> Princess Trixie's Revenge > by Chris-Cross13 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > The Lost Hypnosis Book > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We start our story, (If you can call it that) inside Twilight’s house, with Twilight frantically searching her bookcases and drawers for something “WHERE IS IT?! WHERE IS IT?!” She screams as she looks around. At that moment, a knock is heard at Twilight’s door. Twilight is too busy searching to care and continues looking. After a few moments, Twilight’s door gets broken down by her guest, Christian. “Hey Twitlight, what’s WHOA! What happened in here?!” Christian exclaims as he eyes the mess of books and papers covering the floor. Twilight turns, looking frantic and restless as she greets him.“Oh, hey Christian. Sorry about the mess, I’m looking for something.” “A broom?” Christian says, in his sarcastic tone. He loves making Twilight mad. It’s his favorite pastime. “Ha ha! Real funny!” Twilight replies in her sarcastic tone, “No, I’m looking for a book.” “In your library? No way!” Christian replies, still annoying Twilight. “Knock it off! It’s a certain kind of book, a hypnosis spell book.” Twilight finally answers, hoping to stop Christian from bugging her. Today is not the day for him to be annoying her. “So, what’s the big deal about a spell book? You have a million of them!” Christian asks in a confused manner. Twilight is already good with magic (As much as he hates to admit it.) Why is she so worried about one book? Twilight turns looking angry. “CHRISTIAN! If that book falls into the wrong hands, who knows what could happen!” Christian, shocked by the intensity of her voice, stumbles back. This was unusual even for Twilight! “Ok, chill. Where did you last leave it?” He asked as he regained his balance. Normally, he didn't help Twilight. But seeing how she was desperate for help, he decided to lend a hand. Twilight thought to herself for a second. “Last time I saw it, it was in my backpack.” “Ok, did you check your pack?” Christian asked, with a bit of annoyance in his voice. “Uhh…” Twilight was stalling, and he saw right through her. “You didn’t check, did you?” He knew Twilight too well, she may be a genius, but simple stuff like this flies right past her. Twilight sighs in embarrassment, “No, I didn't.” Twilight walks over to her pack. As she lifts up her pack, pencils and paper fall out of a huge hole in her pack. “There’s a hole in it! The book must have fallen out!” Twilight starts panicking. Who knows when the book fell out? She hasn't used her pack in weeks! For all she knows, the book could be on the far side of Equestria by now! “Oh, snap.” Christian was surprised. He figured the book would be in an obvious place that Twilight would never think to look in. He quickly thought of something assuring to say, it was obvious Twilight was either going to have a nervous breakdown or start crying a river. The way she started running around her house in a frenzy was pretty much a sure sign for one of them. While Christian loves seeing Twilight act like an idiot, this was a little pathetic “I won’t worry about it Twilight, the book will probably turn up eventually.” Twilight stopped dead in her tracks. “Christian is trying to calm me down? That’s rare. He must really want to help me.” Twilight thought. “You’re probably right Christian.” Twilight smiled. Christian was right, “What do I have to worry about?” Twilight thought. “I bet if I clean up this mess, I’ll find the book!” Twilight said. She thanked Christian as she started cleaning up. “You have fun with that Twitlight; I’m going to go see the others.” Christian said as he went to leave. “If you see my book, tell me!” Twilight yelled as he left. As Christian walked to town, he thought to himself. “If that book is outside, it would be ruined by now. I bet Twitlight put it in a drawer or something and forgot about it. It’ll turn up eventually.” he said aloud. Meanwhile, on the far side of Everfree Forest, a light blue unicorn treks through the trees. The unicorn was confused, lost, and filthy. She must have followed this river for miles just to find a way out! “And to think, none of this would have happened if Twilight didn’t ruin my plans, again!” Trixie was sick of it. Thanks to Twilight and her friends, she was stranded in this forest with no idea on how to get out. As Trixie walked through the forest she ranted about her rival. “Twilight Sparkle, Element of Magic. Twilight Sparkle, Celestia’s star student. Twilight this, Twilight that! I never hear the end of it! I need to think of a new plan. A plan of revenge! And this time, I’m going to WHOA!” Trixie was too busy ranting to watch where she was going. Trixie tripped on something and landed flat on her face. “Stupid rocks.” She muttered as she got up. Trixie went to throw the object that tripped her. But when she picked it up, to her surprise, it wasn't a rock. It looked like some sort of book. “What’s a book doing all the way out here?” Trixie pondered as she looked at it. The cover was too ruined to read, but other than that it was in great condition. As she walked, she opened the book to read the title page. “Hypnosis spells, tricks, and how to cast them. It's a hypnosis spell book! But, what is this doing out here?” Trixie thought about this for a moment, and then she saw some writing underneath the title. Trixie read it aloud, “If found, please return to Twilight Sparkle. Thank you!” “This is Twilight’s book? The idiot must have lost it!” Trixie laughed at the thought of Celestia's "Star student" losing a spell book. “I could use this for my revenge!” But as she thought about this, she realized Twilight would see this coming a mile away. Trixie grew angry. “I’ll never think of something! Twilight’s too clever to my tricks! Everyone is! The spell would never work!” Trixie went to throw the book in a tree. It was useless to her. But to her astonishment, when she looked up, she saw Ponyville. The river she followed had led to a small lake on the outskirts of town. As Trixie looked toward the town, she saw that new human, Christian, walking with Twilight’s friends. Trixie knew all about Christian after the Chrysalis Incident. “Hmm, I don’t think Christian has ever seen me or any of my tricks.” Trixie thought about this as she looked at the book. All of a sudden, Trixie got a huge, evil looking smile on her face. “Ohh, I think I have a plan coming along! And this time, I’ll make sure Twilight; no… All of Equestria, pays!” Trixie quickly ran toward town, she had work to do. > I Put A Spell On You! > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- “So, why don’t you girls have advanced technology again?” Christian asked as he, Dash, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie, and Fluttershy walked down the road. He caught up with them after leaving Twilight’s house. They were heading to town. “What do you mean?” Rarity asked perplexed. She always though they were pretty advanced. “Well think about it, the only thing that comes close to being advanced is the steam train.” Christian pointed out. “So?” Dash interrupted. “You would think for a bunch of ponies that can fly and use magic, you would have invented the light bulb by now.” Christian stated. “What’s a light bulb?” Pinkie asked curiously. Christian sighs. “Never mind.” He knew that talking to these ponies about technology was like talking to a tree. As they continued down the road toward town, a shadow trails them. Trixie was keeping a close eye on Christian. She quickly dashes from bush to bush. She soon got ahead of the group. She snickered, her plan was about to be in motion. “All I need now is bait.” Trixie said in a whisper. “And what is better bait to someone who is from another planet, then the other planet’s form of currency!” Trixie then revealed a single bit attached to a thin string. She ran to some bushes and threw the coin out onto the road. As Christian talks to the ponies about how electricity works and why they need it, something catches his eye. A glimmer of a small, gold coin was on the path. It shimmered in the sun. “What’s that?” Christian asks, now looking at the small coin on the road. “It’s a bit.” Dash says. “Like what, your version of a drill bit?” Christian asked in a confused manner. “What’s a drill?” Asked Pinkie, still confused on the subject of the thing Christian calls “Electricity”. “No, it’s our form of money.” Dash replied. You could practically hear her eyes rolling. “He’s our ambassador and he’s asking about our money? Man, he is clueless about us!” Dash thought. “Oh, right. It should have occurred to me that you ponies have probably not invented the drill if you don’t know what a light bulb is.” Christian responded, feeling like a complete idiot. If they didn't know how a glass bulb generates power, why would he think that they knew what a power drill was? “So what do you think is the conversion rate on one bit to an American dollar?” Christian asked, quickly changing the subject “I don’t know. Probably pretty high considering its money from another planet.” AJ replied. “Sweet!” Christian exclaimed as he went to go pick up the bit. But as he was about to pick up the coin, it was somehow pulled away from the road and toward some shrubbery. Christian snickered at this pathetic little stunt. “Oh ha ha, it’s the old “Pull the coin away on a string” prank.” He said sarcastically. “All right you girls stay here, I’m about to teach a prankster a lesson about messing with humans!” He said as he loaded his crossbow with a dart and followed the coin into the shrubs. When he got to the other side of the mess of shrubs, he saw a light blue unicorn, with a moon and wand for a cutie mark, a white-periwinkle mane, and an evil smile. “Who the heck are you?” Christian asked as he aimed his bow toward the unicorn. “Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Trixie Lulamoon!” Trixie replied between a malicious grin. “Trixie?" Christian thought of this... familiar name for a second. He then realized who he was dealing with. "Wait a minute, you’re Twilight’s rival! I remember seeing you in some episodes of the show! What do you want?!” He yelled. He knew Trixie was bad news, but he had no idea what she was planning. He remained on guard. “Oh, I was taking a little stroll when I saw this coin and thought I might show you.” Trixie says as she starts waving the coin back and forth in front of Christian’s face. Christian immediately became confused. Really? A crummy two year old magic trick? He thought. “If you trying to hypnotize me, try something else. That stupid trick doesn't work.” He replied. For a smart unicorn like Trixie, he was extremely surprised at this sort of stupidity. She probably lost to Twitlight so many times, she was losing her touch he thought to himself. “Oh, don’t worry Christian, this is just a distraction!” Trixie says as she casts a spell at Christian. “What the?” Christian could not finish his sentence. The spell hit him before he could finish. He was flung back into a tree trunk. when he came to, all he had was a blank stare on his face. “Now, you are under my control Christian.” Trixie said to the blank human.. “Yes, Great and Powerful Trixie.” Christian replied in an odd, blank tone. “Perfect! The hypnosis spell worked!” Trixie yelled with victory. She then opened the hypnosis book to read the rest of the instructions. “Now, the spell says that you will remain hypnotized until the caster stomps their hoof. However, when anypony says the trigger word, we’ll just make it “Magic”; the one who is hypnotized will be snapped back into hypnosis. Understand Christian? When I stomp my hoof, JUST MY HOOF, you will be unhypnotized. But if ANYPONY says the word “Magic”, you will be snapped back in.” Trixie explained in huge emphasis. She wanted to make sure the spell would not backfire on her if someone else stomped their hoof, presumably Twilight. “Yes, Great and Powerful Trixie.” Christian replied. “Please, call me “Ms. Trixie”. My full title is reserved for my servants. You, Christian, are my assistant.” Trixie stated. “As you wish, Ms. Trixie.” Christian replied “Excellent! Now on with my plan!” Trixie said with glee. Trixie then proceeded to take out a map of Ponyville, Canterlot, and the surrounding area. She marked where everything was going to happen and when. She was completely prepared this time. Nothing was going to get in her way. “Alright Christian, first, you are going to capture Twilight Sparkle and bring her to this cave on the outskirts of Ponyville.” Trixie said. “As you wish, Ms. Trixie” Christian responded. “After you capture her, I will need this material I have been hearing about. You know, the same material that magic can’t affect?” Trixie asked. She was hoping He still remembered about this material, it was crucial to her plan. “Ahh yes, of course Ms. Trixie. I'll be right back with your supplies.” Christian answered. He then took out the portable portal device. He vanished into the vortex and light as he traveled to Earth. A few minutes later, he came back carrying a large, burlap sack. “Here you are Ms. Trixie” He answered as he dumped out the material. “I was able to shape the material into cone shapes to fit around ponies’ horns.” He said. “Perfect Christian!” Trixie exclaimed. She then surrounded the material in a magic shield and teleported the material to the far-off cave. “Hey girls, I think I hear Christian over here!” Pinkie yells as she walks over to the bushes. “Oh no, Twilight’s friends! Dang it, I was hoping for more time!” As Trixie quietly yells this, she stomps her hoof. “Oops! That wasn't supposed to happen!” Trixie exclaims. AJ then appears from the bushes. “Pinkie was right! Christian is here with…Trixie?!” AJ exclaims as the rest of the girls follow behind her. “Don’t worry girls, I was just scaring Trixie away!” Christian looks back at the light blue unicorn. “I…I’m sorry for intruding! I was just leaving, I swear!” As Trixie goes to leave, she mutters under her breath, “I have to prepare anyway.” Trixie then runs away into the forest. “Y’all ok Christian?’ AJ asked concerned. “Yea, I think so.” Christian replied. “Umm, are you sure Christian?” Fluttershy asked. “Yes girls, I’m fine.” Christian answered. “Why are you girls so concerned?” Christian asked. Trixie wasn't a major threat to him. He did stop Chrysalis after all. “Why aren't you concerned?! That was Trixie! She’s unpredictable!” Rarity yelled. “She’s always up to something Christian. I would be on guard, just in case.” Dash warned. “We should warn Twilight about Trixie, she could have a trap for her.” AJ said. “We all remember what happened last time Trixie was here.” She warned. “Right, the whole “banishment” thing. Let me tell her, I haven't shot her with my crossbow today anyway.” Christian said with a bit of a smirk. “You do that Christian; we’ll go tell the Princesses!” RD answered. “Got it, see you girls later!” Christian said as he left to Twilight’s house yet again. “Geez, I’m sick of this walking back and forth!” Christian said aloud as he started running up the road “Oh well, the girls are right though, I feel like Trixie’s planning something huge and I know Twilight is Trixie’s main target. The sooner I warn her, the better.” He then felt a sudden surge of pain in his head and stopped. “Ugh, my head, I must have hit a branch in the bushes or something while I was confronting Trixie. Probably why I can’t remember anything past my confrontation with Trixie too.” He shrugged at this pain and continued running to Twilight’s house. Back at the cave, Trixie just finished setting up her trap. “Knowing Twilight, she can’t go two seconds without saying the word “magic”, my plan will work perfectly!” Trixie laughed with a sinister tone. Her plan was half way complete. > Plan T > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Back at Twilight’s house, Twilight just finished cleaning up. “Well, I didn’t find my book. But at least now this place doesn’t look like a tornado hit it!” Twilight exclaims. Christian shows up at the door. Twilight quickly opens it to let him in. She just put her door back on its hinges and she doesn’t want him kicking it down again. “Hey Twitlight, What’s up?” He exclaims as he enters. “Can you stop calling me that?” Twilight says. Ever since he started coming here, he’s been calling her that same name. And lately, it has been getting on her nerves. “Why? It fits you so well!” Christian responds happily. “Why are you here anyway? Did you find my book?” Twilight asks as she rearranges her books on one of her bookshelves. “Uhh, no. Trixie was spotted in town. Ya know, that blue unicorn who hates you for whatever reason.” Christian answers. Twilight’s eyes grow big and she drops the books she was holding. “Trixie is here?! Oh no…” Twilight starts to become worried. Who knows what she has planned? “Was she up to anything suspicious?” Twilight asks. “Umm, I can’t remember. I think I hit my head on a branch of the bush I found her in.” Christian says, trying to think. His memory was still fuzzy. “Where are the others?” “They’re informing The Princesses about it right now.” Twilight turns to pick up the books she dropped. “Good, but we better be on guard. Trixie may not have powerful magic…” The moment Twilight said the word “magic”; a weird expression came over Christian. His face became a blank stare, and then, turned devious. He gained a evil, crooked smile as he glared at Twilight once more. Twilight did not notice this as she was putting away her books. Twilight continues. “But she may have some tricks up her sleeve!” “Indeed Twilight, we must stay alert.” Christian answers in his hypnotized and bland tone. “Umm, Twilight, did you check underneath your bed for your hypnosis book?” He asks. “I think so. Why?” Twilight asked curiously. “I think I see your book underneath your bed.” Christian answers plainly. “Are you sure? I’m positive I checked there at least three times.” Twilight says as she looks under her bed yet again. She crawls underneath and peers around “I don’t see it!’ She yells, looking back and forth under her bed carefully. “Check over on the left side.” Christian says as he aims his crossbow at Twilight, using her cutie mark as a target. “I still don’t see…AHH!” Twilight quickly scrambles out from underneath her bed to see a dart in her side. She looks up at the human's evil grin “Uhh…Wha?” Twilight mutters before she passes out from the tranquilizer, landing with a thud on the wooden floor. Christian walks over to the unconscious Twilight and grins. He rubs his hands together manically as he snickers. “Perfect! Now all I need to do is sneak Twilight to Ms. Trixie without anyone knowing.” He thinks for a minute. “Ah ha! I still have the sack I used to transport the plastic to Ms. Trixie! I can use that to hide Twilight!” He takes out the burlap sack and puts the unconscious Twilight in it.“Good thing I used a one-hour dart on Twilight, it should keep her contained long enough.” He picks up the sack and leaves Twilight’s house as quickly as he can. Meanwhile, back at the castle. The remaining five are telling Celestia what happened. “And that’s why we’re here.” Applejack said, finishing the story. “I see." Celestia gets up from her throne and starts pacing. "Do you five know where Trixie is now?” Celestia asks with a bit of nervousness. “No, she ran off like a little filly after Christian scared her!” Dash says, laughing about the whole ordeal. To her, Trixie was nothing but a wimp unless she had some sort of magic booster like the amulet. “Where is Christian by the way?” Celestia asks with a hint of concern. “He went to Twilight’s to warn her about Trixie.” Rarity answers. “That was good thinking. Trixie will most likely target her.” Celestia says. At that moment, Christian appears right outside the castle, carrying a large burlap sack, running as fast as he can. “Hey! There’s Christian now!” Pinkie yells. “Why is he carrying that sack?” Dash asks. “Hey! Christian!” AJ yells. Christian stops as the five run over to him to see what’s up. Unbeknownst to them, Christian is now re-hypnotized. “Oh, hello girls.” He greets them in a plain manner, nothing like he normally does, which is normally darts and laughing a lot. “Hey Christian! What’s with the sack?” Pinkie asked in a curious manner as she pokes the sack. Christian quickly pulls it away as he thinks for a buyable alibi. “Oh, Twilight asked me to donate some of her books to the school.” He says nervously, hoping the ponies would buy the lie. “Oh, ok." Dash answers with a little bit of distrust in her voice. "Speaking of which, where’s Twilight” She asks suspiciously, eyeing the blank human for an answer. “Uhh, Twilight left town” Christian says, once again nervous in his lying response. “Why in Equestria would she leave and not tell us!?” Rarity screams as she gets up in Christian’s face for an answer. “She didn’t want to make you girls to get on Trixie's radar.” Christian responds simply. Yet it seems he stuttered near the end of his sentence, almost saying "Ms. Trixie". “Well, where did she go?” Fluttershy asks kindly. “She didn't tell me." Christian answers before quickly changing the subject. "Well, I’m going to donate these books, see you girls later!” He runs off in a hurry in the opposite direction. The five return to Celestia, confused by their friend's odd behavior toward them. As they approach Celestia, She has a curious look on her face as she sees Christian dash away. “Well, that was rather odd.” Rarity states, Confused about why he acted so out of character. “Yea, Christian wasn’t like himself at all.” Dash says. "His normal "Shot anything that moves" mentality wasn't there. “Because he was hypnotized.” Celestia says sternly. “What? How is he hypnotized?” Pinkie asks. “I mean sure, he acts differently once, but that doesn’t mean he’s a mindless zombie!” “When you were talking to him, I felt a strange aura of magic around his body.” Celestia states. “So?” Dash says. “This specific type of aura is only around ponies or, in this case humans, that are hypnotized” Celestia answers. “That would explain why he didn’t call us names or tranquilize us.” AJ says. “I want you girls to follow Christian to see where he goes. Trixie may be behind his hypnosis.” Celestia says. “Yes Princess Celestia!” The ponies quickly rush out of the castle and follow Christian’s footprints to where he was going. Luna comes downstairs to see what was going on. “What happened? Where are the five going?” Luna asks. “They went to go follow Christian.” Celestia answers. “Why?” “Trixie may be up to something.” Meanwhile at a far off cave near the edge of town, Christian appears at the entrance, which has a blue, wooden door with a slot near the top. He knocks on the door. After a few moments, a pair of eyes looks through the slot. “Ahh Christian! You made it!” Trixie says with glee as she unlocks the door. “Of course, Ms. Trixie.” Christian says as he enters the cave. “Shut the door behind you. We don’t need any intruders now do we?” Trixie says with a smirk. “Of course not Ms. Trixie.” Christian says as he shuts the door quietly. He then proceeds to follow his unicorn leader to the main part of the cave. The main chamber itself was big and spacious, with a throne made of rocks in the center. On each sides of the cave were candles to keep the cave lit. Along the sides, it branched off into several other corridors which followed into smaller rooms . “I guess all that rock mining was good for something after all!” Trixie says. “Is Twilight in the sack?” she asks as she sits down in her uncomfortable rock throne. “Yes, Ms. Trixie.” “Good. Set it down over there.” Trixie demands, pointing over to the center of the cave. “Yes, Ms. Trixie.” Christian puts down the sack in the middle of the cave where Trixie asked. A few moments after he puts the sack down, it starts to move and shake wildly. After a moment, a confused Twilight pokes her head out of her burlap prison. “Huh? What? Where am I?” Twilight asks as she shakes off the sack. “Hello, Twilight Sparkle!” Trixie says from the other side of the cave. Twilight looks over to see Trixie in her rock throne, with a huge smile on her face. “TRIXIE! I should have known! What are you planning this time?! Twilight yells at her rival. “My ultimate revenge against you and all of Equestria!” Trixie retaliates to her enemy. Twilight laughs at this threat. Not this whole revenge thing again! Twilight thought “HA! That’s a good one Trixie! Do you still think you can take me on?” “I don’t know, what do you think assistant?” Trixie says as she turns to see her assistant emerge from the darkness. “I think she’s no challenge for you, Ms. Trixie.” Christian says, as if mocking the lavender unicorn. Twilight becomes stunned and perplexed by his reactions. “Ms. Trixie?! Christian! What are you doing?!” “He's being the best assistant I have ever had!” Trixie states. Twilight processes Trixie's words. she quickly realizes why Christian is acting like this and following Trixie. “You found my hypnosis spell book, didn't you Trixie?” Twilight asks. “Yes Twilight, and the spell works quite well as you can see.” Trixie turns toward her assistant, who in return smiles back. Twilight grits her teeth in anger. “Let him go Trixie!” She shouts Trixie becomes infuriated. “No, I think I won’t!” Trixie yells this and while doing so, stomps her hoof involuntarily. All of a sudden, Christian's evil smile diminishes before the unicorns. The human starts shaking his head as he regains his thoughts “Uhh. What happened?” Christian asks as he peers around the cave. "How did we get in a cave? And why is Trixie here? What's going on?" Twilight notices this and snaps into action. She starts yelling commands and answers like crazy. “Christian! Trixie hypnotized you! Quick! Get her!” “Uh oh.” Trixie gulps. Christian looks over to the blue unicorn and dashes forward, putting a dart in his crossbow. Trixie makes no attempt to step out of the way or block. Christian aims down his sights and prepares to pull the trigger. "Any last words before you're tranqued?" Trixie sneers at the oncoming human. “Yes actually. Magic.” "Magic? What kind of a stupid last word is..." A look of alertness washes over the human's face. Christian suddenly comes to halt, a few feet in front of his light blue target. He lowers his crossbow as he slowly approaches Trixie. “Did you need something Ms. Trixie?” The re-hypnotized human says. Twilight processes this little show. “So, if you stomp you hoof, Christian becomes un-hypnotized. But if you say the word “Magic”, he becomes re-hypnotized?” She asks as if she had no idea what just happened. “Yes Twilight.” Trixie says. “Why are you asking?” Twilight couldn’t believe Trixie was this stupid! “Just clarifying.” She says with a grin. Twilight immediately goes into a stomping fit with her forehoof. “Now Christian! Get Trixie!” Twilight yells to her frenemy. The human just gives her a blank stare. Why was this lavender unicorn ordering him around? “Why would I do that?” He asks, confused. “Wait, what?” Twilight becomes puzzled by Christian’s reaction. “I’m no idiot Twilight. I made the spell only wear off when I stomp my hoof.” Trixie states. Snickering at her rival’s failure. Twilight looks down in defeat. “For once Trixie, that was pretty clever.” She confesses, admitting her rival’s cleverness with the spell usage. “Thanks! I appreciate the compliments from the lesser unicorn!” Trixie says with a sneer. Twilight quickly looks up at her rival with pure anger. “In your dreams!” Trixie puts up one of her forehooves. “Before this bickering continues, Christian, go do some errands for me.” “As you wish, Ms. Trixie” Christian leaves behind Trixie down one of the many rocky corridors. “Trixie c’mon, this is insane! Just unhypnotize Christian and let us leave and we’ll forgot this whole thing ever happened. What do you say?” Twilight asks, hoping to come to a peaceful truce with her enemy. Twilight really didn't want Trixie to embarrass herself again. “How about I capture you, your friends, and Celestia and Luna, and then finally take my place as ruler of Equestria!” Trixie says, with a boom in her voice. “Capture me? HA! Trixie, I’m going to give you one last chance to back down!” Twilight says, getting in a fighting stance. “Not this time Twilight! This time I will win!” Trixie says, staying in her throne, not moving an inch to get ready to duel. Twilight growls in anger. “If you won’t stop this madness Trixie, I’ll force you to!” Twilight positions her forehooves to start advancing toward her adversary. “Bring it on Twilight, if you can!” Trixie responds in a snotty tone. Twilight becomes filled with anger at Trixie. She rushes her as fast as she can. Trixie doesn’t move, as if she wants Twilight to charge at her. Trixie turns her head to the left and nods. A second later, a rumbling is heard. Twilight stops and listens for the sound and looks up. A cage comes crashing down on top of the lavender unicorn, trapping her. “Gotcha!” Christian shouts from behind Trixie’s throne as he lets go of a chain that was concealed in the darkness. “What in Equestria?!” Twilight yells as she comprehends her situation. “That was easy!” Trixie shouts in glee. Twilight smirks at the comment. “You think a simple cage can hold me? I can easily get out of this!” Twilight begins to charge a teleportation spell. “For now.” Trixie flips one of the armrests on her rocky throne to revel a switch. Trixie flips the switch and in an instant, the top section of the cage opens. Chains drop down and fasten Twilight’s hooves. A covering is also put on her horn. Twilight looks at the chains. “So what? Chains and a covering on my horn, that’s it?” Twilight chuckles at this. “This is the best she’s got?” Twilight says to herself. “That’s what you think.” Trixie says with a sneer. Twilight sneers back and charges her spell yet again. But for some reason, she can’t charge a spell. Twilight tries as hard as she can, but she can’t even manage a spark. “Huh? Why…can’t I…charge…a spell?!” She says while breathing heavily. “Foolish Twilight! Don’t you remember when Christian was getting help from his government during The Chrysalis Incident? The sunglasses the agents had on contained a substance that made Chrysalis's mind wipe spell inert. “So?” Twilight asks impatiently, wondering when Trixie will make her point. “Well, I did a little research and found out that the substance is called “Plastic”. A substance that is insanely common on Earth. And that’s what’s around your horn.” Trixie states. "Apparently, it makes ALL magic inert!" “But, where did you get the plastic? There’s no way you could have gotten to Earth without us or the U.S. government knowing!” Twilight booms. “Who do you think gave me the plastic?” Trixie says as she points to Christian, who then waves at the trapped unicorn. “Oh no.” Twilight becomes overcome with fear. Trixie as pinned her in a corner with no way out. “Face it Twilight, you’re trapped. Surrender and become my servant or else!” Trixie yells at her captive. “Or else what?!” Twilight yells back, knowing that Trixie was probably bluffing. She knew Trixie wasn't the toughest unicorn in Equestria. “My assistant here will make you surrender.” Trixie says, eyeing the human. Christian loads his crossbow, eyeing Twilight with an evil grin. Twilight thinks about her options. If Christian didn’t like her un-hypnotized, who knows what he'll do to her now? “If I can hold out for just a little bit, the others will find me, make Trixie un-hypnotize Christian, and save me!” Twilight says to herself. “Well? I need an answer!” Trixie says impatiently. Twilight sighs in defeat. “Alright Trixie you win. I surrender.” Trixie squeals in glee. “Excellent!” Trixie flips the switch again, making the chains on the cage unhook from the top of the cage, leaving the covering on Twilight’s horn and the shackles on her hooves. The cage lifts up to its original spot. Trixie makes a whip hover toward her. “Now servant, GET OVER HERE! NOW!” Trixie’s voice booms at the last few words as she snaps the whip toward the chained Twilight. Twilight squeals in fear. “GAH! Yes Trixie!” Trixie becomes enraged by Twilight’s response. “NO! You are to address me by my proper title. The Great and Powerful Trixie!” Trixie yells at her captive as she snaps the whip again in Twilight’s direction. Twilight jumps at the sound of the whip cracking. “GAH! Yes, Great and Powerful Trixie! Twilight yells as she dashes toward her rival. "Now, kneel before me!" Trixie commands to to Twilight. Twilight obeys and kneels before her captor. Looking up at her with anger. It was already enough that she was captured by Trixie. Now she was making her look like an idiot! Trixie looks down at the captive Twilight with an evil grin. “I’ve always wanted to do this! Twilight, I want you to kiss my hooves. And for kicks, Christian’s feet!” Twilight gets up and backs away in retaliation. “WHAT?! Heck no!” Twilight yells. “I may be chained and powerless, but I am not kissing your…” “SILENCE!” Trixie snaps the whip twice, making Twilight go silent. “You are to do as I say servant! Now get over here!” Trixie yells as she snaps the whip yet again. The whip snaps so close to Twilight, she can feel the breeze from the snap. Twilight yelps at this and immediately runs back toward Trixie. As quickly as she can, Twilight kneels and starts kissing each of Trixie’s forehooves. She then moves on to Christian’s feet and repeats this pattern. Twilight stops for a second to talk under her breath. “The girls better find me soon!” A crack of the whip is heard, making Twilight shutter and continue her kissing. > The Five Arrive > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile the others finally arrive at the entrance of Trixie's cave. AJ being the first, quickly following the trail of footprints to the blue door. “Christian’s footprints end here!” AJ yells as she stops near the door. “Do you think Christian is in there?” Pinkie asks, eyeing the blue door. “Only one way to find out!” Dash goes to knock on the door. “Dash! Are you crazy?! We can’t just knock on the door!” AJ grabs Dash’s tail and yanks her back. “Trixie may have a trap waiting for us if she and Christian are in there!” “Okay! okay! Next time don’t yank my tail, just tell me!” Dash complains as she fixes her tail. “You probably would have done it anyway!” AJ yells at her friend. "No I wouldn't have!" Dash and Applejack start yelling at each other. Fluttershy on the other hand, spots a small gap between some rocks of the cave. She peers in to see inside the cave lair. She yelps loudly at what she sees. “Uh, girls you might want to see this.” She says with a bit of nervousness. AJ and Dash stop their feud and walk over to the hole with Rarity and Pinkie following. Inside, Trixie is sitting in her throne, laughing with Chris next to her. “So, what’s next Ms. Trixie?” Christian asks to the blue unicorn. “Ms. Trixie? Celestia was right! Christian really is hypnotized!" Rarity exclaims. Dash puts a hoof on Rarity’s mouth. “Be quiet! Are you trying to get spotted?!” Dash says in a quiet tone. “Now,” Trixie says as she gets up from her throne. “We capture Twilight’s friends.” The Five gasp. “Told you.” AJ says to Dash. Dash sticks her tongue out at AJ as a response. “Are you sure Ms. Trixie?” Christian asks. “With all due respect Ms. Trixie, It’s five against two. It seems unlikely that we'll capture them all. Not to mention it's the Elements of Harmony that we're dealing with here.” Trixie turns toward her assistant with an evil smile. “Oh, don’t worry Christian. It should be easy if we captured Twilight!” “Oh no, Twilight!” Fluttershy yelps. The others quickly giver her a death stare, a silent warning telling her to be quiet. Fluttershy ducks her head down below the rocks in retaliation. “Of course Ms. Trixie, I have complete faith in your methods.” Christian says, nodding to Trixie. “By the way, where is Twilight?” He asks, looking around the cave. “She’s doing some chores I asked her to do.” Trixie answers. She then makes her whip float toward her. “Can’t say no to a quick whip snap!” Christian acknowledges. “Indeed Christian!” Trixie laughs at the whitty statement and Christian laughs with her a few seconds later. The Five quickly stop looking through the gap. They all have an expression of fear and anger. “We have to save Twilight!” Pinkie says. “But what about Trixie and Christian?” Rarity asks. “We have to stop her first and snap Christian out of it!” “Oh, I’ll make her stop!’ Dash says, exhaling angrily. “I’m gonna clobber her! Then, i'll smack Christian upside the head! A minor concussion should bring him back!” Dash starts marching toward the door. The sound of her hooves seemed to make the earth around her tremble. Before Dash can get to the door, AJ rushes ahead. “I got the door! Dash, save your anger for Trixie!” Applejack puts her head down and rams the door. Blue wood splinters everywhere. Trixie and Christian, startled by the crash, quickly look up at the entrance of the cave to see five angry-looking ponies. Their nostrils flaring and their eyes giving off a look of sheer rage. “TRIXIE!” They exclaim. Their voices echo throughout the cave. Trixie smiles at this. The Five arrive right on schedule. “Well, well. Perfect timing girls!” Twilight rushes in to see her friends, lined and poised to strike. The five glance over to see Twilight in her shackles, her chains clanging together as she stops. "What's with Twilight? I thought you just captured her?" Rarity asks. "Oh, she's our servant." Trixie answers with a devious tone. "Not for long, Trixie!" Dash says, he voice raising with each word. Trixie simply laughed in Dash's face. "Oh Dash, you're such a child! You don't scare me!" Trixie turned toward her captive. "Servant, go get our "guests" some refreshments." "No." Twilight turned her head away from Trixie in refusal. Trixie floated her whip toward her and snapped it toward Twilight. Twilight immediately jumped out the sound. "Yes Great and Powerful Trixie! I'll get right on it!" Twilight ran out of the room. Her chains clattering behind her. "Way better than those other two idiots." Trixie said as she turned back to the five ponies. When The Five saw this they lost it. Their anger could only be described like a cartoon character, when someone gets so angry their head become red and steam comes out their ears. The funny part is, it was actually happening to the bunch. The most irate out of the group was Dash, who shoved her way to meet the light blue menace eye to eye. "That's it! Trixie! Un-hypnotize Chris and free Twilight, or you'll be in a world of hurt!" Dash yelled. Trixie frowned at this. "Me being threatened?! I will not stand for it!" Trixie stomped her hoof on the ground in anger. Christian once again snaps out of his hypnosis. As quickly as he can he yells to the girls for help. Desperately shouting, "GIRLS! HELP ME! QUICK!" over and over. He then starts waving his arms like a madman to get their attention.Trixie realizes her fault and quickly becomes annoyed. "Dang it! Magic!" Christian, yet again, snaps back into his trance, replying with the same phrase."What do you need Ms. Trixie?" The Five's rage subsided momentarily to spot this flaw in the spell. They quickly huddled into a concealed group. "Did you girls see that?!" Pinkie exclaimed silently. "Yea. When Trixie stomped her hoof, Christian snapped out of it." AJ said. "But when she said "magic", Christian was snapped back in." Rarity finished. Pinkie got a confused look on her face. "No, not that! Twilight never asked us what we would like to drink!" Pinkie started to pout like a spoiled child. "I wanted a pink lemonade!" The other four look at each other and face-hoof. "Pinkie, focus!" Dash exclaimed. "Alright, I've got an idea. On three, we stomp our hooves at the same time to snap Chris out of this trance!" AJ said in a hushed tone. "Got it!" The other four replied with a smile. As the five were making their plan, Trixie and Christian look at each other, exchanging confused looks about the whole situation. "Ready girls?" AJ said. "Ready!" "One...Two..." "Why are you counting?" Trixie asks. "THREE!" The five turn toward Christian and Trixie and stomped their hooves like their was no tomorrow. The cave sounded like a stampede was running right through the stone corridors, getting faster with each stomp. Trixie got a little worried. She thought all the stomping would risk a cave in! After a few minutes, the five stomped coughing and breathing heavily. "Christian...get...Trixie!" Dash said, panting as if she just ran a marathon in the desert. she collapses momentarily to catch her breath. Christian looks at the group confused. "Why? Did she do something?" "What the heck?!" The Five's jaws drop at his reaction. They show no emotion as they stare at their human companion, wondering why he was still acting like a mindless drone. "While I love seeing you five act like complete idiots." Trixie said, holding back her laughter. "I must inform you that the spell only wears off when I stomp my hoof." "Well, it was worth a shot." Fluttershy said, trying to be optimistic. The others glare at her with annoyance. A moment later, Twilight returns with a tray of glasses filled with water, balanced on her back. She has a disgruntled look on her face as she approaches Trixie. "Here are their drinks Trixie." She says properly. Trixie stops snickering at the five and looks toward Twilight with a frown. Trixie uses magic to make the tray float next to her. She then coughs as she addresses her servant. "Ahem, Trixie what?" Trixie raises her whip toward the purple unicorn. Sweat runs down Twilight's temple. "The Great and Powerful!" She quickly replies. "Good." Trixie turns toward the five. "Now girls, I think we can sort something out here. Christian, go and get some paper. I want to write the terms of this treaty." Trixie gives a small, evil smile to Christian as she finishes her sentence. "Ah! Of course Ms. Trixie!" He goes to leave "I'll be right back girls." He quickly disappears behind Trixie's throne and down a rocky corridor. Twilight's eyes grow wide. She knows exactly what's going on. Twilight opens her mouth to warn the girls about the upcoming trap, but Trixie turns her head toward Twilight and raises the whip. Twilight immediately shuts up. She mutters under her breath. "Calm down Twilight. The girls can get out of this! I know it!" "Anyway, I bet you girls can't believe I got your little human friend of yours to do whatever I say!" Trixie says, beaming with pride. "But, you umm, hypnotized him." Fluttershy says in a hushed tone. "Your point?" Trixie says with a blank expression. "Nevermind." Fluttershy becomes quiet, sits down and starts rolling around a small rock. "Anyway, back to the matter at hand. Girls, please step forward so we can discuss this matter further" Trixie puts her head up a tad to show her The five look at each other blankly. Negotiate what?! they thought. Dash quickly breaks the silence as she speaks her mind. "What's there to discuss?! Free Twilight and un-hypnotize Christian! That's all you have to do! WHAT'S SO HARD ABOUT THAT!" Dash yells at Trixie. Trixie shakes off this little rant. Dash was quite the loud mouth. "Ok, I will." She replies. "Good! Finally you come to your senses!" The five start cheering. satisfied by her response. Maybe this won't have to be settled violently after all! "...For 200 bits! Each!" Trixie finishes her sentence will fixing her hair. The Five gasp. Trixie was putting a price on their friend? Seriously?! "We don't have that kind of money!" "Alright, then step closer and we can discuss another form of payment..." Trixie grins. AJ looks down at the cave floor, look at the others, and sighs. They had no other choice. "Fine. We'll negotiate...something." The five, knowing their is no other choice, step forward. After a few steps, a rumbling is heard. The five stop and look up to see a huge steel cage drop directly on top of them. "WHAT THE?!" "Gotcha!" Christian emerges from the darkness, His white teeth showing from an evil grin. He was pleased with another successful capture. And this time, it was a five for one deal! "Trixie laughs with pride. "Well done, my loyal assistant!" She pats him on his back. Christian nods in confirmation. Rarity looks around quickly. "What do we do?!" She starts running around in the cramped cage, pushing against the bars trying to find a way out. Rainbow Dash smirks at this pathetic excuse for a trap. "Don't worry, I got this girls!" Dash turns toward Trixie and spreads her light blue wings. "Forgot about these babies Trixie?" Dash says with a cocky grin. Trixie is less than amused. "No, not really." Dash seems confused, but shakes this feeling quickly. "Are you sure? Because it looks like someone isn't thinking today!" Dash gets ready to soar up and push the cage into the ceiling. Trixie raises a brow and the cyan pegasus. "Oh, really?" Trixie lifts up the throne's armrest once again and pulls the switch. Dash begins to fly upwards when she is suddenly thrown back down to the floor. Clamps wrap around the mare's body, trapping her wings. The same happens to Fluttershy. Also, pairs of shackles, just like Twilight's, magically attach themselves to each of the ponies' hooves. Finally, a plastic covering is placed on Rarity's horn. Pinkie looks at the chains and turns toward Rainbow Dash. "Ya know Dash, I think she is thinking today!" Dash turns toward the pink pony with aggravation. "Not the time Pinkie!" She screams. "Girls...No." Twilight looks at the ground and starts to lightly sob. "Now, I have you ponies right where I want you!" Trixie stomps her hoof down in victory. As Trixie laughs triumphantly, Christian, quickly realizing the situation, quietly backs up to the other end of the cave while Trixie obviously laughs her head off in victory. He mutters under his breath. "If I am going to save the girls, I got to be careful this time. Can't let her know I've snapped out of it." Christian looks at the cave walls. The sides were uneven, with small ledges sticking out. They led up to a bigger ledge near the ceiling of the cave. "Hmm, that gives me an idea!" He quickly scrambles to the wall and starts climbing. Meanwhile, Trixie approaches the caged ponies. "Now, I have the rest of your little group Twilight. And they were so easy to trick!" Dash snarls at her captor. "Let us out Trixie!" Dash screams right at Trixie's face. unintentionally spitting on her. That won't be happening anytime soon Dashie." Trixie mocks her as she wipes off her face and returns to her throne. "Now, with you all in chains, I can focus on my main targets: Celestia and Luna!" Trixie voice echoes s throughout the cave. "And then, my revenge will be complete!" She cackles at her great success so far. The Six's eyes widen. Their jaws drop to the ground followed by a gasp. "You mean, this was all for revenge?" AJ says to Trixie. Trixie glares at her with pure anger. "Of course! After my little stunt with the amulet, I was stuck in Everfree Forest for weeks! Trixie approaches the cage yet again. "It wasn't that bad however. I found a hypnosis book while following a river out of the forest..." As Trixie was telling her story to the five in the cage, Twilight hears rocks crumbling. She turns toward the upper left of the cave to see a shadow climbing toward a ledge right over the cage. "That must be Christian! But how?" She whispers to herself. Then she remembers that Trixie stomped her hoof after she trapped the others. Twilight starts jumping and nodding toward Christian. The five look at Twilight with a confused look. Trixie stops her story to look at Twilight. "What are you doing servant?" She demands. "I...am...um..." Twilight tries to think of an excuse. Trixie grows impatient and starts yelling at Twilight. "Twilight sit still or else!" "Y...Yes Great and Powerful Trixie. I understand Great and Powerful Trixie." Twilight mutters. "No, I don't think you do!" As Trixie chews Twilight out, the five quickly glance up to where Twilight was pointing to see Christian finally reaching the ledge. They smile at the fact that Trixie is completely oblivious at Christian's whereabouts. Trixie turns around back to the cage. The Five pretend not to notice anything. "Anyway, where was I before I was SO rudely interrupted!" Trixie tries to think of where she left off. "Ah yes! the book! Anyway, I hypnotized your ambassador from Earth, captured you all, and here we are!" Trixie sighs as she ends her story. Christian looks down at Trixie. "All I've got to do is tackle her like a football player and force her to let them go!" He backs up as far as he can for a running start. He takes a few deep breaths and lines up hs jump. He only had one shot, and if he missed, he was going to be a servant with two broken legs. "And now, before I forget..." Trixie sneers. Christian runs off the ledge and jumps toward the blue unicorn. Trying to be as silent as possible in the process. "Magic." Christian stops in mid-air. That one word Trixie said made him land flat on the ground in mid-jump. He gets up and brushes off some dust and gravel. "Oh, I am terribly sorry Ms. Trixie! I don't know what got into me!" Trixie shrugs it off. "That's quite alright Christian." The Five and Twilight become extremely confused. They look at the blue unicorn. "How...did...you...know?" They are speechless at what they just witnessed. Trixie laughs at their stupidity. "What? Do you all take me for a fool?" "Yes." Pinkie replies. Dash hits her in the side to shut her up. "Ow!" Trixie glares at them. "I knew I stomped my hoof. I just wanted to torture you ponies with a glimmer of hope before I snapped him back into his trance!" Twilight looks up angrily at Trixie. She's captured her, her friends, and has her frenemy as a servant! And is now planning to capture her teacher and her sister?! Trixie has gone too far this time. "You will pay Trixie! The Princesses will make you stay in the dungeon for the rest of your life!" Trixie sighs at Twilight and snaps her whip toward Twilight a few times. Twilight yelps at the sudden movement. "GAH! I mean, all hail The Great and Powerful Trixie!" Twilight cringes at her word choice. "Now, i'm going to give you five the same choice I gave Twilight: Surrender and become my servants, or Christian can deal with you personally!" AJ rolls her eyes. "Wow, thanks for the easy choices!" She replies sarcastically. Trixie becomes angry. "SILENCE! You will not speak unless I tell you to!" Trixie snaps her whip toward the cage a few times. The five jump. "GAH!" They become deathly silent. Trixie continues. "So, what will it be?" The five look at each other. They remain silent, not murmuring a word. "WELL?!" Trixie yells impatiently. Rarity looks at Trixie. "Oh, were we allowed to speak?" The others snicker at the response. Twilight puts her hoof over her mouth to prevent Trixie from hearing her. Christian growls at the caged ponies. Trixie becomes irate as well, but conceals her emotions. She doesn't snap her whip, but nods at Christian. He in return, grins as he fires a dart extremely close to Rarity's front hoof. The five jump back at the close proximity of the shot. "GAH!" They back up as far as possible, the bars of the cell leaving imprints on their backs. It's not like the dart would hurt them, but it was shot so fast, it seemed like it would go right through Rarity's hoof. Trixie yells at the five. "I want an answer! What will it be?!" Dash blurts out. "Well, i'm not staying in a cramped cage forever! And Christian just proved that he is out of the question!" "Girls, we really don't have a choice." Fluttershy mutters. The others exchange looks of sadness and failure. Finally, after an eternity of silence, AJ speaks up with an answer: "All right Trixie, We surrender." They hang their hands in anger and shame. They may be captured, but The princesses will stop this madness! they thought. Trixie's grin grows from cheek to cheek. "Wise choice you five." She raise the cage from the prisoners, the chains still attached as The Five are released from the cage. "This is going to be fun! Wouldn't you say Christian?" He nods in confirmation. "Indeed Ms. Trixie, Indeed." > All Hail The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie! > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Back at the castle, Celestia is pacing back and forth in the main chamber. Her face shows a look of worry. Luna walks in to see her sister in this distraught state. "Oh, where are The Six and Christian? Celestia says to her sister. "It's only been 20 minutes." Luna says in a confused manner. She figured her sister would be a little more patient. "I know, that's what troubles me. They should be back by now with Trixie in custody and Christian un-hypnotized." Celestia says as she turns to her oblivious sister. "The Six are stronger than Trixie, it shouldn't take them this long to stop her without the amulet." She says as she points to the silver amulet in the case in the hall. "Well, what should we do?" Luna asks. Celestia looks at her sister with sheer determination in her eyes. "We have to go help them. The Six may be in danger, or worse." Luna nods in agreement. The two of them rush out of the castle and follow the path The Six took to follow Chris. A few minutes later, Celestia and Luna appear at the entrance of the cave. Luna inspects the door. "It seems the five were already here. Look, the door was busted down." Luna says as Celestia looks at the cracks in the door. "It's being held together by magic." She examines the door closer. "Wait, this isn't Twilight's magic, it's...Trixie's! She really is behind this mess! "Well then, what are we waiting for?! Let's go get them!" Luna charges at the door. "Wait, Luna!" Celestia yells at her sister. Luna comes to a halt inches away from the door. "What's the matter?" Luna asks. "Do you hear that?" Celestia puts her ear up to the door. Luna does the same. "It sounds like...Christian and Trixie!" Luna exclaims. "Christian helping Trixie? It seems I was correct about my hypnosis theory." Celestia states as she and Luna listens to the conversation in the cave. "So, when do you think The Princesses are coming Ms. Trixie?" Christian asks Trixie. "All in good time Christian. Just have some patience." Trixie answers. "As you wish, Ms. Trixie." "It doesn't matter Trixie! Celestia and Luna will never fall for your trap!" Twilight yells from behind Trixie. Trixie snaps her whip at her un-loyal servant once again. "Another outburst like that Twilight and you will be severely punished!" Twilight shutters at the thought. "Yes, Great and Powerful Trixie. I won't do it again Great and Powerful Trixie." Twilight answers. "Twilight, quit being a pawn to her!" AJ yells from the wall. She and the others, along with their original chains from the cage, are chained by their necks to the cave wall, helpless to their friend. Trixie turns toward the orange earth pony, and snaps her whip. "Keep talking Applejack, the same threat goes for the five of you as well!" Trixie yells to AJ. AJ growls with anger at her captor. "I'm sorry, Great and Powerful Trixie." She says with a bit of bitterness. Outside, Celestia and Luna back up from the door in shock. "No...Not The Mane Six!" Celestia exclaims as she charges at the door. "Hey! Wait up!" Luna quickly follows her sister. The blue door, once again, gets smashed into pieces. "WHAT THE HAY IS GOING ON IN HERE!?" Celestia and Luna's voices boom throughout the cave. Christian, Trixie, and The Six, cover their ears at the deafening sound. Trixie finally looks up at The Princesses, her grin couldn't be bigger. "Well, you two finally show up! Better late than never I suppose." Trixie says to her "guests". Christian approaches Celestia and Luna in a proper manner. "Would either of you like anything?" Celestia and Luna look at each other. "Umm, no thank you, Christian." Celestia answers. "As you wish." He turns toward Trixie. "How about you Ms. Trixie?" Trixie thinks to herself for a moment. "Actually Christian, get me some water. I am quite parched after capturing The Mane Six." "As you wish, Ms. Trixie." He walks over to Rainbow Dash and unchains her from the wall. "Dash, go fetch Ms. Trixie some water." "I'd rather kiss a mousetrap." Dash replies angrily. Trixie snaps her whip toward the rainbow pegasus. Dash immediately snaps into action, and runs down a rocky corridor. A few seconds later, she appears with a glass of water balanced on the bottom of her hoof. "Ugh, I hate glasses. They're so hard to hold!" Dash puts the full glass next to the previously empty glass on the table next to Trixie. "Thank you servant. Now return to your chains." Trixie says to Dash. Dash sighs. "Yes, Great and Powerful Trixie." Trixie takes a drink and then looks at Dash with a little bit of aggravation. "Now now Dash, that didn't sound enthusiastic at all." Trixie snaps her whip. Dash quickly responds with a huge grin. "Yes, Great and Powerful Trixie!" She yells as she returns to the wall to be re-chained. "Much better!" Trixie says happily. Celestia and Luna are shocked at what they see. "What have you done to them?!" Celestia asks. Trixie gives Celestia a mischievous look. "We have made them more... obedient." Trixie emphasises the end of her sentence. Luna looks at the hypnotized human. "Christian! Snap out of it!" She yells. Christian looks at Luna extremely perplexed. "Snap out of what?" He asks. Luna is stunned by his answer. "Celestia, He doesn't even know he's hypnotized!" Luna whispers to Celestia. "Christian knows he is Luna, but the spell is making him deny Trixie did anything." Celestia answers. "Now Celestia and Luna, I will not quarrel with you. I'm sure we can figure out some sort of agreement to free The Mane Six." Trixie says to the two of them. "Just step forward so we can discuss the matters of this settlement." Christian immediately speaks up. "Apologies Ms. Trixie, but I must go retrieve something." He winks at Trixie as he leaves. The Mane Six mutter under their breath. "Oh no..." Twilight whispers to herself. "C'mon Celestia and Luna, don't fall for the trap!" Celestia and Luna look at each other, clearly sensing something is wrong. "We're not stupid Trixie, we overheard you say you have a trap for us. Get up from your throne so we know you can't pull anything." Celestia says. Trixie sighs at this request. "Oh, alright. Just to show you I won't do anything to you." Trixie gets up and stands a few feet in front of them. "See? I can't do anything." She says. "Plus, you two are the most powerful ponies in Equestria! The odds of me capturing you are extremely small!" Trixie adds at the end. Celestia and Luna look at each other. "Alright then." Celestia says. Celestia and Luna step forward, inches in front of Trixie. Suddenly, the cage is once again dropped from the ceiling, capturing The Princesses but barely missing Trixie. "HOW THE?" Celestia and Luna exclaim. "I never said Christian would do anything!" Trixie says to her new prisoners. "Quickly Christian! The switch!" He emerges from the darkness, running toward Trixie's throne. He opens the armrest and throws the switch. Chains are wrapped around The Princess's wings and hooves and, like Twilight and Rarity, plastic coverings are put around their horns. "NO!" The Six yell simultaneously. Luna looks at the chains. "What do we do Celestia?" She asks. Celestia comforts her sister. "Don't worry Luna, i'll get us out of this, and then i'll teach Trixie a lesson about putting royalty in chains!" Celestia tries to charge a spell, but she can't even manage a spark. Trixie smirks at her efforts. "Keep trying Celestia, you and Luna aren't going anywhere!" Celestia stops trying to charge her spell. She looks at her sister's horn and looks at the covering. "Darn it, plastic! The one thing that defies magic!" She exclaims. "So, we're trapped?" Luna asks her sister. Celestia looks at her sadly. "I'm afraid so Luna." Trixie squeals with glee. "I can't believe that cage trick worked three times!" Christian nods in agreement. "Oh please Ms. Trixie, I knew you would not fail." Trixie pats her assistant on the back. "Thank you Christian for your help! I couldn't have done it without you!" He nods again. Trixie approaches her new captives. "Now i'll cut to the chase you two." Trixie says as a piece of paper appears next to her. "This document states that you shall step down and make me, The Great and Powerful Trixie, the new princess of Equestria FOREVER!" She exclaims. "You two will sign this document and make no attempts to resist my rule. Otherwise..." "Otherwise what?" Luna asks. "Otherwise Twilight will be in for a world of hurt!" Trixie answers. Celestia's mouth drops at this threat. "You wouldn't dare!" She screams. "Try me!" Trixie glares over at Christian. "Christian! Bring Twilight over here!" Trixie yells to her assistant. "Yes, Ms. Trixie!" He goes over to Twilight. Twilight backs away from The crazed human until her chains prevent her from going any farther. "NO! GET AWAY! HELP!" Twilight yells. AJ can't take it anymore. "That's it! Girls! Get Christian!" The five rush toward Christian, but are instantly pulled back by the chain around their necks. Dash gags and coughs as she is forcefully yanked back. "Dang it! Twilight!" Dash says as she chokes. He un-chains Twilight from the throne and brings her in front of Trixie. Trixie then magically chains Twilight to the floor of the cave. "What are you going to do to me Trixie?" Twilight asks nervously. "You'll find out servant." Trixie levitates her whip behind Twilight. Twilight looks behind her, her eyes widen. Twilight tries to get out of the chains, but her efforts are in vain. "Last chance you two! Sign the contract!" Trixie says to Celestia and Luna. "You don't have the guts!" Celestia yells. Trixie smirks. "Alright then!" She raises the whip and forcefully starts whipping Twilight right on her cutie mark. Twilight screams at the top of her lungs. The whip on her sensitive area was too much. She pleads with Trixie between her sobs. "NO! STOP! PLEASE! I'LL DO ANYTHING!' Twilight begs for mercy. The other five look in horror as Twilight is whipped. Even Christian cringes at the sight. Trixie stops momentarily. "Only Celestia and Luna can make it stop Twilight!" Trixie continues whipping her. Twilight looks at her teacher with pain and sadness in her eyes. "STOP!" Celestia yells. Trixie stops whipping. "Yes Celestia?" Trixie asks. Celestia looks at Twilight, she is sobbing from the pain. Her plot is bright red with slashes from the whip and her legs are trembling. "Twilight i'm...I'm so sorry!" Celestia cries, tears running down from her face. Twilight looks up. "It's ok Celestia." She replies in a calm but pained manner. Celestia looks at her sister, she also has a sad look on her face. They nod in confirmation. "Ok Trixie.". Trixie looks at them. "Ok, what?" she says with a brow raised. Luna and Celestia sigh. "We'll sign the surrender contract." The say simultaneously. "Just stop hurting Twilight." Celestia adds. Trixie squeals in joy, drops the whip, and floats over the document and a quill. "Just sign on the dotted line to make it official!" She exclaims. Luna picks up a quill in her mouth and signs her name. Luna looks at Celestia with tears in her eyes. Celestia hesitates to pick up the quill. "Well?! Go on then!" Trixie urges. Celestia picks up up the quill and signs her name. The Six look down with sadness. "Trixie really did win this time!" Rarity says to herself. Trixie takes the contract, her eyes beaming. She stutters with her words as she is overcome with happiness. "I...win! I finally win!" She exclaims. Trixie jumps up and down with joy. "Congratulations Ms. Trixie!" Christian says, clapping for his leader. Her plans were a great success! Trixie looks at her captives. She grins evilly. "Now, all of you, kneel to me! The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie! And Christian! My loyal assistant!" The ponies have no choice. They kneel to their new ruler. Sadness is drawn on all of their faces. "Now THIS I could get used to!" Trixie exclaims. Her evil laugh echos throughout the land. The ponies of Canterlot and Ponyville all feel that something terrible has happened. It's as if their ways of life will change forever. Indeed. They aren't wrong.... > One Week Later... > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The sun rises on another day in Canterlot. It's been one week since Celestia and Luna surrendered to Trixie, and things have changed for the worse. The castle is now light blue, with a huge banner with a picture of Trixie that says "Hail The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!". Everyday, the ponies of Canterlot and Ponyville are required to come and bow to their new ruler. If anypony does not attend, they will be thrown into the dungeon by Trixie's guards. The Mane Six and The Princesses have been reduced to Trixie's slaves, and Christian is still hypnotized, and is now living at the castle to help Princess Trixie. Christian emerges from his room and walks downstairs to the kitchen. As he enters, he sees Princess Trixie sitting down with Twilight in her chains and a maid outfit cooking something. "Good morning Princess Trixie!" Trixie looks over at her assistant. "Good morning my loyal, royal assistant! Did you sleep well?" "Indeed, I had a fine sleep." Christian then looks at Trixie's head. "Your crown looks excellent today, Princess Trixie." "You really like it? Rarity just finished shining it!" Trixie's crown looked almost exactly like Twilight's but with a moon and wand as the emblem. The crown was also decorated with various jewels and was a little bigger then a normal crown. "She'll be finished with the rest of my outfit later. I ripped my cape the other day and I refuse to wear it until it's fixed!" "I see." Christian answers as he sits next to Trixie. "Anyway, what is Twilight cooking?" "Some earth food I discovered called "pancakes". I don't understand them though. They look nothing like a cake." Trixie pulls up the pancake mix box. "See? They look more like flattened bread" Christian laughs at this. "Don't worry Princess Trixie, most of our food is like that. I can assure you that pancakes are delicious." "Would you like some Christian?" Christian thinks about it. "Yes, I would like some." Trixie looks over at Twilight. "Oh, servant! Make Christian some of those "pancakes" as well!" "Yes Great and Powerful Princess Trixie." Twilight answers as she takes out a second pan. Christian goes to take a look at the calendar. He is shocked at what he sees. "Princess Trixie, do you know what day it is?" He asks. "Uhh, your birthday?" Trixie responds as Twilight puts two plates of golden pancakes on the table. Christian returns to eat his breakfast. "No. It has been exactly one week since you have begun your rule. No other ruler has lasted this long, besides Celestia and Luna." Trixie nearly chokes on a mouthful of pancake when she hears this. "WOW! A WHOLE WEEK?!" Trixie exclaims. "Indeed. Congratulations Princess Trixie." Christian applauds for the light blue princess. "Thank you Christian! We must celebrate later. Perhaps after we address my people." Trixie says. she then turns to Twilight. "Oh Twilight, I believe you did not congratulate me on my success." Twilight sighs. "Congratulations Great and Powerful Princess Trixie." She says with a little bit of anger in her tone. "Much better!" Trixie exclaims as she finishes the last bite of her pancakes. Christian finishes his as well. "How were the pancakes Princess Trixie?" He asks. "They were delicious! Odd how they look so bland but taste so good!" Trixie answers. "Twilight, clean the dishes. Then, you can return to your daily chores." "Yes Great and Powerful Princess Trixie." Twilight answers. Trixie and Christian leave to the main throne room as Twilight cleans up. Her tears are barely noticeable with the mix of water and soap as she cleans the dishes. "I can't believe its come to this." She mutters to herself. Meanwhile, in the throne room, Trixie sits down in her light blue throne. Adorned with her cutie mark on top, glistening in the sun. Christian sits right next to her in a smaller, silver throne. "Ahh! Much more comfortable than that throne made of rocks." Trixie stated. "Rarity should almost be done with my new cape. While we wait, let's check the weather." "As you wish, Princess Trixie." Next to Trixie was a little table with a small bell on it. Trixie rang the bell once. "Servant Dash! Report!" She yelled. A few seconds later, Dash ran in from a nearby corridor, he chains clanging together as she ran. Dash quickly knelt in front of the light blue princess, slightly out of breath. "What's the weather servant?" Trixie asked. "90 degrees...and sunny...with a...zero percent...chance of...rain...Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!" Dash replied, painting heavily. Christian looked at Dash curiously. "Why are you painting so hard?" he asked. "Sorry. I'm still not used to running everywhere." Dash replied. "Thank you servant. Now, return to your cell!" Trixie demanded. "Yes Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!" Dash ran back to the dungeon, with two guards following to make sure she does what she's told. A moment later, Rarity dashes in to the main room with a cardboard box. Her eyes are blood-shot and her hair is unkempt. She hasn't had any sleep for the past few days. She's been working on a new cape to replace Trixie's old, ripped one that she gave to her a few days ago. Rarity kneels before her. "Sorry i'm late Great and Powerful Princess Trixie, but I finally finished your new outfit!" Rarity opens the box to take out a sparkling cobalt-blue dress and cape. It was covered in periwinkle moons and wands. And to hold it all together, was a broach resembling Trixie's cutie mark, which was the same light blue color, besides the tip of the wand which was gold. Trixie is stunned by her new dress. She quickly grabs it and puts it on. "It's beautiful! What do you think Christian?" Trixie walks around and poses in her new dress. "It looks great on you Princess Trixie!" He replies. "I'm so glad you love it Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!" Rarity says. "But, may I finally sleep now, Great and Powerful Princess Trixie? I haven't gotten any shut-eye in days!" Rarity kneels down and starts begging. Trixie sits back down in her throne. "Yes, you may sleep now servant." Trixie replies. Rarity's face shows a sign of gratitude. "Oh, thank you Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!" Rarity starts kissing Trixie's forehooves while repeating. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" After a few seconds of that, Rarity rushes back to her cell for some rest. "C'mon Christian! Let's show my ponies my new look!" Trixie starts walking toward the balcony outside. "As you wish, Ms. Trixie." Christian follows her out. Trixie steps out onto the castle balcony. Below her are hundreds of ponies for Canterlot and Ponyville. All cheering for her. Christian appears next to Trixie and puts his hand up to silence the ponies. "Citizens of Equestria! Bow before your leader: The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!" He shouts to the townspeople. The ponies bow before Trixie as she appears. In sync they shout to their light blue princess. "HAIL THE GREAT AND POWERFUL PRINCESS TRIXIE!" "I love this part!" Trixie says as the citizens cheer her name. As Trixie flaunts around the balcony, the citizens cheer even louder. "HAIL! HAIL! HAIL THE GREAT AND POWERFUL PRINCESS TRIXIE!!" They repeat this over and over until Christian puts his hand up again. The crowd immediately becomes silent. "Good. You ponies may now return to your duties." The crowd dissipates from the castle grounds. "Awww, I only wished it lasted longer." Trixie says as she returns inside the castle. Christian follows her soon after. A few hours later, Trixie is sitting in her throne, bored as ever. Trixie growls. "Where is the entertainment?! I called her two minutes ago! If she doesn't show up in ten seconds, i'm going to..." Pinkie dashes into the room in a jester's outfit. "WAIT! I'm here! I'm here!" Pinkie takes out some pins and starts balancing on a ball. "Now, who's ready to party?!" Pinkie starts juggling the pins while rolling on top of the ball. Trixie starts giggling at the little show Pinkie puts on. She than starts panting heavily. "Hey Christian, are you sweating right now?" Trixie says as she starts fanning herself with her hoof. "No, but Dash did say it was hot out." He rings the bell. "Royal fanner! Get in here!" AJ runs in with a huge palm leaf fan. "Yes Christian?" She says. "Fan The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!" AJ complies and starts fanning Trixie. Trixie sighs in relief. "Better Great and Powerful Princess Trixie?" AJ asks. "Yes, thank you servant." Trixie replies. "But, i'm still not comfortable." Trixie rings the bell twice. Moments later, Celestia and Luna dash into the throne room. "Yes Great and Powerful Princess Trixie?" They say together. "You know what to do." Trixie replies. The Princesses sigh and nod their heads. Celestia kneels under Trixie's back hooves to become her foot rest. Luna goes under Christian's feet to become his foot rest. "Ahh! Much better." she sighs in comfort. Trixie rings her bell three times. A few seconds later, Fluttershy enters and kneels before Trixie. "Servant! I need a report on Princess Candace and Shining Armor." Trixie says. "Umm...Your guards captured them last night, Great and Powerful Princess Trixie." Fluttershy says. Celestia and Luna exchange looks of worry. "Excellent! I must thank Blueblood later. Bring them in!" Trixie exclaims. Fluttershy whistled quietly and a few seconds later, four guards came in with Candace and Armor in chains. "Hello you two!" Trixie says. "Now, let's get right down to it. Do you two solemnly swear to my eternal rule as princess of Equestria?" She asks. The four guards forcefully push Candace and Armor onto their knees. They point their horns at them, ready to strike if they refuse. Armor and Candace sigh. "Yes Great and Powerful Princess Trixie." They say in unison. "Excellent! Guards, show these two to their new cells." Trixie says. The guards push the two of them to the other end of the throne room. The two of them look back at Trixie with great disdain. Trixie goes back to watching Pinkie's show. While Pinkie is balancing and juggling, Pinkie speaks in a nervous but excited tone. "Are you enjoying my show, Great and Powerful Trixie?" Trixie looks at Pinkie in a concerned manner. "Yes, but it's missing...Something." Christian notices this as well. Pinkie's performance needed... flare. He gasps as he finds a solution and then rapidly starts ringing the bell. "Servant Dash! Come here! NOW!" He shouts. Dash runs in, less tired as she has been running laps in her cell. "Yes Christian?" She says. "I want you to go fetch me a pie." He says. "Right away Christian!" Dash runs to the kitchen and comes back with a pie. "Here you are Christian!" She says, giving him the pie. "Thank you Dash." He replies. Trixie looks at her assistant with great confusion. "What's the pie for?" She asks. Christian smirks at Trixie. "THIS!" He throws the pie at Pinkie's face. Pinkie falls off the ball and lands flat on the ground. The pins she was juggling land one by one on her head. Pinkie gets up and licks the pie off of her face. "Mmmm! Banana Crème!" Trixie laughs hysterically at her servant's little prank. "Oh, Christian! That's much better!" Trixie falls out of her throne from laughing so hard. Tears are streaming down her cheeks as she tosses and rolls on the floor. After a few minutes, she calms down and returns to her throne. "Ahh, good one Christian!" Christian nods in agreement. "Thank you Princess Trixie." A thought then crosses his mind. "You know Princess Trixie, you haven't really celebrated our one-week-rule yet." Trixie eyes widen when He says this. "You're absolutely right Christian! But, how should we celebrate?" Trixie gets up from her throne and paces back and forth. "Ah ha! Got it!" Trixie quickly ran over to her bell and started ringing it. "All servants report!" She yelled. In seconds, Twilight, Dash, and Rarity joined with AJ, Fluttershy, Pinkie, and The Princesses in the throne room. "What do you request of us, Great and Powerful Princess Trixie?" Twilight asks as she kneels before Princess Trixie. Trixie sits back in her throne. "I command all of you to dance in my honor for my one week rule!" She then looks over to Christian. "Except for you Christian, I know how much you hate dancing!" He nods. "As you wish, Ms. Trixie." Trixie then points over to DJ Pon3. "DJ! Crank up the music!" DJ nods. "You got it PT!" DJ immediately cranks up some music. The Six and The Princesses start dancing, their chains clanging and clattering together, but the sound of their chains are drowned out by the music Twilight thinks to herself as she dances. "I may be forced to dance, but at least it's good music!" She joins the others as they dance together. Trixie starts nodding her head to the beat and starts tapping her hoof. Finally, she can't take it anymore. Trixie jumps out of her throne and starts dancing wildly, her hooves stomping to the beat. Christian watches the ponies dance with a look of confusion on his face, but he shrugs it off as nothing. After the dancing a few hours later, Trixie orders everyone to their cells for bed. The Six and The Princesses join Candace and Shining Armor in the dungeon. "Bedtime servants!" A guard yells at them as he turns the lantern off and slams the door. Twilight looks over at her brother. "Good night Shining. Good night Candace." She says softly. "Good night." They reply as the go to their beds. Twilight then looks over to Celestia and Luna. "Good night Prin...Celestia and Luna" Twilight says with tears rolling down her cheeks. "Good night." They say, with sorrow drawn all over their faces. Celestia starts crying softly as she returns to her bed. Twilight goes to her bed, still crying. Dash notices this and goes to comfort her friend. "It's okay Twilight." She says. "No it's not!" Twilight yells. "Dash, face it! We're all slaves now to Trixie! Christian is hypnotized, and if the U.S. Government tries to interfere, Trixie will start a war with them!" Twilight starts bawling. The others get up to see what's going on. AJ goes over to their crying friend. "Twi, even if we stay Trixie's servants forever, we'll get through it together." AJ says, smiling. Twilight wipes the tears from her eyes. "You...You're right Applejack. I'm sorry." "It's not you're fault Twilight." Rarity says. "Yea! It's all Trixie's fault!" Pinkie yells. "Shh! Be quiet Pinkie! You don't want a guard to catch you saying that!" Fluttershy says quietly. "Oops! Sorry!" Pinkie says. "But it doesn't matter Twilight! As long as we're together, we'll get through anything!" she says with excitement. "Yea, Twilight! We'll be friends through the end!" AJ says. "Even if that end is us being Trixie servants forever." Dash adds. AJ, Pinkie, Rarity, and Fluttershy glare at Dash. "Sorry!" Dash says. Twilight sniffles and wipes her eyes again. "You girls are the best friends a pony could ever have!" Twilight hugs her friends, tears of joy roll down their cheeks. The Six's cell is lit up by the only light of the full moon, shining on the The six friends hugging. Twilight looks at her friends after breaking the group hug. "If we never get out of this mess girls, I want you to know you're the best." "Thanks Twilight. You too" The others say as they go to their hay beds. The Six fall asleep quietly, with the last one awake being Twilight. Twilight lies down and looks outside of the bars of her cell at the moon, now covered by a cloud. She looks at the moon with hope that maybe, just maybe, their's a chance they could get out of this. To be free again. Maybe... > Nighttime Scheming...With A Little Help > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Princess Trixie and Christian go to return to there rooms to sleep. Trixie yawns loudly after another hard day of ruling "her" kingdom. "Good night Christian!" Trixie yells as she goes to her bed. "Good night Princess Trixie!" He responds as he retires to his room. The moment Trixie shuts her door, He runs to his room and quietly shuts the door behind him. He tiredly slides down his door, wiping some sweat off of his head. "I can't believe she didn't notice I snapped out of her stupid trance!" He gets up and goes to a small balcony that overlooks the town. He sighs. "What am I going to do? I can't de-throne Trixie and get everyone out of the dungeon alone!" He ponders his situation. "Ah ha! I could call the...Right, if any human steps foot here, Trixie will start an intergalactic war. Dang it." Christian falls on his bed. "I could find somepony to help! No, Trixie will have them sent to the dungeon and I don't think anypony is brave enough to risk going against Trixie." He keeps trying to think of a plan. "Maybe a plan will come to me in my sleep." And with that, He goes to his bed and sleeps on it. A few hours later, the main portal from Earth to Equestria opens. Small flashes of light and a low humming are made as a figure steps out of the portal. Although, it isn't a human; it's an orange pegasus. "Well, this place certainly looks cooler in real life than in my dreams, and i'm my...OC? How does that work?" The character looks around for any guards or ponies of the like. "It was smart of the FBI to drop me in at night. Christian has been offline for a week. If i'm going to figure out what's wrong, I need to find him, FAST!" The pegasus takes out what appears to be a radar. "Christian's watch is sending out a signal from in the castle, I better check there first." The pegasus looks at his wings. "I hope these thing's are as easy to control in real life than in my dreams!" The pegasus flies haphazardly to the castle. "WHOA! Nope! It's harder!" He shouts as he tries not to hit anything along the way. As Christian tosses and turns in his bed, still trying to think of a way to save everyone, he is awoken by a flapping sound outside. "The heck is that?" Christian jumps out of his bed and goes to his balcony. Flying in the air is an orange pegasus. His hair and tail appear to be on fire. Christian looks at the pony in astonishment. "Who in the known universe are you?!" He asks. The pony smirks at Christian. "Christian, It's me! Vague Blaze!" he says as he flips around in the air. Christian rolls his eyes and sighs. "Really Tristan, Your OC's name?" He says. Vague looks at him annoyed. "Uhh, have you seen what I look like?" Vague points his hooves at his new body. "And it's Vague Blaze. Not Tristan!" "Good point "Vague Blaze"" Christian says. "What are you doing here anyway?" he asks as he sits down on his bed. "Well, you've been offline for a week. So, the FBI sent me to see what's up." Vague responds. "Plus, since i'm a huge brony, I really wanted to see what Equestria was really like!" "More like you begged the FBI to send you and the only real reason you're here is because you thought this was your big chance because I haven't responded in a week." Christian adds. "Why else would they send in a rookie agent?" Vague rolls his eyes at the comment. "Whatever. I'm here aren't I?" Christian sighs. "Yes, and that's actually a good thing. I need help taking down Trixie." Vague's eyes widen at this. "TRIXIE?! What happened? What did she do?" "Trixie took over and is now a princess." Christian answers. "The Six, Celestia, Luna, Candace, and Armor are all in the dungeon and every other pony within 20 miles of Trixie are too scared to take her down." "Well what are we waiting for?! We have to stop her and save them!" Vague zips to the door. "Hold up agent idiot!" Christian dashes to Vague and tackles him to the ground. "Ow! What the hay!?" Vague yells as he tumbles to the floor. He lands upside down with Christian lying on top of him. "First off, we need to be stealthy. We can't just charge out the door and make every loud noise possible. If a guard catches us, Equestria's only hope will be gone. Second, let me lead, I have a plan!" Christian smirks at his pegasus friend. Vague blows his mane out of his face. "Fine, lead on Christian." Christian quietly opens his door. He sees two guards approaching. He quickly closes it again. "Wait for it, wait for it..." Christian pushes Vague back into the shadows of his room. The guards pass by Christian's room, unaware that the door is slightly open. "Now!" The two of them sneak out of the room and follow the guards in their shadows. The guards take no notice what so ever. When they pass by Trixie's room, The two of them step away slowly and sneak inside. "Like a ninja!" Vague says. "SHH!" "Sorry!" Christian and Vague look around Trixie's room. They see the light blue princess sleeping soundly in her bed. A thought quickly crosses Vague's mind. "Wait, what if we wake her?" Vague asks, pointing over to Trixie snoring in her bed. "Don't worry about that. Trixie always puts a sleep spell on her that gives her eight hours of perfect sleep. If this place was having an earthquake, she'd sleep right through it. Christian answers as he goes up to Trixie and starts prodding her with his crossbow. "See?" "Vague sighs in relief. "Ok, good. So what's the plan." Christian starts looking in drawers and cabinets. "Trixie has the surrender contract that the princesses signed. We just have to find it, free everyone, and by tomorrow morning she'll be locked away!" "Alright, i'm liking this plan." Vague says, nudging Christian "So, where's the contract?" Christian opens the last drawer. Empty. "Shoot. Well, if video games taught us anything, it's to check behind the one place you would never think to look." Vague turns towards Christian. "Where would that be?" "Beats me." The both stare at each other and think for a second. Suddenly, they both turn toward a huge painting of Trixie sitting in her throne with Twilight in chains behind her in the middle of the room. They look at each other. "Duh, check the obnoxiously large painting!" Vague says. He flies over to the painting and takes it off the wall. "Man, Trixie has a horrible taste in art!" He throws the portrait behind him. "Well, we weren't wrong." Christian says, pointing to the a safe in the wall. The safe itself looked like you could strike it with a nuke and it would remain intact. On the lock, there was a little sticky note. Vague picks up the note and reads it aloud: "Warning! Alarm will sound if combo is incorrect once! - The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie, Ruler of Equestria." Vague crumples up the note. "Having that big of an image for yourself is unhealthy. So what do we do about this? There's no way we're cracking that bunker open!" Vague exclaims. Christian quickly puts his hand over Vague's mouth. Footsteps are heard outside the door. They pause briefly. Christian holds his breath while Vague starts squirming to get out of Chris's grip. Finally, the footsteps continue past the door. Christian sighs in relief "What part of "stealth" don't you get?!" Christian yelled quietly. "Muffmmfffmmuff!" "I'm sorry what was that?" Vague forcefully pushed Christian's hand away. "I said we need to do something about that combo! And stealth isn't my strong suit!" Christian examined the lock on the safe. "Hmm, it's a six digit letter combo." He mumbled to himself. "A six digit letter combo? I know Trixie is a narcissist, but, there's no way..." "What?" Vague asked. "It could be her name." Christian entered the first few letters on the tumblers. T-R-I-X... "Wait!" Vague says. "Oh come on! I'm trying to be dramatic!" Christian complains. "Chris what if her name isn't the combo? If that alarm sounds will be surrounded in less than five seconds!" Christian thinks to himself momentarily. "Well gee, thanks for making me nervous!" He starts sweating profusely as he enters the final two letters. ...I-E. Christian hovers his hand over the handle. He stares at it for a few seconds, contemplating his decision. "If this is wrong, i'm going to hate you for the rest of my..." "Forget this!" Christian pulls down sharply on the handle. Vague braces for the alarm, but not a sound is heard. The safe swings open, revealing an official looking document. Vague smiles at Christian and puts a hoof on his shoulder. "I had faith in you the entire time." Christian rolls his eyes. "Shut it Tristan, we're not done yet!" He grabs the contract and gives it to Vague. "Hide this somewhere on you, we..." Christian looks around on Vague's body. A pegasus doesn't have a lot of hiding spots. "Uhh, hmm." "Oh, give me that!" Vague swipes the contract out of Christian's hands and tucks in between one of his wings. Christian is astonished by this little act. "Well, that's one way of doing that." Suddenly, a beam of light hits Chris right in the eye. He puts his hand in front of his face too block out the blinding light. "Oh no! Look!" Vague runs out to the balcony. Christian follows soon after. Both of them look at each other worryingly as a pink-orange light starts to rise over the horizon. Morning was upon them. "Well shoot, this puts us behind schedule." Christian runs back inside of Trixie's room in a flash and starts cleaning up and putting the room back into it's original state: Closing the safe, putting the note back on, and Vague helps to lift the painting over the safe's concealed location. "Alright Vague, you're going to have to break everyone out by yourself." "Wait! Where are you going?" Vague says as Christian dashes to the door. "Just free everyone and meet in the main throne room! I've got to go!" He opens the door and runs out, leaving Vague clueless. "But how am I supposed to do that?" Vague goes back to the balcony. He spots some guards lower down entering the dungeon from the outside. He floats down slowly to some bushes next to the door. A line of guards walks by to start their shifts. Vague taps the last guard on his back and when he turns around, knocks him out with a left hook. He grabs the unconscious guard and puts him in the bushes. Vague comes out a minute later in full Trixie guard attire. He walks past the guard at the entrance. "HAIL THE GREAT AND POWERFUL PRINCESS TRIXIE!" The guard booms at Vague. "Umm yea, HAIL PRINCESS TRIXIE!" Vague replies nervously. The guard eyes Vague suspiciously. He looks down at the armor's name plate. "Lance, you should stop by the clinic and get that stuttering problem checked out. You don't want The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie to throw you in the dungeon for not pronouncing her name! " The guard opens the door to the dungeon. "Umm, yes sir! I'll make sure I do that!" Vague backs into the dank dungeon. "Pfft, idiot." Vague mutters to himself. He goes up to a guard with a clipboard, checking off the prisoner's list. "Your shift is over, I'm in charge of role call this morning." "Oh thank The Great and Powerful Princess Trixie! I've been doing this all night!" The guard pushes the clipboard to Vague and runs out of the dungeon. "YA HO!" Vague blinks as the guard sprints away. "Well, that was easier than expected!" Vague tosses away the clipboard and rushes down to the other end of the dungeon, looking in each cell for the Six and Co. "Empty, unfairly arrested citizen, changeling, purple unicorn in chains..." Vague stops and goes back to the last cell. "Bingo!" Vague starts rapping on the cell bars. "Hey! Girls! Wake up!" Rainbow dash gets up at the noise and groggily pushes the others up. "Girls, get up. It's the guard for role call." Twilight pushes Dash's hoof out of her face. She rubs her eyes. "Great. Another day of toiling for Trix.." Twilight eyes Vague's fiery mane. "Wait, your not a guard!" This alerts the others to get out of their hay beds. Twilight looks at the mysterious pegasus. "Who are you?" She asks. "The name's Vague Blaze!" He says, posing for the ponies. Pinkie stares at Vague. "Are you one of Christian's friends?" She asks. "Yea, and i'm also an agent of the FBI! Agent Tristan at your service!" Vague responds, presenting himself. "That's great and all, but can you break us out of these cells now?" AJ asks impatiently. Vague laughs. "Ha! Easy! Stand back!" Vague bucks the front door of the cell. The Six duck as the bars fly over their head and break on the stone wall behind them. "See?" Vague does the same thing to Celestia and Luna's cell and Candace and Armor's cell. While The Six cheer and celebrate, Rarity pushes to the front of the group. "Great! Now get these chains off of us!" The others nod in agreement and present their chains in front of him. Vague starts yanking and tugging on Rarity's chains."Oh come ON! What are these things made of! I can't even break...a...link!" Vague falls flat on his back, panting in exhaustion. Fluttershy helps him up onto his hooves. "That's ok. It was a good effort." She says comfortingly. Shining Armor interrupts. "Do we even have a plan here?" He steps up to Vague, giving him a death glare Vague rubs the back off his head. "Well, erm, sort of. Christian said to..." "Wait, Christian isn't hypnotized anymore?" Candace now interrupts. Vague pauses his current thought. A look of confusion washes over his face. "Wait, Christian was hypnotized? When was this?" "CAN WE STICK TO THE PLAN HERE!?" Luna screams in her Canterlot voice. "I've had enough of this stupid conversation!" Vague, a little dazed by what just happened, shakes his head to regain his thoughts. "Right, sorry. Just follow me!" Vague starts running down the dungeon hallway. The others shrug and quickly follow after him. "But, where are we going?!" Dash yells to Vague. Vague looks back at the prison ponies. "To stop Trixie, once and for all!" > One Last Trick... > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Trixie yawns loudly as she exits her room. She walks downstairs, her hoof steps echoing throughout the quiet castle. She reaches the kitchen to see Christian, sitting at the table. "Christian? You're up early." Christian looked up at Trixie. His eyes darted around the room as he tried to think of an excuse. "Of course, Princess Trixie! I was merely finishing some chores around the castle!" Trixie smiles delightfully. "Oh Christian, you the best assistant a princess could ask for!" Trixie says, hugging her assistant. Christian hesitates before he hugs her back. "Now come along! We've got another week of ruling ahead of us! And I mustn't keep my ponies waiting" Trixie prances toward her throne room. "Of course Princess Trixie! I'll catch up in a minute!" Christian yells as she leaves. He peers over the corner until she disappears. "Time for the show!" Christian runs out the back way off the kitchen. Trixie lays back in her throne and sighs heavily. She starts tapping her her hoof on her throne. "My servants should be up by now! SERVANTS! ENTER! NOW!" Trixie looks around the room, but no one enters. Trixie mumbles to herself. "Those ponies are going to be in for it if they're sleeping in again! And the guard who is in charge of roll call!" Trixie gets up and starts marching toward the dungeon. "Sorry we're late Trixie!" Trixie growls as she turns toward Twilight. "That's The Great and Powerful to y..." Trixie turns to see her servants in chains, angrily looking at her and poised to strike. Leading them is an orange pegasus in guard armor. Trixie is speechless at this. "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!" "A mutiny!" Vague replies. "Who in Equestria are you?!" Trixie shouts at Vague. "Meet Vague Blaze!" Twilight shouted. "Or Agent Tristan!" Pinkie added. "Pinkie! You weren't supposed to say that!" Dash yells as she face hoofs. Trixie starts snickering. "So, the FBI sends in one of Christian's little friends eh? CHRISTIAN! Get in here and deal with this "friend" of yours!" The ponies look around for the human. Trixie starts frantically looking around. "Where is he?!" Meanwhile, up in the rafters of the throne room, Christian watches as the stupidity unfolds. "I'm right here you stupid unicorn!" He whispers to himself. He couldn't wait to see her fall from power. Vague smirks at Trixie. He look back toward the others. "Now guys! Let's get her!" Vague charges toward her. the others follow in a dash. As they approach, Trixie simply puts a hoof up. "Stop right there! The contract The Princesses signed gives me diplomatic immunity! You can't touch me!" The crowd comes to a screeching halt. "She's right Vague! What do we do?" Celestia asks worryingly. Vague stares at Trixie with a smirk. "Oh, you mean this contract?" Vague pulls out the contract from under his wing. He rips the contract in half and throws it on the ground. The Six start cheering. "Take THAT Trixie!" Dash shouts. "We're free!" Trixie jaw drops for a second. And then, she starts laughing. She can barely stand she was laughing so hard. Tears were streaming from her face like waterfalls. "Trixie, why are you laughing? You lost!" Twilight yells. Trixie wipes the tears from her eyes. "No I didn't you stupid ponies! That was a fake contract!" The ponies' jaws drop when they hear this. "WHAT?!" They shriek. Christian gasps in shock. "A fake? But then where's the real one?" He asks himself. He only ever saw one contract. When the heck did she make a copy? "GUARDS!" Trixie booms. An army of guards rush in a surround the ponies. "Did you really think I would keep the contract that makes me ruler in a safe with my name as the combo? I'm not an idiot! I keep the real one on me at all times for safe keeping!" Trixie pulls out the contract from her dress, much to their astonishment. "I think you ponies deserve a severe punishment for trying to plot against me! And I think it's time I paid Earth a little visit!" "You'll never take over Earth! Not in a billion years!" Vague hisses at Trixie. Trixie walks toward Vague menacingly. "Hmm, an unlimited amount of some of the most powerful magic against a bunch of metal toys? It'll be a piece of cake!" She pushes Vague back with her hoof. "Guards! Take these...traitors to the dungeon for their punishment. I'll be down with the whips in a second." "Yes Great and Powerful Princess Trixie!" The guards point their horns at them. "Get moving!" They push them along. "I can't believe Trixie won! Again!" Twilight complains. Christian witnesses the entire thing. He shakes his head. "Not if I can help it!" he mutters. He looks around the rafters and spots an old rope. He reaches out and grabs it. "Well, it's a good thing I go out on a limb for these girls!" He jumps and swings toward Trixie, who is laughing maniacally waving around the contract. He swoops down and grabs it out of Trixie's magical grasp. "Yoink!" Trixie is stunned as Chris lands next her. She then starts to lightly chuckle thinking it was some prank that he made up. "Alright, very funny Christian. Now give it back." Trixie puts out a forehoof to take the contract back. "Give you a contract that states you'll be in power forever with these ponies as your slaves? Why the heck would I do that!?" Trixie is speechless at what he just said. "CHRISTIAN! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" She shouts. "Saving my friend, my bosses, and those stupid ponies!" He responds, eyeing the pony prisoners. Trixie's face becomes red with anger. Her nostrils flare up. "Oh no you don't! MAGIC!" She screams quickly. The ponies gasp as they look toward Christian. Christian braces himself to be snapped back into his trace, but nothing happens. He quickly looks around to see he's still in control of his body. "Was something supposed to happen?" He smirks at Trixie as he rips the contract into little pieces. Trixie's jaw drops and she starts to quiver as the pieces fall to the floor. "B-But h-how did you b-break out of your t-trance?" She asks nervously. Christian takes out a key and motions the guards to move aside. He starts unlocking the ponies' chains. "It must have been when you were dancing the other day. The multiple stomping of your hooves must have broken the spell completely!" "Oh, right. I did do that." She says quietly. The ponies finally break free of their chains and move around to stretch their legs. Then, they all glare over at Trixie. She gives a small smile. "I'm in trouble, aren't I?" She says with a squeak. "Oh, your in more trouble then you could ever imagine." Celestia announced. "GET HER!" Dash charged at Trixie, with everyone trailing after her, except Twilight. Trixie's eyes widen at the rushing mob "AHHHHHHHHH!" She screams and curls up into a ball, preparing for the worse. Suddenly, Twilight charges in between the mob and Trixie. "STOP!" The mob comes to a halt, stopping right before Twilight's outstretched hoof. "What do you want Twilight?!" Dash shouts. "We're in the middle of something!" "I have a better idea!" Twilight announces as a few guards surround Trixie to make sure she doesn't escape. Christian groans. "Oh here we go! Another one of Twitlight's "brilliant" ideas! What is it this time? Let her go? Or wait, I know! You want to make her the princess again and put us in CHAINS!" He gets in Twilight's face near the end of his rant. Twilight rolls her eyes. "Christian, for once, can you just listen to me?" Twilight pleads, giving him puppy dog eyes. He raises an eyebrow at the stupid look. "No." He plainly responds. Vague nudges him in the side. "C'mon Christian, Give Twi the benefit of the doubt." He wraps one of his forehooves around his waist and pulls him closer. Chris stares at the purple unicorn and sighs. "Fine! What's your idea Twitlight." Twilight squeaks in joy and runs over to him. She puts his head down to her's and whispers something in his ear. Christian's facial expression goes from not impressed to snickering evilly. Twilight steps back from the now intrigued human. "Well?" She asks, eager for his answer. Christian is amazed at what he just heard. "For once Twilight, that's genius!" Christian never thought he would have to say those words. Trixie looks at the two of them, scared about what they have planned for her. "W-What are you g-going to do t-to me?" She asks, begging for an answer. Christian and Twilight look at each other and nod. He turns back to Trixie to reply. "Call it, "Karma"." Trixie gulps loudly from the tone in his voice. > A "Vague" Ending > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A few hours later, Christian, The Six, and The rightfully made Princesses were lounging in the throne room. Christian sat down in a throne and kicked his feet up. He could finally relax after the week he's been through. Being hypnotized, capturing ponies against his will, freeing said ponies. It was nice that he could take a breather. "Can you get your feet off of me!" Twilight asked. "Alright, alright, geez." He took his feet off of Twilight's head. "I can see why Trixie didn't make you the foot rest, you complain too much." "Hey Christian! Watch this!" Vague ran down the tile and with one movement, soared into the air. He started doing flips, flying backwards, and showing off in general. Vague beamed. "Cool right? I've been practicing!" He then proceeds to smash into a beam on the roof. He starts falling unconsciously toward the floor. "Dash, if you don't mind? I'm kinda busy being lazy after saving you girls." Christian yawned and laid back. "Yea, I got him." Dash flew a few feet of the ground and snatched Vague out of the air by his leg. She drops Vague on the ground. "You should start working on watching your surroundings." Dash said. Vague got up, rubbing his head embarrassingly. "Yea, thanks Dash!" Suddenly, Christian jumps up from his seat. "Vague, I've actually being meaning to ask, how come you're a pony? You didn't get hit by a spell did you?" Vague looked at Christian confused. "No? Why?" "Well when I first came here, I was human until Chrysalis hit me with the transformation spell. You come here the first time and you're a pony. How the heck does that work?" Vague shrugged and simply said. "Magic" He then waved his forehooves around. "Actually Christian, I think it has something to do with Tristan creating an OC for himself on Earth." Celestia said as she walked in. Christian pondered the thought. "I guess that makes sense. Plus it also might have something to do with actually liking the show." Celestia giggled. "Good point." Vague got the most quizzical look on his face. "Wait, but didn't Christian say he got turned into a..." Christian stopped Vague mid-sentence, takes off his necklace, transforms, and puts it back on. "Anymore questions?" Vague stood there, mouth hanging wide at what just happened. "No. I..I'm good." "Good." Christian turned to Twilight. "Hmm, Twilight, i'm a little parched after taking down Trixie. Aren't you?" he winked at her. Twilight winked back "Ahh! Indeed Christian! Oh servant!" she hollered and rang a small bell. Trixie ran into the room, in the very chain setup she used on Twilight. She knelt before the both of them. "What would you like Twilight Sparkle, who is far superior to me, Trixie." she addressed the two of them in an odd, bland tone. Twilight grinned. "Get Christian and me some water." "Actually, make mine an iced tea." Christian corrected. Trixie complied. "As you wish, Awesome and Smart Twilight and Christian" she ran off to the kitchen. "What the hay did you do to her?" AJ asked, "Yea! I thought you said you were going to give her caramel!" Pinkie blurted. Christian laughed. "No Pinkie, karma. I made Twilight hypnotize Trixie to give her a taste of her own medicine!" "Well, it serves her right! If you didn't do that, I would have clobbered her so hard, she would be on the other side of Equestria!" Dash exclaimed. "Now Dash, relax! Trixie will think twice before messing with us again." Rarity says. "If she can think at all now!" Vague added. The Six broke out into an chorus of laughter. The Six have taken a liking to Vague, Christian could see it. "Uh, hey PC, can we chat?" Celestia looked at Christian confused. "Of course! What is it?" "Well, it's just...The Six really like Vague and he really helped me out a few hours ago. So, if it's alright with you, can he..." Celestia put her hoof up to stop him there. "Christian, without Vague, I doubt you would've been able to stop Trixie. He has more than enough earned the right to accompany you here." Christian nodded in confirmation. "Vague Blaze, would you mind coming here for a second?" Vague's eyes grow wide as he nervously steps forward. His entire body was shaking. "Y-Yes Princess Celestia?" His mouth went numb when he spoke. "How would you like to help Christian while he's here? It's at his personal request" Vague was speechless. He stared at his friend. "Christian, are you serious?!" Chris smirked. "Better believe it dude! You're welcome!" Vague had nothing to say. He was taken by such a surprise at the generous offer. He quickly nodded. "Princess Celestia, it would be a pleasure and an honor to help out! Vague Blaze is at your service!" He bowed before her. Celestia nodded. "Then as Princess, I give you my personal welcome to Equestria!" Vague saluted her eagerly. "So wait, that means Vague will be here too?" Fluttershy asked. "Yes" "Awesome! I can't wait to teach you all of my stunts!" Dash shouted. "Yea! I can show you how to fire a wrist-mounted crossbow!" Christian demonstrates as he shoots Twilight and knocks her unconscious. Vague gasps. "Relax, it doesn't hurt them." Vague sighs in relief. "Ok, good. But still really?" Christian shrugs. Pinkie starts jumping around in excitement. "YAY! This is going to be fun!" "Yea, because this human actually likes us!" AJ added Christian glanced over at AJ. "Who says I ever hated you? I mean sure Twilight is a different story, but you girls are kinda cool." Twilight gets up from her little nap and looks up at Chris angrily. "What do you mean "different story"?!" Christian and Vague start laughing with the other five joining in. Twilight couldn't help laughing as well. "C'mon girls! Let's go celebrate Vague's first day!" Pinkie shouts. "Hang on! I never got my iced tea! Where the heck is Trixie?" Christian shouts. A moment later, Trixie rushes in. "Sorry for the wait Christian, who is way smarter and cooler than Twilight!" Trixie said handing him his and Twilight's drinks. Twilight glares at Christian. "Sorry Twitlight, I couldn't resist." He says as he takes a drink. "You can snap her out of it now I guess, she's a horrible servant anyway." Twilight nods and stomps her hoof a few times. Trixie shakes her head in confusion. "Guards, show "Ms. Trixie" to her cell." Christian smirks at the light blue unicorn. Trixie yells at the ponies as she is dragged away. "I'll be back! You'll see! Next time, i'll win! I'll show you all!" "Like this time? Oh right, you lost! Again!" Rarity shouts back at her. At that moment, Chris remembers something that he was supposed to do early for Vague and facepalms, noting his stupidity of forgetting. "Oh shoot! How could I forget? Vague, there's someone I want you to meet!" The castle doors open as Chris's guest walks in. Vague's jaw drops as he stares at the new visitor. "So, I here i'm your favorite pony?" DJ says. Vague starts swooning. Christian starts laughing a little. He didn't think his reaction would be this funny. "Oh my gosh! Christian, you didn't!" Vague exclaimed. "Once again, you're welcome." Christian said simply. "We'll meet you guys at Pinkie's for the party!" Dash shouts as she flies out. "Wait up Dash!" AJ rushes after her briskly. "Oh, I love Pinkie's parties!" Fluttershy and Rarity simultaneously walk out. "C'mon Vague, You wanna help me DJ the party?" DJ got real close to Vague. Vague's face went bright red. "Yes. Just...Yes." He responded. They walked out together. "They're so into each other." Twilight said. "I figured as much." Christian responded. "C'mon, I don't want to miss Pinkie's cupcakes!" He runs out of the castle. Twilight goes to follow, but looks back at Celestia and Luna. "Are you two coming?" She asks. Celestia points to Luna, who was sleeping in her throne the whole time. "Sorry Twilight, But I have a lot of catching up to do! And I need to get Luna up to speed when she wakes up." Twilight laughs. "I'll save you a cupcake!...If Christian doesn't eat them all first." Twilight hurries out to catch up to the others. Celestia looks as Twilight leaves. When the door shuts behind her, Celestia sighs in relief. "Time of a nap!" Celestia falls asleep in her throne just like Luna. They finally get some well deserved rest after Trixie's little stunt. Twilight catches up to Christian, who was wondering down the road slowly, taking his time to enjoy the sunset. "They asleep?" "Yup" "Called it" "Well Christian, you can't blame them. They've been sleeping on a stone floor and hay in chains in the dungeon for a week. They deserve some rest!" Twilight pointed out. "Well, I hope Trixie likes it as much as they did! Because she'll be there for way more than a week!" Twilight laughs as they walk down the road. They can hear the music from miles away. Christian starts tapping his foot and moving to the far-off beat. Twilight joins in, the beat was infectious. And as the orange sun set below the horizon and the stars started appearing in the dark sky. Christian and Twilight shouted upwards in harmony: "This party's gonna RULE!" > Epilogue: Paradox's Student > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nighttime had fallen once again on Equestria. Everypony was sound asleep in their beds...Except for one light blue unicorn pacing back and forth in her cell and chains. "Once again, I lose! I can't believe it! I was princess of Equestria! I had The Six as my servants for life and what happens?! That stupid human just HAD to ruin everything! UGH!" Trixie was irate. She lost once again to Twilight's little group but this time, she knew she wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. "I'm going to get back at them if it's the last thing I..." "HEY! Lights out was 15 minutes ago! Get to bed 'Princess'!" A guard yelled as he walked past the cell. "If I hear one more word out of you, you'll be sorry!" The guard walked out of Trixie's cell block and slammed the door. Trixie returned to her bed of hay. "This is SO uncomfortable! The Great and Powerful Trixie needs a bed for..." "What did I say?! BED!" The guard rapped on the wooden door. Trixie calmed down and tried to sleep on the rough bed. Meanwhile, outside, a shadowy figure moves toward the castle. His posture shown only when the moon comes out from behind the clouds. He goes around to the back of the castle to find Trixie's cell window. The moon's light is blocked by his dark figure. Trixie looks up to see what's blocking her light. "Stupid clouds." She muttered. But when she saw what was in the way, she backed away from her window to the cold bars of her cell. "Need some help?" Paradox asked. "W-Who are you?" she said shaking at the spirit. "Your one of the guards of the Tartarus aren't you!?" Trixie immediately got on her knees and started begging. "Please don't take me away! I promise i'll change! I swear! I'll become Twilight's best friend forever and never threaten her again!" Tears were rolling down her cheeks. Paradox laughed at this little act. "Trixie get up, you're making a fool of yourself!" He demanded. She did what he asked, but was extremely puzzled. "Wait, if you're not a guard from the Tartarus, then, who are you?" she sniffled. "I am Paradox, spirit of time!" His voice echoed throughout the land. "I have been observing you, Trixie Lulamoon. And I must say I am fascinated by your work!" Trixie blushed. "Thanks, but as you can see Paradox, my plans normally don't end that well. I mean sure this one worked fine until that stupid human and Twilight with her dumb friends ruined everything!" she complained. Paradox became interested in her little sob story. "You want to get you revenge again, don't you?" he asked. Trixie looked him in determination. "More than anything. But, I don't see how. The human is too clever, and Twilight's magic is stronger than mine without the amulet!" She sat down in defeat. "What do I do?" she asked. Paradox laughed. "Join me Trixie! Become my student in the art of dark magic! Twilight and The Princesses will fear you with the power you'll posses!" "What about Christian?" "He won't be around if you use that kind of power against him!" Trixie thought about her choices: Rotting in a cell or dark magic. Trixie didn't know if this was some kind of trick or illusion by Twilight or one of The Princesses to test loyalty or whatever, but if it wasn't, this "Paradox" could be just what could make her more powerful than she could ever imagine! "I heard some noises by Trixie's cell!" A guard yells from down the hall. "Get moving! Quickly!" Paradox quickly stretches out a dark, beckoning hand from Trixie's cell window. Trixie felt the cold aura surrounding it. "The choice is yours Trixie! Rot or rule!" he shouted impatiently. Trixie looks toward the time spirit and then looks back at the sound of the guards dashing to her cell frantically. She had to make a choice. Fast. "Freeze Trixie!" Three guards appear outside of Trixie's cell, horns at the ready. But, she wasn't there. Her chains were lying on the floor in a heap. It was as if she vanished "What?! Where did she go?! The guards quickly open the vacant cell and look around. "How did she escape?! She couldn't use magic!" The three of them pondered how she escaped. Suddenly, they freeze as an ominous, evil laughter sent a chill up their spines. On the outskirts of town, Paradox's and Trixie's shadows were cast by the moon, covering Ponyville. Trixie looked at her savior and knelled to him. "Thank you, Paradox" Paradox looked at the unicorn with satisfaction. He knew she would not disappoint. He lent her a hand and picked her up. "Come my student, you have much to learn." Trixie nodded as they walked away from Ponyville. Trixie looked back one final time. The town palely lit by the moon light. It looked somewhat peaceful. It sickened her "They'll regret everything they've ever done to me." Trixie muttered as her and Paradox's figures vanished against the blackness of the night.
