Scootaloo has lived alone for much of her life since her parents' passing, but no one, not even her closest friends, know of her most guarded secret. But this soon changes when a young dragon comes passing by the clubhouse one winter evening. Now, whether she likes it or not, Spike intends to do everything he can to help her. However as the temperature falls, the way these two friends see each other begins to change as well, but it is still unclear if it was indeed for the better.

The flu, all ponies have had it at some point in their lives. It's a simple yearly ordeal that leaves you feeling crummy for a weak or two, then you're fine again, right? Oh how wrong of a misconception that is. For this is not the story of the feather flu, this is the story of the black flu; the greatest flu pandemic in Equestrian history.

Though this story is fictional, I'd like to point out that this will be an almost perfectly accurate representation of a worst case scenario pandemic in our world. And after the recent outbreak of H7N9 in China and NCoV in Saudi Arabia, I felt as though I needed to write this story. So I hope this story will both entertain and educate you.

After princess Twilight is given the news that she must move for the third time, Spike finds himself infuriated and storms out; ending a life long friendship. Now, six years later, Spike can't stop thinking about what he did that night and how awful it was, so he decides to return to the friend he's long since abandoned. But when he arrives in Canterlot, Spike may have found more than just friendship.

Equestria is full of magic. It practically runs the world. Ponies use it to control the weather, light their homes, build cloud cities, and even raise the sun. But what would happen if one day magic ceased to exist? What would happen to society as we know it? What would happen if that were to occur today?

After Rarity falls for a new prince, Spike is infuriated for wasting five years of his life trying to please her. So Twilight, being the good friend she is, decides to calm him down as much as she can. However, she may have been a little too nice to him, because later that night Spike begins to have romantic dreams about her. At first they horrify him, but eventually he begins to like them. Then he finally begins to understand why he keeps having these dreams; he's beginning to fall in love with his best friend, but will she return his affection or leave him out in the cold like Rarity?
