Set scene
I was hitting a tree with a baseball bat, (venting steam), and had hit the side of my knee on the followup. said knee continued to smart like a son of a bitch, we have an ice pack, but i need to be on my feet to clean (We recently moved, why i've been invisible) So in a fit of ingenuity I take the ice pack and a towel and tie it to the side of my knee. it works just fine.
And yes I've been called a teenage Macgyver.
