I actually thoughtfully enjoyed most story with the exception of when she splashed the contents of the cup on the one recruit, but that's just a matter of taste. Although as for stuff i really enjoyed i though you covered the Ball worship quite well, and personally i though the CBT was good. unfortunately i'm not a writer so i cant criticize the writing technique but i think you did a good Job.
