Something isn't quite right about Pinkie Pie's "Pinkie Sense". While she's spent most of her life coming to understand every last detail of its ins and outs, there has always been one particular signal from it that she could never decipher. In a strange quest to learn the signal's meaning, Pinkie steps into the little world of her own imagination to seek out whatever abnormalities could be causing her confusion.

Naturally, the situation refuses to simply go according to plan, and Pinkie finds herself faced with the additional question of why nothing in her mind's eye appears to follow her imagination's intent. What other than Pinkie herself could possibly be pulling the strings within her own head?

I wish to note that while this story does contain enough occasional humor to strike me as fitting of the comedy tag, comedy isn't really the central purpose here.
