Okay... So I just came up with a cross-over story idea that I personally think is absolutely brilliant.

And I have to admit. It is rather... Naaauuughtyyyy...

It is actually a rather simple premise.

Rainbow Dash is put into a situation where she and her friends are talking about stuff from

their pasts. Rarity pretty much brings up how Rainbow Dash always flies about, sporting a rather

untamed appearance. It builds up to the point where Rainbow Dash has to tell her friends

a story about why she doesn't like barbers. (Translation: Why she is scared shitless by barbers.)

For those who are familiar with our favorite freaky friend straight from the home for freaky barbers

from our favorite childhood cartoon Courage The Cowardly Dog. I'm sure you know who it is. It's Freaky Fred, Ponified!

So pretty much, it switches out to a story as told from the perspective of Rainbow Dash detailing a little experience she

had when she was a filly. Her parents took her to the local barbershop to get her a much needed trim. Turns out that the barber

is Freaky Fred (duh).

Now this is the basic rule of thumb I imagine for writing this story:

It's told from the perspective of Rainbow Dash, however to make up for it, give a lot of dialogue from Fred

as he shaves her, steadily transitioning his rhyming from something fairly normal into the madness that is well... Fred.

A few things I would hope to see:

- Fred telling the tale of how he shaved Courage similarly to how he did the same during the actual

Courage The Cowardly Dog episode for his other clients.

- Include in Fred's dialogue at some point that he had not originally planned to be "naughty", that is, until he

saw Rainbow's mane in tail.

- Fred shaves her completely bald, including her fur.

And maybe, just maybe... Include Rainbow's friends reactions to the story.

A side thought:

Someone write a version of this story where it's not Rainbow Dash talking about the experience

from when she was a filly. No.

Have it happen in the present, where Rainbow Dash loses a bet against Rarity or something and she

has to see the local barber. And then.. I don't know... Go the whole nine yards! Have Freaky Fred tie

her down in ropes and chains or something to restrain her so he can enjoy the shaving madness!
