Suspicious of the motives behind Rainbow Dash's actions, Applebloom rallies the Cutie Mark Crusaders and sets out to uncover the truth.  Their means of finding that truth, however, lead to more insight on Rainbow Dash than they asked for. {Sequel to Caught in the Act}

Long before the invasion of Canterlot, a certain malevolent queen kept close watch on Equestria's most important ponies.  After their astonishing victory against Night Mare Moon, Queen Chrysalis busied her Hive with spying on and studying the Elements of Harmony.  

After receiving a slightly warped and partially abridged report on Fluttershy's heroic defeat of the dragon whose smoke clotted the skies above Ponyville, Chrysalis demanded more accurate reconnaissance to assess the full capabilities of this pegasus brave-heart.  Due to the intimacy and intricacy of the mission, she had decided to send in Raze, confident in his ability to sustain a facade and gather information.  She did not, however, count on a second, unauthorized changeling following him.
