Hey guys, I need your help deciding something for my story "Flu Season". SpikeBelle or TwiSpike? To be honest, I feel as though I use TwiSpike too much, but haven't gotten to use SpikeBelle because of this. But I love both of these shipps. However, TwiSpike would allow for a more indepth story with more detail, but SpikeBelle would be more realistic to everyday citizens. And now that I think about it, SpikeBelle may attract a larger audience since there isn't much you can diss it for, while TwiSpike antis would say Twilight is Spike's mom. Yet I still want to keep my TwiSpike fans entertained.

    [SPOILERS]

The only reason I'm really questioning this is because in Flu Season, Sweetie Belle is one of the survivors living with Spike in the end. I just think it would be pretty awkward since she's an adult now.

    Flu Season · 12:42am

Hey guys, I just thought I'd tell you what I've been telling my watchers on Deviantart. During the summer, I expect to write several stories and catch up on others. I just haven't been too lucky on the weekends in my attempts to write, but after May 24th I'm free. Now, the stories I plan to write over the summer are "The Twilight's of Spike's Heart II", "Stranded", and "Flu Season". I'm particularly interested in the story "Flu Season" because of the recent outbreaks of H7N9 in China as well as the person-to-person H5N1 studies peaking my interests. I've always had an excellent understanding of virology, especially in influenza, so I'd like to apply that to my stories. However, the goal of this story is different than others. "Flu Season" is going to be a entirely accurate depiction of an Avian Flu pandemic that could easily happen in our world today. I not only want to entertain you, but also educate you as well. So this story will have authors notes where I describe in depth the similarities between the "Black Flu" described in my story, and the H5N1 virus. I assure you that everything I am going to write will be as true as possible and backed up by years of research of avian flu.

Now if you're one of those people who think that there is no threat from avian flu and that this was a 2006 worry, let me put that misunderstanding to rest. In 2011 two labs conducted studies to see what gees needed to be mutated in H5N1 in order to spark a pandemic. They found that only 10 needed to be tweaked, however most of these mutations occurred in the host. Now that may sound like a large number of time this virus must mutate, but you should know that we've found several strains of this virus with 7/10 mutations complete. So in reality, we're only three mutations away from a pandemic, not ten. Yet, for all we know, there could be a virus in the intestine of a chicken right now just one mutation away from person-to-person transmission.

Now, enough about H5N1, let me talk about the story. In Flu Season, Twilight and Spike try desperately to survive and help as many as possible through the pandemic. But the pair quickly realizes that they need to put their own well being first. So they decide to leave their new home in the Crystal Empire and live with Fluttershy, back in Ponyville, until the pandemic ends.

Also there will be a good bit of TwiSpike shipping. As expected. And this isn't a re-write or spin-off of The Manhattan Virus.

And if you'd like to know more about H5N1 please leave me comments. I will be more than happy to answer them and supply you with links to the information. H5N1 should not be taken lightly, so please ask questions.

    SpikeBelle Group · 4:45am

Hey everyone, now it's quite obvious that I'm a huge TwiSpike shipper, but what many of you don't know is that I also love the pairing of SpikeBelle. Well, today I went looking for a SpikeBelle group, but I was a little annoyed that I couldn't find one, so I made one. So if any of you guys like SpikeBelle please add stories you know of. This shipping is too cute to be cast aside.

The group can be found here: SpikeBelle Group

Also, as if it wasn't already obvious, I may throw in a little SpikeBelle shipping into my later stories. Just a little heads up.

Hey everyone, I've just started my new TwiSpike fic! I plan to give it a much more serious and adult attitude, while still keeping it G rated and very romantic (Less humorus I mean, not... That...). Also, in this story, I plan to focus less on the chase and more on the actual relationship, unlike The Twilights of Spike's Heart.

I just know this story will warm your heart once you get a few chapters into it. Anyways, I really hope you guys like it: Learning to Forgive Chapter One

I'll try to have chapter two up soon!

PS: You guys are awesome! I love my readers! You guys always brighten my day!

Okay, I'm just going to be straight forward. If you don't like my stories or the ships featured in them then give it a dislike and shut the fuck up! You don't have to be an asshole in the comments.

Okay guys, just wanted to let you know I'm writing a new action story called Ponyville. It's based off of the 2006 show Jericho. In the story nearly all of Equestria's major cities are hit with a devastating balefire attack; now the citizens of Ponyville must fight to stay alive. And trust me, IT'S NOTHING LIKE FALLOUT OR RELATED TO FALLOUT IN THE SLIGHTEST WAY! REPEATING! NO FALLOUT REFERENCES WHAT SO EVER!... Except balefire... But that's it. No war with the zebras just balefire.

So if you guys are interested in a thriller/action story I'd highly recommend that you check out this one. It gets pretty intense and I plan to write it for awhile.

Also if you like the story please give it a like or a fave. It lets me know if I should continue or bail on it. It really helps. So please go check it out.

    Stranded · 1:49am

I scratched my last story idea after it didn't get enough thumbs up from everyone. However this one has gotten more than enough so I've decided to go through with it. Here's the description.

In the final days of the great Zebra-Equestrian war, the Ministries of Peace, Arcane Sciences, Image, and War Time Technology came together to build a great space station. It was to show the world that weapons built for war, such as missiles, could be used for peace.

Five days before the megaspell war began, the last crew of the space station Torch Bearer (iffy on the name) boarded. Little did they know of all that was to occur below and all the trials they'd be put through. This is their story.

Basically a bunch of ponies in space trying to survive after being cut off from Equestria permanently. I'm thinking I'd make each chapter 5000-10000 words long. And it'll be first person. Trust me, writing for me is much more fun when you're looking at it through someone's eyes.

Well I have this new idea for a story, but I want to hear what my readers think before I get started.

I'm thinking about doing a story in the Fallout: Equestria universe, BUT!!! THERE IS NO DIRECT COLORATION TO MUCH OF FOE! So it's no wear near like the thousands of "side fics." The only thing in common is the fact that their currently at war and they do discuss a few FOE events.

    Here's the basic plot.

One year after the massacre at Littlehorn, and the start of the war, a Zebra Empire attack vessel (can't decide on submarine or ship [leaning towards sub]) sits of the far eastern coast of Equestria. It's mission is simple, listen for any enemy broadcasts and relay them back to the Empire of Zebras. The captain of this vessel is a zebra dead against the war. He is simply appalled by what has happened in Littlehorn and can no longer stand by his country's actions. He and many others among the crew plan to defect to Equestria. The ship's XO (2nd in command) is a determined patriot from the Eastern Zebra Empire. When the war first started his hometown (as well as many others among the crew) were right on the front lines. Many of their friends and family were killed in this conflict. He plans to start a mutiny, take the ship, and use it's 120 Balefire warheads against every major city in Equestria. Now it is up to the captain and his half of the crew (and maybe a few ponies from the main six) to stop the XO from unleashing an unimaginable holocaust upon both countries.

Sort of a Red October and Crimson Tide crossover.

Now if someone could shorten that and make it look a lot cooler I'd be very happy. Also side note; I suck at descriptions.

But anyways, what do you think? Is it a good idea or bad? Again, it has nothing to do with much of FOE. The only similarities are the weapons, war, and one event. No Equestrian wasteland and what not.

I have some bad news for you guys. A few days ago my computer quit working and is now currently useless. The mother board is fried.

Now I will still be writing my stories, but not as often as I'd like. I hope you can all understand.
