Dell Connahger is probably the smartest person on the planet, and seems to have everything going his way. With a PhD at the age of 20, the only thing Dell is missing is a friend. An unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a jury rigged teleporter later, and he finds out just what having friends means when he meets Night Light, a stallion attending magic college in Manehattan. Stripped of any useful knowledge in the world of Equestria, Dell must learn to do something he has never done before: rely on someone else.

After two hundred years in a secret experimental Stable in the heart of Canterlot, Ratchet awakes to the unforgiving Equestrian Wasteland. Ratchet must learn why he was woken up not fifty years after the apocalypse, but 200, and what really happened to the stables and Stable-Tec.

Many of the ideas in this story are based off of the original Fallout games or mods for Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and even Skyrim. If you have yet to play these, I would strongly encourage you to do so.
