A thousand years ago, the elements of harmony had been created. A thousand years ago, the two alicorn sisters used them together, and with their powers, encased Discord in stone. A thousand years ago, the elements of harmony locked Sombra away into the depths of ice, losing the Crystal kingdom in the process. A thousand years ago, Nightmare Moon became corrupt and was banished into her own object of desire. Nine hundred and ninety-eight years ago, Celestia met five of the six Rumors of Harm. She destroyed four. One month ago, Sombra was destroyed as well. Sombra was a Rumor of Harm: the Element of Fear. The final remnant, corrupted forever by the taint, has returned, and its powers have increased demonically after the destruction of its counterparts.

The princesses had six Elements to oppose the six Rumors, which kept balance, but removing just one grain of sand is enough to cause imbalance, and imbalance brings destruction and disharmony.

The white changeling, despite being a creature hellbent on erasing existence, has created a hive of its own by morphing ponies that pass by it, and by subjugating lone changelings wandering about haphazardly. However, after seeing a blurred picture of Chrysalis within the hooves of some captured explorers, its chest has begun to hurt it tremendously.

Needing to learn about what this sensation is, the creature has left its hive in the large forest to find the fabled alicorn of love: Cadance, determined to have her teach it "emotions", before these "things" destroy it from the inside.

Then again, how is a changeling supposed to learn about emotions, let alone one created without them to begin with. What is going to happen to the denizens of Canterlot while Celestia and her sister are gone, and the only to watch a being capable of erasing you from existance in one fell swoop are but a handfull of ponies, including a young alicorn and her husband?

Having finally settled in as a Technological Developper for Equestria, Steamlord and Sunrise have been living a quiet life. Steamlord's existance has been growing steadily as well, but he does not care, as words of the consequences brought by his technology has caused more fear than curiousity.

While working on a new, extremely secret project of his, Steamlord receives word from a griffin dignitary that machinery similar to the man's creations have been spotted roaming about the Nether Mountains near the northern Equestria-Griffin territory. Using his ship and his bodyguards, Steamlord departs for this location in a bid to understand what exactly is going on. Sunrise, however, has grown quite a bit since Steamlord's proper introduction, and will show that she can do more than equate.

However, what exactly is this new project that Steamlord is working on, and why are the Crusader Knights so protective about its access? Perhaps Security System could explain more in detail...if she could be coaxed into doing so.

Celestia summons Twilight for a simple magic test, and Twilight's friends decided to follow to cheer her up from her nervousness. The test's entry was perfect, and a lovely tea break with the princesses to relax a bit and talk was going perfectly...until a strange biped wearing a science outfit appears in the throne room. They were finally in Equestria, but who exactly are they? What are these awful creatures that they are using to kidnap "test subjects" for their experiments, and what is this creature that seems to be a mixture of Nightmare Moon and...something else? When the only safehaven for the inhabitants of Equestria becomes the Island of Secantor, a place where technology is legion and magic is both frowned upon and punished, and, worst of all, is actually an enemy of Equestria, things begin to tense up.   And who is this "Doctor" who seems to be the lead scientist in this horror scenario? Does he lead or is he lead? What is he? He and the others seem extremely different from the chained bipeds, but in what manner? Aren't they the same creatures...or are they?

Two worlds are now connected. Two of bizarreties. What are these other bipeds that are thrown into Equestria as well as time goes on? What is there to expect with these chained up creatures?
