HOLY FAAAAAAAWWWWWK! · 11:18pm
Monster now has a cover...and it's FAWKING AWESOME!!!
But don't just take my word for it. Take a look for yourselves.
Let's all give a huge round of applause to good ol' Mickeymonster, shall we? Not just an awesomely talented artist, but rather generous as well. He saw my story (which, admittedly, I did sorta link him to in a comment) and - once he found out I was the author - offered to make this superbly badass cover for it...for FREE! I got a quality cover that would've cost me $65 at least (if I commissioned him) without paying a dime!
Seriously, check this guy out and give his art some love, 'cuz God knows he deserves it.
...
...Unfortunately, not all news is good. Even more unfortunate; some of this bad news also concerns Monster.
School ends for me in a couple weeks. Normally, this would be a wonderful thing for the story. Problem is...I don't have a computer of my own. Mine died long before I started either of my current stories, and I'm too broke to get a replacement. I've been using the computer in my dorm building's library to type, update, etc. Once school ends, that ends too.
And this is a double-hit for Monster; tomorrow I'm going on Senior Trip (aka, we ride a bus for an hour-and-a-half down to [REDACTED], Missouri and party for five days). I won't be back until Thursday, and then very little of my free time will be available for writing, thanks to final exams starting up the following Monday. Combine these two, and it's possible that I'll finish Phase 2 of Monster before the summer starts, but not too likely.
But...BUT not all news is bad. My parents, generous Godsends that they are, have decided that I'll have need of a computer for college, so they'll be getting me one some time during summer break; probably not a fancy one, mind you, but . I have no idea when, but it'll happen. So fear not, loyal readers of Monster, this story shall not die!
...It'll just be on unwanted hiatus for an indeterminate amount of time...as will I...

Eeeenope!
I got two pre-readers; one for grammar, the other for the story progression.
Do you still need help with Monster? I can provide some early feedback if you like.
Thanks for the fav, man!

Thanks for the watch and the faves yourself, too. I must say, I'm honored to have a rather prestigious follower.
Thanks for the watch, mate!
It is all part of my master plan. Soon all you bronies shall serve me and the Brotherhood of Nod!!
