Ambrosia is a high ranking officer in Equestria's Echo Squad, a battalion of soldiers tasked with combating the many threats near Equestria's northern borders. When her latest mission ends with her horn strewn across the battlefield, she must return home to rest. There, she is under the care of another unicorn...one that might bless her life for the better, or damn it for the worse.

(This OC soldier is simply a character created for the situation, and in no way represents anyone else's original character, and if so, it was not intended to do so. Ambrosia, the violet, orange eyes unicorn in my story, is my own creation.)

After a horrible accident, Rainbow Dash is left alone. Is it possible to go on when friendship kept the mare happy for so long? What can she do to stay sane? Why should she go on? Is there hope for better things ahead? This is my first take on non shipping fan fic writing...please be kind, and don't just downvote because of the premise... ;~;

Octavia has always been prim and proper, but one left out detail on a note leads the mare on an adventure into the depths of romance.
