This has been on my mind for months, but I just didn't have an angle until now.  Rainbow Dash wants to join the Wonderbolts and the Wonderbolts need to be compared directly to Celestia's armored pegasi as a military unit.

If the Wonderbolts are the premiere flight team in Equestria, then they are more than capable of handling themselves in an aerial fight.  Considering how scrappy Rainbow Dash is, she's the perfect choice.  But didn't she say that she didn't finish flight school in the show?  I thought she did.  This might be a real reason that she hasn't made it into the team yet.

Brand-new story featuring Fluttershy is hot off the keyboard!  EXTRA!  EXTRA!  Read all about it!

Fluttershy needs some serious fixing up.  Her own subconscious decides that hiding from a friendly stallion is the straw that broke the pony's back.  What does a desperate mind do?

    It sends you to Wonderland!

I put in some symbolism to show her problem and solution right from the very beginning of the dream, so the author can shout out encouragement (not that I can actually hear it).

Besides, the Cutie Mark Crusaders have not tried THIS activity to find their special talents until now.  They NEED to try everything right away!

The sequel to "Gemini in All Things" is finally finished and posted.  This one was really hard to write because of all the many characters stuffed into single scenes.  I think I went overboard on the intensity for a few ponies.  Still, better than not intense enough!

I'm beginning to wonder what else I can write about.  I had this idea running around in my head from the beginning of "A Place For Everything and Everyone".  I'll have to think on it while I plunge into the heart of video game season.

Hi, L. Cranston here.  My username is a clue as to one of my favorite superheroes (costumed vigilantes) in fiction.  Like my hero, I enjoy intensity.  Intense action, intense drama, and intense horror.

I try to incorporate intensity in all my fiction that I write.  This means mystery, adventure, horror, injury, betrayal, suspicion, unjust action, and villains that are real villains.

Who cares about misunderstood wimps that just say they're sorry and everything's okay?  That's a not a villain.  An accident is when someone steals a cookie and makes someone cry.  A villain steals all o fthe cookies, sets fire to the bakery, kidnaps the chef, abuses the chef's wife, leads the authorities on fruitless chases and unsolvable puzzles, taunts the hero, and generally makes you satisfied when they ultimately get defeated.  You don't want to see them just give up.  you want them horrifically scarred in the climatic showdown and utterly either get destroyed or escape to threaten another day.

Of course, who's good enough to stand up to a villain?  Some polite shlub who whines about unfair?  NO!  Some gritty, powerful, clever hero who risks themsevles for what's right and just!  Someone who will take the bullet for the target and then keep going!  Someone you'll cheer for, not just smile and move on!

My fanfics normally span from Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers, a perfect setting for intense action and intrigue.  You can find me at the Acorn Cafe (http://www.theacorncafe.org/phpbb/index.php) and you can find much of my work at the RRDatabase (http://rrdatabase.kalaydina.ru) and at Chip and Dale Online (chipndaleonline.com) where my username is the same as here.

I'm trying my hand at MLP:FIM fanfiction because the setting maybe be peaceful but ready to explode with intensity.

My favorite character is Twilight Sparkle because she's a calm, logical person like me.  That makes it twice as funny when she loses her marbles and screams at everypony.

I plan to write a sequel to "Gemini in All Things" eventually, but I need to gather inspiration and ideas first.  I'm wondering if Trixie should find redemption or sink further into madness.
