A mare from Luna's past returns and wants to get back together with her. Only problem is is that she's a Demon Pony; a species of pony that is not allowed in Canterlot. A colt named Dune is just living an ordinary life as an earth pony. Suddenly, he is visited by Wave Rider and Jet Stream; two adventurers in need of his assistance. Once hearing the fate of the world is at stake, Dune agrees to help, without knowing his full power. Now, the new team sets off to stop an evil metal pony from bringing the APOCALYPSE.

Disasters occur in all five of the My Little Pony generations. In Generation 1, the witches from the Volcano Of Gloom plan to summon the Smooze once again and without the aid of all the Flutter Ponies, who were captured, and Twilight and Spike, who were sucked into a mysterious rift in the sky, Flutter Valley and the whole dimension could fall. In My Little Pony Tales, A massive storm is heading towards town and all must evacuate, but when Bon Bon is sucked into a rift, chaos ensues amongst her friends, threatening the evacuation plan. In Generation 3, Rarity is once again called to create the first rainbow of the season, but when she is sucked into a rift, the fate of rainbows turns dark. In Generation 3.5, the Winter Wishes Festival is approaching, but when Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle are sucked into a rift, the ceremony doesn't appear like it'll take place. Lastly, in Generation 4, the cause of the rifts is revealed to be the work of an inter dimensional alicorn colt named Rift, who sends all the ponies from the previous generations into this dimension. Now, all the ponies from all the generations must find a way to stop Rift and save their worlds.

Discord is accidentally awakened once again from his stone imprisonment. He decides that the only true way to spread chaos throughout Equestria is to turn the Princess of the Night against the Princess of the Day. He succeeds in turning Luna evil once again and a massive battle ensues. Could this be the end of Equestria?

It starts off as a normal day in the life of humans living in Manhattan and the life of ponies in Equestria. Chrysalis and Celestia then engage in a fight which results in a massive magical explosion that sends the entire population of Equestria into our reality. There, the good ponies team up with humans and do every day things... but the evil ponies (Chrysalis, Kyra, and even Pinkamena) plot a way to take over the world. Chrysalis ends up disguising herself as a member of the President's secret service in order to impersonate the man himself (Note: Not Obama. A made-up pres). She then rules the nation without anyone knowing. But when the good ponies figure it out, they do everything in their power to save the world.

Daring Do goes on her first adventure in the Amazon in search of the legendary Sapphire Statue. But this quest won't be that easy, as Daring Do must traverse a deadly jungle while being followed by a mysterious foe. She must then brave the dangers that guard the statue and make it out alive.

Following the events of Pinkamena 3: Homecoming, Pinkamena 4: Recovery tells the aftermath of Pinkamena's demise. May is in the hospital and suffering painful and massive wounds. The doctors say it could take a couple months to an entire year for her to recover. She also is having strange nightmares in which she is being confronted by Pinkamena. This may not seem bad, except for the fact that the dreams may just be real...
