The stallion, Spectrum Brush, has faced a horrible experience of being used for evil in the past days. Unable to face anypony now out of guilt, he seeks a way to make up for his mistakes. Princess Luna, understanding his feelings better than anypony else can, joins his quest to use the memories of his past "puppeteer" for the good of Equestria: Finding and securing the Crystal of Lady Fame, before the same catastrophe could happen all over again.

The summer has reached Equestria, which the ponies of Ponyville enjoy every second of.

While a little pegasus has come to the town to seek out his family, the Mane Six are struck by unpleasant series of incidents, which make them doubt their trust for each other.

As their friendship is put to the test, strange figures stalk the shadows, followed by a familiar cold breeze.

Will the six mares put their differences aside once again, or will their friendship be cold-heartedly burried under the snow from ages past?

In "A War for Friendship", after Ignis was stopped from taking Celestia down and claiming the throne, what happened to Spectrum Brush when he dissapeared for 11 days?

As Zecora tries to regain her memory about the day that Ignis atttacked Equestria, she discovers an injured alicorn in the Everfree Forest.

A stallion, without a name, and a rhyming zebra now work together to uncover the past that they have lost.

And the only way to shed light on the truth: is by reaching out in the dark.

After the previous threats that Equestria had to face, every pony makes sure to enjoy every second of this peace.

One painter has even come to Ponyville, after travelling all over Equestria to find "one" important thing that he seeks as inspiration.

Five mares he bumps into were definitly not the most proper ponies to help him, considering his bashful and lonesome personality, until he met a kind purple unicorn. But when a piece tears off the Crimson Asteroid, which passes Equestria once in the 300 years, and lands on Equestrian soil, the very fabric of peace shudders by the dark aura that emanates from inside. Are the Mane Six able to stop something that is immortal, or will they succumb to the hatred that shrouds over their beloved land?
