Everyone, meet Mentis. Mentis is a misguided, completely cracked individual who follows in the footsteps of people like Nathan Traveler, pingponging around worlds, but causing havoc and chaos wherever he goes. Not that he’s necessarily a bad guy, he just likes to have a good time, and a good time to him is making it rain pingpongs that burst into twinkies when they hit the ground, while singing a funeral dirge for Hostess. Eventually, this leads to a time paradox threatening a world.
What happens when a time paradox ravages a world?
Well, naturally, it blows up.
Mentis has been entrapped by one of these time paradoxes, and been torn back to a time of his past that he would rather forget, and he forgets everything but what he’s involved with. Unfortunately for him, he isn’t quite Mentis anymore.
Meet Jester, royal jester for the royal court of Celestia and Luna, senechal to Princess Cadenza Mi Amore, along with her royal guardian.
Back at his own world, he’s been ejected more than one thousand years ahead of his own timeline, tasked with protecting the royal sisters yet again, and his ward, Cadence, has fully grown into her marehood.
Spinoff of the spinoff of the spinoff of Nathan Traveler's 'Omnius's Travels', and a part of the Memverse.
The original story, Mentis's Travels is not necessary to read this one.
oh yeah, guess I need to follow you......

Something happened months ago, and a big event happened. I don't particularly hate him, he's just being the immature one about it and proclaiming to the world that we had a spat. I'm not willing to forgive him, but I don't actively hate him, really.
All in all, I'd just like the whole nasty business to be over and done with.
Pray tell, why does thou hate le master flootershy?

Doing whatever works, that's cool. It also keeps the story from being distracted by too much focus on the physical things, which is a good thing. Pinkie-Pie would think so.

Well, I basically just bullshit everything dealing with it, really.
If you want to to into any specifics on what types of theories that I actually do write on, look up my Travels fic. That's basically the only one that I actually follow a prescribed idea.
The arcane magics, eh? That is another subject filled with ambiguity, and you know what they say, when specifics are out of the way, the writer will play.
So, any theory you prescribe to?
