Rainbow dash goes to the ever free forest one day and goes missing. So Twilight and her friends decide to go looking for her, but what will happen when they meet the Slender pony? Will they ever escape the forest with their lives alive?
Rainbow's pov. It was a dark, cold morning Rainbow dash had just woke up to find it was 4 am. "Argh!!" She grunted in to her pillow trying to go back to sleep. But it was no use she was wide awake and bored. So she decided to go for a walk in the forest. She grabbed a flashlight and ran outside. The Everfree forest seemed calm and peaceful right now, but Rainbow dash didn't let her guard down. *Yawn* "Where am I even going?" Yawned Rainbow dash exhaustedly getting deeper and deeper in to the forest. She looked around feeling quiet uncomfortable there was a large tree in her presents. She had never seen this tree before and oddly noticed a piece of paper attached to it. Rainbow dash reached for the page studying it closely. It had a picture of a tall, slender pony in a suit with no face and had the words "Follows" written on it. Rainbow dash terrified turned around to run and saw the very same Slender pony looking down at her. She opened her mouth to scream, but nothing came out and the Slender pony took her...
Twilight's pov. The search for Rainbow dash:Day one It had been about two weeks since the disappearance of Rainbow dash. Twilight was starting to really worry about her friend. Twilight and her remaining friends met at the Library to discuss Rainbow's disappearance.
"Have you girls seen Rainbow dash lately?" Asked Twilight.
"I came by her place this morning and she wasn't home..." Said Fluttershy softly.
"Come to think of it I haven't seen her in weeks!" Said Pinkie pie angrily.
"Ah've just come back from the Everfree forest," Said Apple jack,"Ah think y'all should see this."
The four ponies exchanged worried looks then followed their friend to the forest. The girls caught up to Apple jack and they all gasped in shock. In front of a large tree sitting softly on the ground was a blue feather! Twilight lifted the blue feather and squinted at it.
"Oh my," Said Fluttershy,"I-I-Is that R-R-Rainbow dash's f-feather?"
"I assume." Muttered Twilight keeping her eyes on the feather.
"Twilight, darling I think you should see this."
Twilight looked towards her friend Rarity who had a worried look on her face. Every pony gathered by Rarity and noticed a trail of hoof prints and feathers.
"Was she being dragged?!" Asked Pinkie pie shocked.
"I'm not sure." Said Twilight not facing her friend.
"Common lets go find Rainbow!" Said Apple jack.
The five girls followed the trail blue feathers. A while later the trail of blue feathers ended and they noticed a page on the floor that had a picture of a tall slender pony with a suit and it had no face! It read: Follows... Obviously Twilight and her friends were startled by this and continued walking. Twilight added the page to her collection of clues. A while later they reached Zecora's and stopped by...
"Hello Zecora," Greeted Twilight happily,"Can I ask you something?"
"Twilight my dear what brings you here" Asked Zecora.
"Do you know anything about this pony?" Asked Twilight showing her the page.
"Oh my it's the Slender pony you seek, but you look ever so weak." Said Zecora.
"The what?!" Asked Pinkie pie much more jumpy.
"The Slender pony he hangs these notes up, written with random quotes." Zecora paused.
"And what happens t-t-to the p-p-ponies?" Asked Fluttershy.
"The Slender pony takes them away and they never see the next day."Finished Zecora.
"Why do you ever care he is no mare." Said Zecora.
"Zecora our friend Rainbow dash she has been missing for weeks and we are trying to find her." Said Twilight.
"You ponies should be leaving it's getting late and Slender pony will not wait."
"Thanks Zecora." Said Twilight.
The girls continued their search for dashie and found another clue...
There were a couple of trees, but they were all cut. There was a page attached to one of the trees Twilight bravely reached for the note and she and her friends studied it. It had the words HELP written across the page. Twilight turned the flashlight on as the darkness surrounded the five ponies.
Rainbow dash where ever you are we will find you....
Rainbow's Pov. "Ouch my head!" Complained Rainbow dash in pain.
She felt could feel pain on her head and it burned like fire. She reached to touched her head and noticed a she had a scar on her head. The blood ran across her forehead and she wiped it with her hoof.
"What happened! Where am I?" Asked Rainbow dash confused.
She saw a tall and Slender pony slowly approaching her in a odd matter. Rainbow dash sat there looking up at him, scared, wounded, and memoryless...
Twilight's Pov. "Girls we need to move much quicker if we want to avoid the Slender pony!" Shouted Twilight.
"Okay, but slow down Twi!" Shouted Apple jack from behind.
Twilight paused fearfully and was looking in the direction of none other than Slender pony. Twilight was shaking fearfully and her friends suddenly noticed what she was looking at.
"RUN!" Shouted Twilight and they all turned and ran out of the Everfree forest.
"Sorry Rainbow dash we'll have to save you tomorrow." Apologized Twilight sadly.
"Is everyone all right!" Asked Apple jack.
"Wait where's Pinkie pie?!" Asked Twilight.
"The Slender pony," Whispered Fluttershy,"He got her."
"Hello is someone there?" Asked Rainbow dash from the dark.
"Rainbow dash!!" Yelled Pinkie pie rushing over to her lost friend.
"Uh...who are you..." Asked Rainbow dash confused.
"You mean you don' t remember me?" Cried Pinkie pie.
"Sorry, but I don't really remember much of my memory." Said Rainbow dash.
"Oh no dashie you lost your memory!!" Yelled Pinkie.
Twilight's Pov. The search for Rainbow dash: Day two
The next morning the three remaining ponies met at the Library as told.
"Ok girls lets go find Pinkie and Rainbow!" Shouted Twilight triumphantly.
"What!" The three ponies asked in shock.
"We have no chance against that Slender pony Twi!"
"I know Apple jack, but we just can't do nothing at all!" Said Twilight,"Where ever they are I hope they're alright."
Rainbow's Pov. "Gooood mooorning dashie!" Shouted Pinkie pie happily.
*yawn* "dashie?" Asked Rainbow dash,"Is that my name?"
"Of course not silly!" Yelled Pinkie pie,"Your name is Rainbow dash."
"Then why did you call me dashie?"
"Because dashie is a pet name I made for you!" Sang Pinkie.
"Oh..." Rainbow dash started blushing with embarrassment.
Twilight's Pov. "If we're gonna find Pinkie pie and Rainbow dash we're going to have to go back to the forest." Said Twilight.
"What can we do?" Asked Rarity.
"You'll just be my backup..." Grinned Twilight.
"Wait what!" The three asked not following her.
"Don't worry you'll know what to do when the time comes," Said Twilight.
Rainbow's Pov. "Okay Pinkie pie we have to escape before he comes back!"
"Who's he?" Asked Pinkie pie still confused.
"You know the guy who brought us here in the first time!" Yelled Rainbow dash.
"Oh yeah!" Said Pinkie pie remembering.
"Ok the coast is clear!" Rainbow dash shouted softly.
Pinkie pie slowly approached her waiting friend when she stopped mid-way.
"What's wrong pinks?" Asked Rainbow dash.
"H-H-He's behind y-you!" Shouted Pinkie pie.
Rainbow dash dared herself to look and saw the same face she had seen not to long ago. She tried to fly away, but the Slender pony's tentacle-like arms reached out and grabbed the flying pony. Rainbow dash trying to escape his grip stared at the sane monster's face and then she let out a shriek of terror.
Twilight's Pov. "Shh!" Snapped Twilight.
"W-W-What is it T-T-Twilight?" Asked the terrified Pegasus.
"Rainbow dash!" Answered Twilight.
Twilight stupidly, but bravely ran head first in to the Everfree forest. She didn't follow with her eyes, but with her ears. Listening for any signs of her dearest friends.
"Twilight wait for us!" Shouted Apple jack from outside the forest.
Twilight pushed aside her other friends and mainly focused on finding Pinkie and Rainbow...
Rainbow's Pov. "Let me go!" Shouted Rainbow dash struggling in the tentacles grip.
"Pinkie pie!" Said Rainbow dash,"Go find help!"
"I can't leave you!" Said Pinkie pie tears running down her checks.
"I'll be fine! Just go!" Commanded Rainbow dash.
Pinkie pie both sad and frightened obeyed her friend's command and ran to get help.
Twilight's Pov. Twilight continued running she didn't stop, but saw a familiar pink pony come dashing her way.
"Pinkie pie?" Asked Twilight confused.
The both of them collided and crashed against each other causing them to collapse on the ground.
"Pinkie pie!" Shouted Twilight with joy,"Where's Rainbow dash?"
"That's just it," Sobbed Pinkie pie,"She was taken, but sent me to go find help!"
Pinkie pie broke in to tears Twilight walked over to comfort her friend.
"It's okay Pinkie pie." Said Twilight.
"No it's not! What if we never see dashie again!" Said Pinkie pie with watery eyes.
"We will find her," Said Twilight softly,"Rainbow's pretty tough she'll be fine."
"Ok.." Sniffed Pinkie pie.
"Well don't just sit around crying!" Said Twilight,"Lets go find her!"
She and Twilight ran to the crime scene. Pinkie lead the way. Pinkie pie quickly paused in front of a cave-like tunnel.
"This is the place!" Said Pinkie pie.
Twilight walked over inside the tunnel object and noticed another page. She reached for the page and studied it closely it was a picture of a circle with two x's where the eyes should be. The page read: ALWAYS WATCHES NO EYES" Twilight took this piece of paper and placed it in a baggy with the rest of her clues.
"Hoof prints!" Shouted Pinkie from behind the tunnel.
Twilight scrambled to her friend and noticed the hoof prints too... The two ponies followed the hoof prints and a while later noticed the... Slender pony! In one of his tentacles was Rainbow dash! She wasn't awake it seemed she had passed out. Twilight stopped Pinkie and pulled her behind a large bolder. The both of them were breathing deeply hoping they could just take their friend and go.
Pinkie pie was moving cautiously and quietly, but not cautious enough. She steeped on a twig and it snapped! The Slender pony heard the twig and quickly jerked his head towards the rock! Twilight and Pinkie pie leaned against the large bolder hoping the Slender pony wouldn't get them.
Twilight's Pov. The search for Rainbow dash continues.. The two ponies looked to their left then their right. They silently waited for the Slender pony to walk away. But unfortunately he didn't he was just standing there waiting for something. Pinkie pie and Twilight still noticed Rainbow dash in his grip silently sleeping.
"Twilight!" It was Apple jack shoot she actually followed her!
"Crap!" Muttered Twilight,"What to do, what to do?" She repeatedly asked herself that question.
Then she got an idea she just needed to wait for the right time... She could hear the footsteps of her friend get closer she tell Pinkie pie could hear them too.
"Twilight!" Called Apple jack approaching them.
"Twil-Apple jack stopped when she saw the Slender pony holding her friend in his reach.
She obviously knew the Slender pony could see her, so she was slowly backing up in fear.
"Hey! Slender pony give us back our friend!!" Yelled Pinkie pie stepping out from behind the tree.
"And leave our friend Apple jack alone!!" Added Twilight stepping out exposed to the Slender pony.
"What are you two doing!?" Shouted Apple jack confused by her friends' behavior.
"Give us our friend and no one gets hurt!" Said a voice from the trees who was none other than Rarity!
"Give us back our friend Rainbow dash!" Shouted a familiar pony from behind. It was Fluttershy.
The Slender pony looked around realizing he was surrounded dropped Rainbow dash harshly and ran deeper in to the forest. Twilight and her friend's shrieked and rushed over to aid their injured friend. Rainbow dash was slowly waking up, so her friends backed up.
Rainbow's Pov. "Argh! Ouch!" Were the first words Rainbow dash said when waking up.
Her friends could see she was trying to stand on her own and rushed over to give her a hand.
"Rainbow dash! I was so worried!" Explained Fluttershy.
"Yeah so was ah!" Added Apple jack.
"Are you okay dashie!?" Asked Pinkie pie.
"Ouch!" Yelled Rainbow dash she couldn't even stand she was in way too much pain.
"What do we do Twi?"
"Magic!" She responded to her friend.
She asked for Rarity's assistance with performing this spell. The two unicorns used a levitation spell and carried her back to Ponyville....
"Where am I?" Asked Rainbow dash loosing her voice.
She looked around and could tell she was in a hospital. Rainbow dash could see she had broken a lot of limbs! She had bandages on her wings, two broken legs, and bandages almost every where else! Rainbow dash had a massive headache when she woke and felt soreness when she moved. For a while she picked at a scar that she had on her face, but stopped when she saw five ponies enter the room.
"How yah feelin' Rainbow!" Asked Apple jack cheerfully.
"I feel like crap!" She responded back.
"That's nice to know...," Said Fluttershy.
"At least you got your memory back!" Yelled Pinkie pie.
"Yeah and some broken limbs and some scars. And a huge headache!" Complained Rainbow dash.
Another pony entered the room with magic blue hair. It was princess Luna! She was holding a old computer from Rainbow dash's past. She handed her the laptop and noticed her screen saver was slender pony and every game on the computer was a Slender pony game! Rainbow dash started playing a game and her friends watched beside her. She collect at least five notes until.... Slender pony got her! Rainbow dash screamed and tossed her computer towards the wall causing it to smash to pieces! Luna gave Rainbow dash a look and Rainbow dash just smiled and shrugged. Luna and her friends started to laugh and smile and Rainbow dash did to... About two weeks later Rainbow dash was let out of the hospital and free to go home. The only thing she wanted to do was get some rest in her bed... For a week her friends would come and check on her making sure she was ok. Other ponies helped as well they would bring her boxes of chocolates or help her clear the sky. As I said before this only lasted for a week, so after that things went back to normal... Rainbow dash had went to sleep real early one day and later woke up from a nightmare she had just recently had about Lightning dust and Gilda! She realized her window was wide open, but it was closed before she had gone to bed. She got up and closed the window and then crawled back under her cozy covers. Between her curtains she noticed a pony! She was startled by this and stood up in her bed looking at him. He seemed to have pale white skin, and a big, wide smile, his eyes were rounded and he had dark circles around them. He stood by her bed and said,"go to sleep." The End....or is it?
