Josh Haggard has seen better days. Jobless, carless, moneyless, overweight, and now a hermit, he isn't in the best of shape. Will the arrival of the princess of the night help turn his life around?
Previously part of Ponyfall, now an independant fic. Please read before insta-down voting, because doing that helps no one. If you have a specific concern with it, talk to me in the comments. I very much welcome constructive criticism. Emphasis on constructive.
A strange unicorn has entered Ponyville. He seems simple enough, but anyone who talks to him for more than a passing moment realizes that all is not as it seems. What his purpose there is, not even he fully knows.
My first step into the writing arena, the obvious first hurdle I seemed to stumble over was that of the Gary Stu. I considered rewriting it to be otherwise now that I've had some experience, but it wouldn't be worth it with how short it's going to be. So enjoy if you will, and you've been forewarned.
I'm glad that my little story about two ponies still being in love met with your approval, Brain! The Fave of The Father of My Children means quite a bit to me.

Heh, me too!
Thanks so much for the Watch! I'll do my best to keep deserving it!
>>372838 Bah, that's not delightfully convoluted enough though
To be honest, I tend to forget the watch button is there sometimes

Ya know, hitting the "Watch" button would be just as easy as trying to keep tabs on all of my works... just sayin'!
Tll Carmine that I'm very grateful for having pointed such a great reader my way!
>>371564 They're excellent, and the wordcrafting of the epic poems is nothing short of inspiring
I've got the rest of yours loaded into tabs as well, just have to get to them in my reading que. I need to remember to thank Carmine for linking me to you

Heh, I do my best! Thanks for the new Faves, this time of The Song of Syhlex, To Change a Heart, and Shine as well! I'm glad you are finding so many of my stories so enjoyable!
>>360445 and thank you for the magnificently crafted story
Thank you so much for the Fave of Certain Advantages! I greatly appreciate it!

I watched THAT part too. I honestly watch a LOT of old TV shows from the '60's, '70's and '80's already, from "Adam-12" and "Starsky and Hutch", to "Seinfeld".
>>60364 You should. It's a bit slow at first, but the comedy later on is solid, and a bit TOO real for comfort. For instance, "THE COMMUNISTS WANT TO TAINT MY BODILY FLUIDS!"
It's hilarious, until you realize that this is how people were thinking in the cold war. And that soviet russia might have been trying to do some of the crazy things that people were paranoid about.
