had plans that were more suited to an actually story than for clop. I was going to have to shoehorn in the sex scenes, and I didn't really want to do that.

Well why not just rewrite it with the clop being mostly off screen except where you yourself deem it both absolutely necessary, and where it's inclusion would feel natural?
you can probably cut out like 90% of the clop by either only alluding to it or having a reaction take from Cadance/others like

"everything seemed to be normal, from the merchants plying their wares, the pair of unicorns in a heated make out session, the ponies just out enjoying the calm morning, to the foals heading off to... wait... OK they are still going at it, huh, anyway the foals are off to school..."

in other words make it (TVTropes warning) an Unusually Uninteresting Sight

607901 if your not finishing it through the story method at least put a finished tag on it so we know there won't be any continuation, and to answer your Question, the story was added to several specific clop groups, including hypnosis/mind control.
