It feels good to be blogging again xD

So how's it been everypony? Good? Seen that Season 3 premiere? When Shining tossed Cadence off of the tower balcony because he demanded more sandwiches? Yes?

Good. Very good.

So let's get on to why you're reading this blog post.

I have assembled you all here today for very important apologies.

I am sorry for keeping you guys waiting for the next update for "A Light in The Darkness". I hope you can all understand that in my position, I have hardly any free time (5 AP classes kills you! Literally!) I also have college to worry about, it's my senior year in high school and I must ensure that my GPA stays up for a college I want to attend.

As for the fic, it is still on hiatus, but not for long. I am planning on picking the fic back up and continuing from where I left off this next couple of days. I hope that I can please you guys with what I'm planning on happening in the story. Expect a new chapter update this week! :D

Also, my little crazy mind running rampant, I have thought up of a new idea for a fic, but I won't even consider working on it until "A Light in The Darkness" is finished. For now, I'll just plan the main character (OC) and his character traits and appearance.

Additionally, to satisfy your insatiable appetite for updates, I will make chapters shorter and more numerous. The minimum amount of words you'll expect from a chapter from now on will fall around 1,750 and 2,250 words.

With this being said, I am looking forward to progressing with my first fic and - hopefully - pleasing all you wonderful readers! <3
