I've been meaning to start using this thing... I just needed an excuse to start.
Anyway, I finally wrote Phase V, which should have happened months ago. On the bright side, I feel like it's a cut above some of (if not all) the other Phases, mostly due to the excellent advice of Brony Tom and Scoopicus.
