Frustration.

Anger.

Despair.

Anguish.

All these emotions, and more, are what I am feeling right now. It all began several hours ago, when my last lightbulb burnt out. So, what does a sensible man do? Not what I do, anyway. I scrounged all my spare lamps, but alas, they too were bulbless! I was, officially, out of lightbulbs. So that meant then I had to do what any sensible man would, and that's go to the store and buy some lightbulbs.

Now, I'm not sure how you all are, but personally I'm not a huge fan of the florecent, swirly bulbs that are everywhere. They have their uses, yes, but for general use I like a normal incandescent light bulb. They come on instantly, they're just the right brightness, and better yet for outdoor use they actually make heat (great for when it's snowing and the wind is blowing, helps keep the snow from building on the bulb). BUT TO MY SURPRISE, WHEN I WENT DOWN THE LIGHTBULB AISLE IN THE HARDWARE STORE, THERE WERE NO INCANDESCENT BULBS TO BE SEEN. Only those... cursed, evil ones that aren't compatible with half of my lamp shades.

I was, and still am, furious! Apparently, our lovely government who just loves to mettle into things they just shouldn't, has decided that those bulbs should be banned.

I... wh... BUWHAAAAT???

No. Aw hell naw. So you're tell me, that now you're forcing me to have to buy a particular type of lightbulb, instead of letting me choose which one? No. Just, no. That's a crock of shit. I will not accept it. I DEMAND RETRIBUTION! I DEMAND JUSTICE. I DEMAND MY GOD DAMNED LIGHT BULBS! HOW DARE YOU CHOOSE FOR ME WHAT IS "RIGHT", OR "ECONOMIC". I don't give a flip! I want what WORKS! As I said before, yes those new ones do have uses. I like them for my shop lights, cause they don't get hot. Which is nice when you're under a car with one of those next to you, cause it won't burn you.

But that's it. I, personally, do not like how they light. It's similar to LED's for me, I don't like those either. LED's cast darker shadows on things, and make only what they are directly hitting visible.

So, now with all that said, looks like I'm going to be blowing what little money I have left on stocking up on incandescent lightbulbs. Next thing I know, the government's gonna tell me what cars I can and can't drive. I'd like to see them try... I'll drive my '86 Buick Riviera so far up their high strung asses they'll be wiping the tire marks off their tongues. Well, providing the noxious fumes and 12 mpg economy doesn't due them in.

Soooooo... it just recently got put out on the android market for smart phones. It's a lot of fun, actually. Though I gotta admit, I laughed way harder than I should have when I performed a sonic rainboom with Macintosh in that flying game. So yea, would you kindly add me to your gameloft friend list? Because to get more of those stupid hearts I gotta add people 'n such. Can you guess my name? If not... that's just sad.

*Ahem* Anyway, greetings all! So, as many of you have come to notice for a while, I've not been around very much. I've been burdened with working about three different jobs, and trying to get back into school, so things have been... hectic.

So, lets get onto what's up.

The Replacements next chapter is actually nearly done. However, I've had a huge delay with it that is still taking some time to rectify. I can't say what it is without spoiling anything, but it's the biggest reason. So to bide the time while that's is slowly moving along, I've been "trying" to work on Divergent Days from my dA account, and plan to move it here. Next, I've been also working on a multitude of other fics. For some reason I just can't sit down and work on just one fic. No, oh no, I have to have like four or more at once I'm working on. I keep switching between them, so individual fic production is uber slow.

Next, I've been drug into the latest MegaMix copetition thingie. This one is suppose to use different elements of the fandom to create a song. http://mylittleremix.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5119&start=50 If you're interested in being a fic writer for somebody, check it out! I'm sure people are looking for someone like you!

So, with that, I'm gonna go try to get some stuff done in my defended bunker/bedroom while I wait for the end of the world.

So, as I've stated in The Replacements, I have a editor and sorta-co-author by the name of Cthuluigi. Well, finally, he's graced us with an account! http://www.fimfiction.net/user/Cthuluigi Go check him out! He's right now only posting stuff from writing challenges, but hopefully he'll start actually getting his ass moving and do some lenghty stories. Anyway, yea, go follow him.

Because The Replacements is a work in progress, I'm also occasionally needing to make a few minor tweeks here and there. That, plus grammar errors that readers point out I'm also trying to fix. So leading up to chapter 3's release I'll be doing a little work on the first two chapters. I'll comment on the beginning of chapter three if I change anything significant from the previous two chapters, but I shouldn't need to.

Soooo... yea... for the life of me I couldn't remember how to do blog posts on fimfiction... I don't use this site enough. I'll keep trying to be a little more active on here.

Also, just a heads up, chapter 3 of "The Replacements" should hopefully be out sometime next week. I've been horribly swamped with a lot of work, so it has cut into my writing and general free time.

Also also, I'm going to be making a slow transition to using fimfiction for all my fics, so expect to see another couple of my fics to appear here soon (after some more editing work done to them) which already exist on my dA.

Thank you all for these amazing fan fiction suggestions! I've been reading them, slowly, but I'm getting there. I'm also still hard at work on chapter three of "The Replacements," and I hope to have it posted before I leave for Canterlot Gardens.

Hello to all that actually read this! If you're following me, which apparently A LOT OF YOU ARE, then you'll know that I've have been one of the most slowest people to actually get anything done. Ever. When it comes to fics anyway. I've been terribly busy with, well, life, and other stuff. However, now that I'm actually learning to manage my time between work, other work, family, work, soon to be school, and my free time, I'm finally being able to participate once again into the world of My Little Pony Fan fiction.

With that being said, since the release of "My Little Dashie", I've only read... and I'm not lying either, about ten fan fics over all. I know there are a lot of very talented bronies here on this site, with some amazing fics. So, I have a request to any and all that have the spare time. Since I've missed out so so many good ones, I'd greately appreciate if you all could direct me to some of your top pic's here on this site. Whether it be single fics, or even the authors themselves if they have multiple good ones. I'm also finally sitting down and learning how this site works, so I'm attempting to follow such people that are of interest and favorite their fics.
