Weekly Update #4 · 9:31pm
Well, I said I would write on Sunday, so I did. I got quite a few words written, in fact! I finished off a couple of scenes, and even starting a 3rd. Reguardless, I still feel like I'm just getting into it.
Ideally I'd like to keep as much of the chapter as possible, but fitting it all into a cohesive and entertaining storyline is going to be a challenge. So many points in On A Rail could derail the flow (no pun intended). I might consider cutting some things if they don't add anything. I did similar things in other chapters. For example, Unforseen Cons-equines-es (the box jumping part at the end), Office Coltplex (the meat locker) and We've Got Horsetiles (the second military room). Those seem like "director's cut" scenes to me. They might be fun as seperate parts, but in the moment of the chapter, they would only be distracting, repetitious, or just plain dull. On A Rail has several places like this, and I feel the chapter would be plenty fulfilling without them.
Needless to say, I will still be keeping the most memorable parts, and will try to fit as much as I can into the overall flow.

I won't say it won't happen one day, but with the current plans, I find it unlikely. Mostly because I would start to run out of characters.
I guess I could always have Derpy play the role of Adrian Shephard...
Hey you should make a opposing force crossover.
Hello? Are U still around? I really wish to see more of your Half-life story.

Twilight's guide to the cosmos was a fic based on a trollfic I wrote long ago. I was thinking of trying to salvage it, but every time I described the plot it always induced groans. That's why I stopped writing it.

I got halfway through and got writer's block. Twilight and Rarity are in a pickle, and I don't know how to get them out. I think they've been stuck for a few months.
Maybe they need a walkthrough?
(I'll think of something)
