I've been spending a lot of time on new material lately, but nothing is very... quality, if you know what I'm getting at. I only publish things that I'm happy with and are of a good quality (a few exceptions being made with three of the stories I have on here, considering they were earlier stories I only keep around because I still get a like here and there). That's really the key word here, quality. None of the concepts I've been starting have really been amounting to anything very original or entertaining, but I am still trucking along. I'm still reworking No Matter How Dark, but I may try to write another oneshot or two within the next month, just to keep my mind focused.
I'm sure this statement gets beaten to death around here during this time of year, but I still have college to focus on. Even on my off evenings, I need to practice and do homework (why the hell did I decide to be a music major...). I'm beginning my secondary composition lessons as well, so I need to spend time writing music as well. In addition, I'm in five ensembles this semester (two concert bands, chamber choir, a steelpan ensemble, and a jazz band).
All things considered, I'm still very attached to my fanfiction. I'm very passionate about it... even though I haven't uploaded anything in... oh, five months.
Wow, that's longer than I thought.
I gotta get crackin'.
