It's been difficult to come here at all since these past three weeks

The first two were of the typical things in life- work in a security firm (And no I'm not a mall cop, I'm of the more... private sectors, thanks in part of my skills), love life   ( "What, Heidao's got a girlfriend?!" Shut up, she doesn't know I'm a brony and she's been, demanding lately), and other personal matters

I even wanted to say merry christmas to all of you but wasn't given an opportunity since now because of what I've been doing

I'm still here in New York City with my family, that is to say all the clan members within the Northeastern seaboard

An entire hotel (I'll never tell where but it's fancy), booked months in advance, all rooms, all facilities...

Over 300+ of my father's family ( Mostly children, it's tradition to have a minimum of 4 kids, we love large families ) For the whole of Christmas week and this week as well, and this is considered a small family reunion

Plus I can pull off an AJ by saying every family member's name by heart (Familia is that connected)

So now later today I'm going to roam the streets of chinatown, meet up with some old friends, probably get somethings of interest, all the while herding a horde of children a quarter my age and just as combat crazy (Genes, gotta love em)

Maybe as a horrible joke, Me an 80+ of my cousins will drive to Vines house and stand out there or something (Yes Vine, fear that I know where you live, where all of you live )

I realize a little too late about something...

I've stretched myself too thin, there are multiple things I'm being pulled by in life that it's preventing me from putting any focused effort in any one thing

IT'S SO FRUSTRATING!!!

On one hand I had ideas for fics that I've been planning and building for over a year now, my hands and eyes are absorbing and copying too many styles of art to properly draw anything anymore without wanting to redo it again in another way, my position and responsibilities in life keep me on guard from exposing my love for MLP to anyone, preventing me from having proper room to do any of the two anywhere and I think-

I might have to leave here

For those who've noticed, I've barely shown up here at all nowadays, things are getting busy to the point that now, it seems I'm wasting everyone's time just showing up...

Hello my friends and to all my state fairing friends happy thanksgiving, while some who don't have it in their respective areas *Coughfrederick* Hi!!!

These past two weeks have been hectic if not enjoyable...

After much hardship and lack of sleep I've managed to set my affairs in order-

Finally sent off the children from my martial arts classes off this tuesday thanks to the help of some elder cousins coming down early for thanksgiving, especially an elder cuz who just got back from Iraq so we were able to cycle through the kid's lessons fairly quickly

So long you little demons! (Frankly that's my fault they're like that but oh well ) and see you next spring!

Thanksgiving dinner is fine, we're still having it as I type this blog down on my phone

Every year tradition would have me go out back, light up the grills and cook four to five turkeys...

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut we weren't gonna do that this year, instead we decided to reserve a wing from a fancy restaurant for all to party and dine in good food and drink

Surrounded by family and friend alike, celebrating our time together, wishing each other long life (ironic ), good health, continued prosperity and for our family to flourish through all hardships

I sit here, among 80+ members of my clan-

ANIME USA IS ONLY 3 DAYS AWAY!!!!!!

I'll be heading out to the Capital Wasteland to enjoy one of the east coast's biggest anime cons

I also plan to cosplay for the very first time, man I am nervous

*Note: My bros have code names like me, Elder: Kuro Dachi, Younger: Kyuzo

The order of the outfits goes as the following:

Day 1: Dressed as Shining Gundam (Built the costume by hand with my bros, I'm happy on how it turned out), Kyuzo will be joining me as Seravee Gundam from "Gundam 00"

Day 2: As a joke from my friends in college, Archer class from the online game "Dragon Nest" ("Genlocked" (Gender-locked) as female but is going as a male version) Kuro is dressing as a "Moon Lord" (Magical warrior class) and Kyuzo will be going as Swordsman (Physical warrior class)

Day 3(Last day): Me an Kyuzo will go normal while Kuro will go as Kirito (Season 1 ver.) from "Sword Art Online" or SAO

Sadly my camera broke around Otakon due a mishap that involved TOO many Slenders and over-enthusiastic "victims" running about, so I have no way of commemorating this moment

Oh well

We'll ship out on Thursday to check in at our hotel and enjoy the sights the Capital can offer us (Don't suggest the museums, I frequent this place often and have thoroughly seen them all)

gonna check out the zoo too, here it's free admission

Anything you guys think I should look out for? Like say roaming bands of Yaoi/Yuri fans beating people with their paddles (An occasional occurrence in Otakon) or try joining a flash mob to do gangnam styel? Lemme know, this'll be my first time there nd could care less about how it goes, as long as I get an experience

Oh this year was a riot, just got back home after spending hours scaring children and grown-ups alike shitless

Me and a good number of friends and acquaintances got together to pull off the ultimate scare

Dress up as slender a appear as if he's everywhere

For added effect we added the papers from the game, if a child or group snatched it from a tree or building, we radio the others and begin our strike

It was all fun n games till the cops showed up, you try catching 40 fit people who can scale walls or simply ram through fences

Now I'm sittin' here in my living room with my bros, laughing away the joy of sowing terror and fear

For is Halloween not where you can gather round with your family and revel in what matters most

Sup guys, I think I took in more than I can chew...

For those who remember the small nuggets of info that's about me know that I love martial arts, so much so that I weirdly enough find joy in the prospect of braking my opponents

Oh the idea of striking their vitals multiple times with great force sets my head in a whirl (Have I grown sadistic? maybe...   ), if I meet any of you guys I'll gladly accept your offer to spar

So I have a common hobby in my house of educating others, teaching them to find their potential (In whatever they do) or giving them the means to do so

My latest as you know is teaching children martial arts, mainly karate or my ancestral art of eskrima, the children I've been teaching now have advanced by leaps and bounds (literally in most cases) and have bore fruit in their lessons whenever it was needed.

Twins, both boy and girl of only 8yrs took down a group of fifth graders when they tried to bully them during recess

A twelve year old, one of my best and brightest took down a full grown black man when he say him hit a girl

More and more stories of success are being told to me by their parents with great pride, now other families are asking to have their kids admitted

I don't know what to do... this was supposed to be a hobby, I know my family finds success in almost everything we strive for but now this feels like a fifth job to me

What do I do guys?

It might appear selfish or rude to refuse these kids who now want to learn but my hands are full, hell I helped raise them all, each and every one from the day they were born...

Currently my disciples are over 60+ without the new applicants

Most are young, some are even baby cousins or nieces and nephews

Some I've even dared to teach more advanced styles like aikido but even that is pushing it

Part of me wants to up and quit

While the other is strangling that one for even suggesting it

I had an interesting time, shortly after logging in last time I had a little bit of excitement in my life

Was biking down the various neighborhoods around mine with my Bros n Sis when suddenly my backpack explodes, intense pain on the left side of my back followed by pinwheeling off my bike and smashing my head into a car's windshield

You see, what hit me wasn't a bullet but in fact... a nail

Turns out a guy in the neighborhood at the time decided now was the perfect time to do some renovations to his living room but in his lack of foresight and preparation, he didn't have a nail gun.

So what does he decide will cover that conundrum?

By using a FUCKING POWER ACTUATED TOOL!!!

If you know about these tools, people use these to fire a nail into CONCRETE and not meant for anything else

So whoop-de-doo he realizes his mistake when his window explodes followed by seeing a kid get shot in the back

But don't worry I had a wonderful time, a second after using my face for a profile mold I entered a collective battle high with my siblings

Oh the fun we had after we smashed through his door and windows... good times

Took me a while to relay my tale seeing as my laptop was what saved my life, slowing the nail to only lodge itself into my left clavicle

Now thanks to some of my friends, I got myself a brand new replacement and gave it a copy of my stuff thanks to a bunch of back-up HDs (3 1TBs)

Imagine my surprise yesterday when I learned that the Mechromancer class for Borderlands 2 came out two days earlier

Now imagine how I felt when I saw her skill tree

I dropped my shit and laughed for hours

Hey guys been a while, finished BDL on the third day (spent time doing side quests and dickin around with my lil'bro is very time consuming and very hilarious, so much swearing )

With most of my summer agenda finished or just coming to, I've set my sights on my next adventure

One of the biggest Cons here on the East Coast, nestle the capital itself, DC

I've already acquired a room in one the hotels closest to the convention center and can't wait till November

God I love my state, two of the best anime cons on the east side all within my reach, I feel very lucky

And you know what? I realized something...

I've done nothing

No art to show nor story to share, at least Breeze finally brought out his story but I haven't brought anything to the table, I'm learning more and more from my elder bro to draw better, and can match him in his quality but I don't even submit my works.
