient, talking...ponies. Ponies that are in need of a mighty warrior to vanquish a wicked evil plaguing their lands. And Jack just so happens to fit the bill.
Sometimes, it doesn't pay to get out of bed.
So how goes things?

I'll get back to work on it eventually. I've just been so busy with other projects, I haven't had the chance to sit down and work on it.
Still with us on Where The Sun Shines Not?

Well, depending on how busy I am, I'll have an announcement for everyone in the next few weeks. And maybe something special to go along with it.

You're working on your second to last chapter? Really? That's funny... so am I!
Huh... fancy that.

What? What are you trying to tell me? I don't understand your cryptic wizard talk. Do you want me to manipulate time? Are you trying to manipulate time!? Why do you insist on manipulating m-
Oh, wait. You're talking about the thing that I'm working on. Well, you'll be happy to know the latest installment of it is coming along swimmingly. I'm still debating on how long I want to make it, since it's essentially the second to last chapter, but I should be finished with it soon.

Haha, I'm just joshing you. Take your time.
Also, that thoroughly depends on the college you go to, the nature of the classes you take, and how much of a work-load you're setting for yourself.
For instance, a lazy humanities major at a local community college is going to have a lot of free time.
An ambitious engineering (or, interestingly enough, architectural) major at a top ranked school is going to be seriously contemplating the benefits of becoming a hermit living in the Alps after the first few months (while he's not sucking down energy drinks to stay awake during one of his regular all-night work marathons).
The choice is yours (though, I assure you the latter option pays a much bigger salary post-college).
Seriously, though, get that chapter done or I swear I will hunt you down and sexually violate you with a pterodacty, k?
