Mystery ZEJ Theater 3000
This is just a small collaborative project I set up on the forums I used to frequent (and now just kind of lurk around). It's an MST-thing akin to Fan/fic/ Theater 3000, where Google Docs with fanfics are set up to be riffed by the community at large. It's not very high on my list of priorities, as it's just a "side project" to enable some folks to partake in some good riffing. It won't focus entirely on MLP, however; ANY fanfic from ANY fandom is liable to be added to the list. Please note, ANYONE can join in and riff, so don't be (Flutter)shy.

Cutting Room Floor on FiMFiction
Hidden below the surface of Equestria, two miles underhoof, is a secret that no one ever knew about. It's the place where all realms of bad writing are sent to be processed and stored, safe from the public. This place... is the Cutting Room Floo
Took us long enough to get around to this. :P Technically it's not even completely finished, but eh, me and Luigilewis889 took on one of SS&E's more recent offerings, Applejack Is Full Of Squirrels. Yes, it's exactly as strange as it sounds. Technically, while this is BNT42K canon, it's also partially Cutting Room Floor canon as well. Anyway, you can find our riff of the story HERE.
Coming Soon (to a mystery theater near you):
- Part 2 of My Harshwhinnial
- Chapter 1 + 2 of The Many Secret Origins of Scootaloo (with Something Eight)
- An upcoming riffverse-wide event...
Keep tabs on updates, folks!
These are my stories. You should totally read 'em, just because.
As I wake up, my head aches and my throat burns. Where am I? How did I get here?
Blurry memories of pain and suffering fade in and out as I try to identify my surroundings. There is a vague familiarity to the place but I don't know why.
I begin to ask myself many things. What am I doing here? Where is "here"? Why can't I remember anything? Why can I not even remember my name?
All the same, I can only manage to recall but a few precious memories. Something is very wrong with this place. And my friends—friends whose names I do not even remember—are in terrible danger. Something very bad has happened to this place and everypony in it. My body becomes cold and I am denied every other thought except for one:
I must escape.
My first FIMFiction-submitted story, and my first MLP-centric fic... so, hooray! The story more-or-less borrows themes and concepts from Amnesia: The Dark Descent, while at the same time remaining in the MLP:FiM universe.
Cover art was done up in Paint.NET by me, with some miscellaneous touch-ups in GIMP. "Amnesia: The Dark Descent" is a trademark of Frictional Games. "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" is a trademark of Hasbro.
For all interested, CrazedRambling is doing a reading of Amnesia: The Equine's Shadow! Links to the chapters he has read are provided below.More Less
It's no secret that Rainbow Dash is a huge fan of everypony's favorite explorer, Daring Do. But could there possibly be anything more awesome than the many books in the series?
One day, Twilight discovers an old copy of the Infocolt text adventure, "Daring Do & The Search for the Emerald Equine" in the Library's storage room, and, knowing the extents of Rainbow Dash's love for the Daring Do series, she gives it to the pegasus to play on her old Mareintosh computer for a while.
But how will Rainbow fare in the lost world of interactive text adventures? Will she fall victim to the dreaded "unwinnable scenario"? Or will Rainbow Dash actually succeed in the most 'hooves-on book' she's ever read?
...And what about her friends? When there aren't any strategy guides to reach for, will they be willing to help Rainbow during the many pitfalls on her virtual journey through oceans of text? And will she ever stop playing and just take a break?!
This was originally intended to be a one-shot, but I ended up coming up with more ideas than I could fit into something that could be considered a short story. :P An so, it's now a not-so-epic tale of RD's new interest in an old text video game. Who'd have thunk?
The "Mareintosh" cover was created by me. "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" is owned by Hasbro; the franchise, the characters, and locations of said franchise present in this fic do not belong to me. I am merely borrowing these properties.More Less
Of all the possible dimensions, planets, and places the Doctor had explored throughout his years of existence, none were quite like the pony-populated Equestria. A world of peace, harmony, friendship, and so much more. Long-since adapted into his equine-shaped twelfth incarnation, the Time Lord has come to accept this pony-filled land as a second home. And as such, he has sworn to protect it from whatever danger may occur.
However, trouble is beginning to brew on the horizon. The TARDIS is damaged after a rough voyage, and an attempt by Twilight to fix it only results in more problems for the Doctor to solve. Not only that, but it would seem that the TARDIS has had a few curious pony stowaways. But rather than throw them out, (or letting them simply leave) the Doctor decides to bring them all along as his new companions. And not a moment too soon, as a new danger from beyond threatens to uproot the very foundations of Equestria... that is, the foundations of its past!
Can the Doctor and his 'crew' stop the alien threat? But how can they do that if the enemy can bend even reality itself to their will? Should everypony have just stayed in bed today? The answers lie beyond the mysterious Nth Dimension...
Cover art made by myself, using Paint.NET (pony sprites weren't drawn by me, though). "Doctor Who" is owned by the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation). "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" is owned by Hasbro.
EDIT (March 6, 2013): Updated the shorthand description with something more "fitting", and upgraded the rating to Teen. There's nothing much to justify the rating change at the moment, but in the future things WILL take a turn for the dark.More Less
