Spike, Inferno, Rarity and Sunset all need to play Blues Clues to figure what Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter!
Spike and his brother Inferno got an invitation to Steve's big Easter party!! And guess what? So did Rarity and Sunset! Everyone has their favorite things to do on Easter but what is Blue's favorite thing to do on Easter? Time to play Blues Clues to figure this out!
One morning in Canterlot City we see all sorts of decorations around the entire city. Reason why is because today is Easter. And we cut in a house where we see two boys one was up and making breakfast while the other was still sleeping. The one making breakfast has yellow skin, red spiky hair with black streaks, orange eyes, a leather jacket, an orange shirt with a flaming skull, black pants and shoes and a skull belt. His name is Inferno. And the other who is still sleeping had green eyes, purple skin, green hair, wearing a pajama green shirt, a purple sleep jacket, blue shorts and his purple shoes on the ground. His name was Spike. He got up when his brother called.
"Spike!! Wake up dude! Breakfast is ready!" Inferno said.
Spike yawned and got out of bed. Then he decided to get changed in his clothes and headed downstairs for breakfast. Once in the kitchen he sat at the table and Inferno gave him some cinnamon pancakes, eggs, bacon and some hashbrowns. Once he gave him his breakfast he then gave himself some too.
"So sleepyhead. You slept ok last night?" Inferno asked.
Spike yawned. "Yeah although that dream of me and Rarity making out on the beach all night kept me up a little."
"Same old Spike. Dreaming about his girlfriend. Well I don't see anything wrong with that." Inferno said.
"Yeah. So since today is Easter I was wondering what we should do today. Maybe go to the Easter Egg Hunt that's happening in the park?" Spike thought.
"Wish we could Spike. But it's cancelled due to the guy that was supposed to be the Easter Bunny got really sick. Because of that the kids can't do the Easter Egg Hunt. Remember Spike?" Inferno reminded him.
"Oh yeah right. Shame he got sick. The kids were really disappointed hearing that. Well since we can't head to the park what can we do?" Spike wondered.
Suddenly they both heard the door knock and faced it.
"I wonder who's at the door? Spike can you go get that?" Inferno asked.
"Sure I'll go get it." Spike said as he went to the door.
He opened the door and saw a envelope on the doormat. It was decorated with all sorts of Easter colors and had Easter Egg stickers on it. He picked it up and opened the envelope and inside revealed to be an invitation in many colors of Easter. He opened the invitation and see what it has to say.
-My friend. If you got this invitation they you and your brother are invited to an Easter party im throwing. It will be a fun party with all sorts of games, activities and even the Easter Egg Hunt so put on your smile and best one you have. Of course it there will be two others joining us that we know very well. I look forward to seeing you at the party. Happy Easter!! -Steve.
Spike finished reading the invitation and was happy that his old friend Steve was gonna see him again.
"Hey Inferno!! Steve invited us to a Easter Party! And good news! He has an Easter Egg Hunt planned for the party later on!" Spike replied.
"That's awesome! Steve sure knows how to plan a party! Come on Spike! Let's go get a cake and and head on over to his place!" Inferno smiled.
So the two headed out of the house and straight to the bakery. A few minutes later they came out with a vanilla cake and they made their way to Steve's house. Then suddenly they heard footsteps coming towards them. They both turned around and saw Sunset and Rarity wearing Easter dresses and coming towards them.
"Surprise!" They said in unison.
"Rarity! Sunset! What a surprise! I take it that you got an invite to Steve's Easter party too didn't you?" Inferno asked.
"We sure did! And when we did we knew that you guys were invited too. So why don't we all head to Steve's house together and celebrate Easter?" Sunset suggested.
"Now that is a great idea Sunny. After all it wouldn't be a special Easter without you." Inferno flirted.
Sunset blushed and kissed him on the cheek. Then Rarity came to Spike and wrapped her arms around him.
"Oh Spikey. I am so happy to celebrate Easter with you. And if you want I can spend the night with you. I really don't want you spending Easter all alone." Rarity said.
"I would love that Rarity." Spike answered as he kissed her on the lips. "Now let's get to that party."
So the four headed out and enjoyed their nice walk and before they knew it they arrived at Steve's house for the party. But little did they know that they will play Blues Clues to figure out what Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter is.
When the gang arrived at the front door Spike knocked on it. The door opened and Steve was so happy to see Spike. Especially on the day of his Easter party.
"Hey Steve! How's it going?" Spike asked.
"What's up dawg? We got a cake for the party!" Inferno smiled.
"Hey Spike and Inferno! I'm so glad you guys are here. And I see Rarity and Sunset got my invites too. You're just in time. The party is just about to start. Come on in." Steve said.
The gang entered the house and they saw all sorts of Easter decorations around the house. Needless to say that everything was ready for Easter.
"Today is a very special day for the Easter party. Reason why is because of the Easter Egg Hunt. See this won't be any Easter Egg Hunt. These eggs will contain candy and chocolate. But some will carry pieces of a map to a treasure that Blue buried somewhere." Steve replied.
Then right on cue Blue came out and everyone was smiling seeing the blue puppy in front of them.
"Hey Blue! So there's a hidden treasure somewhere in the backyard? Oh now that's an Easter surprise! I wonder what's inside when we find it?" Inferno asked.
"I don't know man. But I think that's gonna be our favorite part when we get to the Easter Egg Hunt later." Spike replied.
"I'm sure it will be a great treasure when we find it. So anyways I'm gonna go check on the preparations so make yourselves at home and be ready for when we go find that treasure." Steve said as the others nodded and he politely took the cake and took his leave.
"I can't believe that were gonna find real treasure on Easter!! This is so exciting!" Inferno smiled.
"Well that's you all excited. My favorite thing to do on Easter is design Easter themed dresses for anyone wanting to look good on the holiday." Rarity replied.
"That is so you Rarity. Well my favorite is the activity where we draw some pictures to make an Easter story on the wall." Sunset added.
"Now that is a great activity. Hey Blue." Spike said then faced Blue. "What's your favorite thing to do on Easter?"
"Yeah. What is your favorite thing to do on Easter?" Rarity agreed.
Then Blue went to the screen and placed a paw print on it. The gang knew exactly what she meant when that happened.
"I should have seen that coming. We'll play Blue's Clues to figure out what Blue's favorite thing is to do on Easter! I love that game!" Spike said.
"So remember. Blue's paw prints will be on the clues. Blue's Clues." Sunset said.
Then Inferno touched the paw print and it began changing colors and started hopping all over the place and off the screen. Everyone laughed at that.
"You know what we need for Blues Clues. Our handy dandy..." Inferno started.
"Notebook!!" The reader finished.
"Notebook! Of course!" Sunset smiled as everyone got out their notebooks.
"It's a good thing we always kept them handy. You know we can tell were really gonna need your help trying to figure out what Blue's favorite thing to do on Easter is. Will you help?" Inferno asked.
"You will? Oh wonderful darlings! Well let's play Blue's Clues!" Rarity smiled.
Then the music began playing and we see them starting to sing to start the game.
(Pretend it's Spike, Inferno, Rarity and Sunset singing)
They all singed and danced to the song. First it was Inferno and Spike who started the song. Next it was Sunset who sang the second verse. Then it was Rarity who sang the third verse. When we got to the end Blue jumped in front of the screen and the girls came up and said "That we wanna do!"
"Okay. It's time to look for Blues Clues so we figure out what Blue's favorite thing to do on Easter is. Did you see which way Blue went?" Spike said as Blue came from the right.
"To your right!" The reader said.
"My right. Thanks. Come on gang we got clues to find!" Spike said as he and the gang went to the right following the way Blue went. And thus we begin an Easter game of Blues Clues!!
The gang all were walking in the bedroom trying to search for Blue. While they were doing that they passed a picture on the wall of three colors. The colors were pink, purple, and sky blue. And what the drawing has on is a pawprint meaning that it's a clue!!
"This is hard looking for Blue. But I should have seen that coming since Blue is a clever puppy." Rarity said.
"A clue! A clue!" The reader spoke.
"Yeah. We really want to know what's in the treasure too. But we also gotta figure out what Blue's favorite thing is to do for Easter." Sunset said.
"No. A clue." The reader replied.
"Oh. Oh you see a clue! Where is it? Is it in front of us or behind us?" Spike asked.
"Behind you!" The reader answered.
They all looked behind but with Rarity blocking the picture they couldn't see the picture. Then they turned back to the readers.
"Sorry darlings but we don't see it." Rarity said as she got out of the way to keep looking.
"It's right there!" The reader said.
Now this time when Spike and Inferno and the girls looked they did see the clue!
"Oh! There's the clue! And it's on these...colors. Ok so the first clue to what Blue's favorite thing is to do for Easter is these colors." Inferno replied.
"You know what we need. Our handy dandy..." Spike started.
"Notebook!" The reader said.
"Notebook! Right!" Spike said as he and all the others took there notebooks out. "Ooh. Let's start with a pink crayon." He said getting a pink crayon out. "So let's draw these colors."
"First we'll draw a splotch shape and color it in pink. Then we'll take a purple crayon and do the same thing. And finally we use a sky blue crayon and to the process one last time. And there. Colors." Spike replied.
"So our first clue is these colors." Sunset said as the image flew above them. "So what could Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter be with these colors?"
"What do you think?" Spike asked as the image flew back in. "Yeah I think we better find two more clues to figure this out."
"Hey guys! Can you help us real quick?" A voice called out.
"That sounded like Mr Salt. Let's go see what he needs." Inferno replied.
Then everyone ran into the kitchen and found Mr Salt near some icing supplies and three plates of sugar cookies trying to figure out what he wants to decorate on the cookies.
"Hey Mr Salt." Spike greeted.
"Oh hey Spike! Glad to see you, Inferno, Rarity and Sunset here. I could really use some help." Mr Salt said.
"Sure. So what seems to be the problem?" Inferno asked.
"Well I have my icing all ready but the problem is that I can't remember what the shapes are on the cookies. Think you can help me figure it out?" Mr Salt asked.
"Will you help Mr Salt figure out the shapes of those cookies? Good. Then we can look for more Blues Clues. Alright Mr Salt what do we need to do?" Spike said.
"You gotta tell me what the shape represents so that way I can decorate them the way it should be. I already got the colors ready so all you need to do is tell me what the shape is." Mr Salt answered.
"I think we can handle that." Rarity said as she went to the first plate of cookies. "Ok so these cookies have like two pointy shapes on them. What do you think it is?"
"A bunny!" The reader answered.
"Oh yeah a bunny! Cause bunnies have pointy ears and they love to flop them." Rarity smiled as Mr Salt came to the plate and decorated the bunny cookies.
"Nice job! Ok Sunset can you figure out the second plate?" Mr Salt asked.
"Sure can. Let's take a look." Sunset replied. "Ooh ok so these cookies have like a circle of black icing and sort of a bumpy shape. Do you know what it is?"
"A flower!" The reader answered.
"Your right! It is a flower! Cause flowers have a circle and the bumps represent the petals! Nice job!" Sunset said as Mr Salt came to the plate and decorated the flower cookies.
"Wonderful! The flower cookies are done! Now Spike and Inferno I need you two to figure out the last plate." Mr Salt told them.
"Well Mr Salt I think we can help. We're on it." Spike said as he and Inferno looked at the last plate of cookies.
"Alright so all these cookies are oval shaped. And they definitely remind us of something that happens on Easter. Any clue what it could be?" Inferno asked.
"Easter Eggs!" The reader answered.
"Yeah! Look at you being smart! Yes those are definitely shaped like Easter Eggs!" Inferno smiled as Mr Salt came to the plate and decorated the egg shaped cookies. And then all of them were complete.
"Thanks for helping me figure out the shapes on all the cookies!" Mr Salt thanked.
"Your welcome Mr Salt. Were always happy to help." Sunset said.
"Thanks. And before you go I have this for you." Mr Salt said as he gave them a red star. "Steve forgot to mention that when you find the place where the treasure is you'll need three keys to open it."
"Ok thank you Mr Salt. Come on everyone we still need to find two more clues so we can figure out what Blue's favorite thing is to do for Easter." Inferno said as placed the red star in his pocket.
So everyone took off and left the kitchen in search of more clues.
The gang all continued walking and they looked around seeing all sorts of Easter decorations. Like from the Easter Bunny pictures to the flowers and the streamers. Then they passed a pile of eggs that has a pawprint on it meaning that it's another clue!
"Wow. There's a lot of cute decorations around here. And not to mention that these eggs are out. I'm guessing they'll use them for decorating Easter Eggs later." Rarity commented.
"For sure Rares." Spike added.
"A clue!" The reader said.
"Oh you see a clue? Is it on one of these Easter decorations? Great. Is it on these flower pictures?" Rarity asked.
"No." The reader replied.
"Oh well if it's not on the flowers then where is it?" Sunset wondered.
"Right there." The reader answered.
Then all faced the pile of eggs and then they saw the clue!
"Let's draw three oval shapes like this. Then we take a white crayon and color them in. There. Eggs." Inferno said.
"Ok. So were trying to figure out what Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter is. The first clue was these colors. Now our second clue is these eggs." Sunset replied as the images came out.
"So what could Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter be with these colors and these eggs?" Spike asked as everyone started thinking but they still were stumped.
"Good thinking. But we need to find one more and then we'll know for sure." Inferno replied.
"Hey guys! Can you help me out?" A voice said.
"That sounded like Tickety. Let's go see what she needs." Spike replied.
So the gang all headed to the living room and saw Tickety trying to make some more flower pictures but was having a hard time.
"Hey Tickety. I see your trying to make more flowers for Easter." Sunset said.
"Yes but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what colors I want to make the last three flowers. Think you can give me a hand?" Tickety asked.
"Sure Tickety. We can help. So what do we need to do?" Inferno asked.
"Well I had three colors in mind so all you need to do is figure out what color I'm describing with a riddle I'll tell." Tickety answered.
"I think we can do that. Let's start." Inferno smiled.
"Ok. The first color I wanna use is something that represents one of my friends and happens to be a very best friend of Blue." Tickety said.
"Alright. Do you know what color Tickety is describing?" Rarity asked.
"Magenta!" The reader answered.
"Magenta! Yeah! Cause that color represents one of our friends and is Blue's best friend! Good job!" Rarity said as Tickety painted that flower magenta.
"Ok the second color I wanna use is something you see in the garden. It's a beautiful flower and I like the yellowy-orange blend." Tickety said.
"Can you guess what color Tickety is describing this time?" Inferno asked.
"Marigold!" The reader answered.
"Oh yeah. Marigold. Like the flowers you see in the backyard. Nice." Inferno said as Tickety painted that flower marigold.
"Ok one left. The last color I wanna use is something that you see way up high when watching fireworks." Tickety said.
"So do you know what color Tickety is describing?" Spike asked.
"Violet!" The reader answered.
"Yeah! Violet. Cause that represents the night sky and it's dark enough for you to see the fireworks. Nice job!" Spike replied as Tickety painted the last flower violet. Soon all the flowers were completed.
"Thanks guys! I couldn't have done it without you!" Tickety smiled.
"Your very welcome. And you did well Spike." Inferno said.
"Oh guys lemme give you something for helping me." Tickety replied handing them a blue star.
"Thanks. We will keep this handy with us." Sunset smiled.
Then suddenly they heard someone saying "Mailtime." in song. When Spike heard that he knew what time it is.
"The mail is here! Come on guys!!" Spike replied as everyone headed to the living room.
When they finished they opened it and the letter was from Fluttershy.
"Look. It's a letter from Fluttershy." Spike said they all listened to what she has to say.
In the letter
"Hi guys. I hope you are having a Happy Easter. I would like to say that I really miss you a lot. I wish I could spend Easter with you but I gotta take care of my bunny Angel. I promised him that I spend Easter with the little guy. Anyways I hope you have a fun Easter today. Bye." Fluttershy said.
Out of the letter
"Bye Fluttershy. Thanks again." Rarity said as Spike closed the letter and placed it down.
"That was really nice of Fluttershy. But we still need to find the last clue. Come on." Sunset said as everyone headed back to the bedroom.
They landed on Easter Island and looked around seeing that everything is a screaming Easter theme and they loved the scenery.
"Wow. Now this is a place to be looking for lots of Easter treats. There's jelly bean trees, soda springs, and even a chocolate mudhole. Now that's something you don't see everyday." Spike smiled.
Then everyone walked around seeing all the Easter colors and loving the the details. Then they saw two people standing under a jelly bean tree. Both were male and they were both bunnies and have all the colors of Easter.
"Hi there. We are the Easter Bunny Brothers. We are pleased to have guests here on Easter Island." One of the bunnies said.
"Nice to meet you guys. We happen to be here cause we need to know what Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter is." Spike replied.
"Really? Cause we were wondering if you guys are willing to help us figure out some favorite things that our friends like on the island." The other bunny offered.
"You know what? We can help you out with that. Then we can look for the final clue and the third key to the treasure back home." Inferno agreed.
"Great! Come with us and you can guess what favorite things we like doing here." The first bunny said.
They followed the bunnies til they stopped at a table where two candy girls are using colors to make a picture.
"Ooh. Ok so these two are like using colors and they seem to be painting and drawing a picture of some Easter flowers. What do you think their favorite thing is?" Inferno asked.
"Making art!" The reader answered.
"Yeah. Making art! Nice job. Hey girls. That's a nice flower you made." Inferno complimented.
"Thanks." They said in unison.
"Alright let's continue on forward. There's more than art." Sunset said.
They continued walking with the bunnies and their second stop is where they see two birds chirping a little tune.
"Ooh ok so these two birds are chirping a little tune. So what's their favorite thing to do for Easter?" Rarity asked.
"Singing!" The reader answered.
"Yes! Singing! Cause to birds chirping is kinda like singing! Good job." Rarity smiled.
"Your almost done! There's one more favorite thing you gotta figure out." The bunny said. "Follow me!"
They walked down further til the reached the final activity booth where two white bunnies were doing some decorating on the eggs.
"Ok so these bunnies are painting some eggs to make them look nice. That is so cool. So do you know what their favorite thing is?" Sunset asked.
"Painting Easter Eggs!" The reader answered.
"Yeah! Painting Easter Eggs! Cause they happen to be dying them til they get a dark enough color and they paint them to make them look nice. Good job." Sunset smiled.
"And nice job to you too! We got two somethings we think are important to you." The second bunny said handing the team a green triangle and a scroll. "You'll need these to find the treasure back home. Good luck."
"Thanks! And speaking of important we still need to find one more clue so we can figure out what Blue's favorite thing is do to for Easter." Rarity reminded them as they headed off.
They continue walking til they passed a castle and a shape field. But a few of the shapes had a paw print on it meaning that it's a clue!!
"A clue! A clue!" The reader spoke.
"Yeah. Everything about Easter Island is so cool!" Sunset agreed.
"No a clue." The reader said.
"Oh. Oh you see a clue? Here on Easter Island? Where?" Spike asked.
"Right there!" The reader replied.
They looked in the shape field but didn't see it.
"We don't see it. Where is it?" Steve said.
"It's right there!!" The reader said.
They looked further in the field and saw the shapes with the paw print on it and realized what they said.
"First we'll draw a triangle like this. Then we'll do a nice round circle. Next will be a square with four same sides. And finally a star. There. Shapes." Inferno said.
"Ok so the shapes is our third clue." Spike replied.
"Spike. We have all three clues!" Inferno said.
"We do?! Then that means were ready to sit in the...." Spike said.
"Thinking Chair!" The reader said.
"Thinking Chair! To figure it out! Let's go!" Sunset said.
Then everyone ran and skidooed out of the island and went to the Thinking Chair.
They ran as fast as they possibly can and sat in the Thinking Chair.
"Ok. Now that were in our Thinking Chair let's think." Spike said as they took out their notebooks.
"Were trying to figure out what Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter is. And the clues are these colors..." Rarity started as the images floated above them.
"..and these shapes." Inferno finished. "So what can Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter be with these colors, some eggs and these shapes?"
So everyone, Inferno himself and Spike started thinking. Then Spike got an idea.
"Well. Maybe it's something you can do with the eggs. Yeah. So maybe there's an activity where you would take the eggs and make them these colors. And maybe the shapes can be like decorations on them. So what would that be?" Spike asked as the clues connected like a puzzle and formed the answer.
"Decorating Easter Eggs!!" The reader answered.
"Yes! That's it! Cause all those things are for decorating Easter Eggs! Hey Blue!" Inferno said as she came out. "Is decorating Easter Eggs your favorite thing to do for Easter?"
Blue nodded yes and we know what happens when she does that.
"We just figured out Blue's Clues!!" Everyone said in unison and started singing.
They all sang and when they finished they posed and smiled.
"Come on guys! Let's go tell Steve that we figured out Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter!!" Inferno replied.
They went to the backyard and saw Steve near the sandbox.
"Hey Steve! We figured out Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter! It's decorating Easter Eggs!" Rarity said.
"That's great! And your just in time! I sense you have the scroll so I can read to you where the treasure is?" Steve asked.
"We sure do! Go ahead!" Inferno said as he gave Steve the scroll. He then unrolled it and began reading what it says.
"Ok. 'To seek the treasure which may seem hard to get you should look to the left. But if you don't find it then their something you should know. The treasure could be below. Look in a place where children play especially on a bright sunny day. Then suddenly it hit you. You realized that quick like a fox. That's why you read carefully. The treasure is in the sandbox.'" Steve read.
"In the sandbox. Well let's go dig up the treasure!" Inferno smiled.
So everyone grabbed a shovel and started digging to reach the treasure. Then suddenly Steve and Spike pulled it out and it revealed a big treasure chest! Then Inferno placed the three keys in each lock and when it opened we see all sorts of supplies to decorate Easter Eggs with!
"Oh my goodness! There's loads of supplies to decorate Easter Eggs with!" Rarity beamed.
"You bet! Cause now were all gonna be decorating Easter Eggs at the table in the backyard! Since it's Blue's favorite thing to do for Easter I figured why the heck not?" Steve replied.
And so everyone gathered all the supplies and took them to the table and we see them decorating lots of Easter Eggs. Night came in and when the party was over everyone gets up and Inferno and Sunset already left but Spike and Rarity were about to leave but after they said goodbye to Steve.
"That was a wonderful party. Thanks for inviting us Steve." Rarity said.
"Your welcome. You two have a Happy Easter." Steve said.
"You as well Steve. See ya later." Spike said as he and Rarity left along with the others heading home and Steve smiled shutting the door. Then he went to the readers.
"Thank you so much for all your help today. I hope you and your family have a Happy Easter too. And who knows? There might be a favorite thing you like doing too." Steve said as he sang one more time.
