Firebats. Only the worst of the worst criminals are drafted to become one of these devastating, flamethrower wielding soldiers. Even after their extensive neural resocialization, they still maintain their desire for wanton destruction and setting things alight. For one firebat in particular, all the war, death and destruction of fighting on a living hell has left him numb to things that would leave most a trembling wreck in a mental institute. When said firebat arrives in the haven of peace and harmony that is Equestria, a creature of violence will only lead to its destruction... or salvation.

Please note that this is my first story. I don't expect this to go well.
