Idea's moving forward · 11:54am
Just an update on things, that 'new' idea I mentioned in the previous blog entry is moving forward well... I probably shouldn't be writing AS much as I am during work hours but it keeps coming to me and I have a pocket notebook to write in >.> . Anyway the first part is being combed through by Prosopeio and should be coming soon... the chapters are likely going to be in the 2000 word range but I already have enough written right now for a couple of those so when it gets released it should come with somewhat steady updating (hopefully all the way to the end of the fic). Keep an eye out for the AU when it comes, I think it will prove to be a fun switch up of the status quo.

I'm fairly stuck atm... a personal pet peeve I have trouble handling holding me back. If you a fan of Ranma 1/2 then your well aware of the parallels betwen the story start and how Ranma opened and I've skirted some of the obvious scenes by having the POV center on Twilight. Well the next part has several such connections... but I can;t skirt them this time. I NEED to have these scenes(Explaining Jusenkyo as well as a spar between Scarlet and Tempest) and I have written/read scenes like this dozens of times over the years and I've grown to HATE effectively rewriting scenes from canon when doing fics... I've been distracting myself with other projects and hobbies... I don't want to write it off as 'discontinued' but it will be a little while until I can figure someway to get over this hurdle.
Any chance a new chapter is forthcoming?
