The many planes and universes of the cosmos is a wondrous thing, but also not fully understood by many. So when a cowardly Kobold bard somehow finds himself thrown from his material plane, he comes face-to-face with a certain trapped god of chaos. Making a deal with the promise of being returned home, he is then sent to equestria to finish it.

Unfortunately for him, he knows little of the ramifications when it comes to invading another world. As he travels though this new land, he will find that ponies and parties will be the least of his problems. He soon discovers himself hunted down by a being of order to stop the chaos he may cause before it gets out-of-hand. With only his wit, knack of running from danger, and trusty lute, will he succeed in triumph? Or fail miserably?

Either way, he's about to make a giant fool of himself.

Several months have passed after Discords sudden disappearance. With the Bastion destroyed, Kid agrees to live with Rucks and Zia in Ponyville, and with the help of Twilight and her friends, he hopes to begin learning what else the world has to offer.

Clean-up of the Bastion by the royal guard has been going well, but the main island seems to have been kept off-limits. Nopony knows why, but shortly afterwards strange things have been happening in the forests near Trottingham. The same forest the Bastion crashed into.

Meanwhile, Equestria remains oblivious of the Unrest in the frozen reaches to the north as an enemy that only kid knew has returned. It will take the courage of a single human, and the strength of an entire nation to push back the invaders.

But it will take the magic of friendship to repair a rivalry Kid has long since forgotten.

Twilight isn't great at dancing. Spike knows it. Her friends know it. Even the poor souls who witnessed it first hoof on her birthday party in Canterlot knows it. But that hasn't stopped her from enjoying herself while "busting a move". So when Twilight receives an invite to a party being hosted by DJ Pon3, she eagerly accepts.

However, she's more than aware that everypony finds her dancing skills lacking. To solve this and impress everypony she decides to do a little research on the subject.

In the end she'll impress everypony alright, and it's not because she studied beforehand either.

Rainbow dash never believed there was anything faster than after hitting a sonic Rainboom. That was, until she received an invitation to join the Extreme Gravity Racing Association.

Not one to back down from a challenge, she accepts and finds herself whisked away to strange new worlds. Not only that, but she'll gain new friends and butt heads with new rivals as the tournament goes on. However, this isn't any normal race, and she'll begin to understand that her very life may be on the line.

Because in the XGRA: a contact is just a contract.

Twilight Sparkle's mother has always loved her daughter no matter what. However, ever since Celestia sent her to Ponyville she has been feeling saddened to barely see her anymore. Unable to express herself without spreading her downtrodden feelings to others, she keeps it stored away from the world.

Though every night, when the moon is high and everypony is asleep, she takes a little bit of time to desperately soothe her heart, and to remember the past.
