So yeah, I don't know who created it or who runs it, but somebody made a MLP:FiM Mystery Science Theater 3000 website, linked here. Multiple groups of people have already been put up on there, like RatherHomely (Creator of MPPT3K), Fallen Prime (Speaking of which, anybody know if he does requests? Think it would be funny to see him riff the original IANW chapters), Hydkore and Glassed! Along with others that I have no clue about! Just thought you'd all like to know.
