A young man lives his daily life alongside his fellow humans and the ponies of Equestria. When he isn't working at his job, he either walks or drinks with friends. What the young man doesn't know is that one day very soon, he will set off a chain of events that will change his life forever and test the fabric of society itself. It all starts with the chance encounter of a pony from his past and a contest at a local pub. After that night, the young man discovers that sometimes love can come from unexpected places. Over time, he will learn to share that love with his significant other. To the two of them, it does not matter if their union is forbidden or not. For no matter how powerful you think are, you cannot possibly compare with the ways of the heart.

Sgt. James Heller. A dedicated soldier turned into a monster against his will.

A regular day turns into something else as McGrath receives strange powers from a mysterious package and Empire City is thrown into chaos. He soon learns of other people that survived the incident. These people have nothing in common with each other, but fate brings them together under strange circumstances.

Then, when Heller comes to Empire City with a mysterious vendetta on McGrath's head, what will happen? Will these two freaks of nature collide with each other? Or will they find a way to settle their differences and work on stopping a mysterious plague sweeping the city?

In a post-apocalyptic world, would you be willing to trust complete strangers to survive? Is there such thing as a "friend" anymore? And why were they all given these extraordinary powers in the first place?

FYI: This story has to do with James Heller from Prototype 2 and the humanized Mane Six (and Spike) living in the world of the inFamous series. The Mane Six's powers (and Spike's) will reflect on who they are as the MLP characters. I have also given the Human MLP Characters names that will also reflect on who they are. At seventeen, my life could have been considered simple. I'd get up, go to work, come back home, and sleep. Then, after a strange discovery one late night, I became a father to an orange baby pony. Living life on the road ever since that day, I've done my best to raise her and protect her from the eyes of the world. Even though I could have been off doing other things with my life, I've stuck it out this far for the sake of my daughter. But, how much longer can I keep this up?
