The egg laying is already covered. That will happen in the comedy SpikeXSmolder. The blurb:

Spike starts a class on dragon studies at the School of Friendship. However, his knowledge of dragons is both very bizarre and borderline offensive to Smolder. Looks like she'll need to fix his knowledge, very personally. She decided to go into every detail, from size, and fire breath to sexual limits... Wait a minute wouldn't that require... Oh no, Spike run!!

Basically, Smolder takes over the class and shows the full nine yards, including popping out some eggs afterward.

Already finished a SpikeXSmolder one just yesterday. You weren't the first to recommend that one. In fact, I've got two planned. FInished the comedy one, now I just need to get the romantic one done. Hoping they should go up in May.

As for Ember, strangely enough, I've never considered making that ship. Hmm, got any ideas? Or were you referring to SmolderXEmber, that one is leaving me guessing harder. Never been good at writing most lesbian ships without making one a futa, or gender swapping and such. Don't get me wrong, I've written a few one shots for like ColoraturaXApplejack that's just plain lesbian, though never posted them, and I wouldn't consider those my finest work. Still haven't fully worked out the mechanics.
