All Spike has ever wanted was to live a peaceful life with Rarity and the others.  Not more adventure, no excitement, just a normal life surrounded by the ponies he cares for, and for a while he has that.  That changed however, when a mysterious man calling himself "Testament" appears, and brings with him news of creatures called "Gnosis" on their way to Equestria.  When the man proves to be truthful, a series of unfortunate events put Spike in the possession of a strange weapon called the Xenosaber, which seems to be able to defeat the Gnosis.

Now with the help of his new friends Jr., and chaos, Spike will embark on an incredible journey through the U.M.N., seeking new worlds in the hopes of destroying the Gnosis, saving his friends, and bringing his world back from the depths of nothingness.  But how far is Spike willing to go to rescue his friends?  Will his friends STILL be his friends in the end?

And if he has to choose between the fate of the universe, or the fate of the one he loves, will he make the right choice?

A long time ago, there were four friends.  Two were ponies from Equestria, but one was an angel from Elysium, and the other was a demon of Tartarus.  None of that mattered to them though, as they grew up, they tried to ignore their destinies, hoping that their friendship would prevail over fate.  Oh how wrong they were.

Rarity now finds herself alone, trapped inside Elysium, given more questions at every checkpoint and forced to see memories of a past she shouldn't have any connection to.  Why is she here?  What do the angels mean mean that "her life isn't hers"?

And who is Vale?

After saving Equestria, Apple Bloom had to return to her proper age and say good-bye to the stallion she instantly fell in love with.  They promised to be together in ten years, when Apple Bloom is an adult mare.  In the meantime Apple Bloom is forced to return to a normal life as best as she can.

Between protecting her best friend, a stressful relationship with her sister, new unusual ponies moving to Ponyville, changes at the farm, and signs that her journey isn't over yet, Apple Bloom is in for a long ten years.

Four years after the fight against Discord, the Elements of Harmony have gone their separate ways.  Though they remain friends, very few of them desire for the days when they protected Equestria from certain doom.  The meteor shower threatens to change all of that, as monsters from unknown origins begin to attack Equestria.  That's not all however.

During one of the monster attacks, Trixie Lulamoon, a star who fell from grace many years ago at the hooves of the elements of harmony, sustains a mortal wound and almost dies.  A being of light comes to her aid and revives her, on the condition that she help the entity destroy these monsters.

Trixie, now forced to depend on the very mare who ruined her life, joins the new Canterlot defense force MARES (Monster Annihilation and Recovery Equestrian Squad) in order to combat the monsters, reunite the Elements of Harmony, and possibly redeem herself in the eyes of her peers, secretly defending the world in her own way as the glowing titan, Ultramare.

Also, when I see Trixie's appearance in season 3, I'll add concepts to her character from that as well.  I'm willing season 3 to not ruin the continuity of this concept.
