Princess Celestia sends Twilight a letter asking her to come to Canterlot ASAP. She explains that an important matter has arisen. Discord isn't back, and Luna hasn't slipped back into Nightmare Moon, so what could possibly be so important?

What does Celestia know that Princess Luna doesn't? And why did she sign the letter 'Love'?

During her stay in Canterlot, Twilight discovers the truth about her life.

Chapter 2 is on the way, sorry if the story seems short now. I couldn't get a proofreader since everybody/everypony (sheesh) is really busy, so please point out the dozens of grammatical and spelling mistakes. There's bound to be some holes in the plot, so point those out too.

Twilight Sparkle, in a half-hearted attempt to recreate a foalhood dream, accidentally creates a wormhole in the middle of Ponyville.

Michael Phelps, in an attempt to win the most Olympic medals ever, comes to London. He expected to break a few world records, not to be affected by the greatest scientific discovery ever.

Great Britain, host of the 2012 Summer Games, has all of their defensive measures blown away when somepony decides to experiment with magic.

It's really likely that this is a one-shot. I might expand it, but I'll probably leave it as it is now. I know people are going to find mistakes with it, but I wrote in only a few hours. If somebody else thinks they can do better, than please do and post yours instead.

Octavia's completely out of money, and she finds a nightclub that has an opening for a job. It just so happens that the club is run by Vinyl Scratch. Octavia and Vinyl become friends, but Vinyl feels differently than Octavia does. Either way, they run the club together and make a fair amount of money, while the club, their friendship, and the amount of cliffhangers making up this story all prosper.

The 2nd chapter might be a little while, as I have been working on an Olympics fanfic: An Olympic-sized Dream

I definitely know how this is going to end, but as I am uncertain how the story will progress, it might be a little between updates. Also, this is my first fic, so input would be helpful.
